Abstract

一种耐热性笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯65-70、丁腈橡胶20-25、球形石英粉3-4、硼酸1-1.5、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.5-3、过氧化二异丙苯0.3-0.6、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.8-1.1、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇3-4。本发明电缆料将聚氯乙烯、丁腈橡胶进行二次交联复合,无需硫化,从而大大简化了工装设备与工艺,提高了效率,降低了成本,而且强度高,耐油性好,比单纯使用聚氯乙烯,具有更好的柔软性、弹性,安装使用方便;通过使用球形石英粉、硼酸、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇,经过改性,提高了电缆料的耐磨性、耐热性和挠曲性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,尤其涉及一种耐热性笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
橡皮电缆以其柔软,具有弹性、耐摩擦而被广泛应用于中、低压的需频繁移动的电力线路之中,例如船用电缆、地铁用电缆、矿山用电缆、电焊机用电缆、摄影棚用电缆等.而塑料电缆则以其电气性能优越,机械强度高而被广泛应用于中、高压的,固定敷设的电力线路之中,各自在国民经济各部门中发挥着极其重要的作用。在塑料电缆当中,尽管近年来交联聚乙烯电力电缆得到了长足的发展,但聚氯乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆仍在发挥着重要的作用,尤其在低压线路当中,聚氯乙烯电线、电缆仍占据着主导地位.就生产工艺而言,橡皮电缆与交联聚乙烯电缆都比较复杂,都需要较大的设备投资。相对而言,聚氯乙烯电缆的生产工艺就要简单得多,由于它无需硫化,设备投资就小得多,生产成本就相应低得多.
除此之外,聚氯乙烯电缆相对橡皮电缆而言,所用电缆料可以工业化批量生产,而橡料则不然,它只能是电缆厂家自产自用,且由于橡料原材料品种多,也给生产带来不便. 尽管聚氯乙烯电缆在生产上有独特的优点,但就用途而言,它仍然无法替代橡皮电缆,原因就在于聚氯乙烯电缆的柔软性、弹性无法与橡皮电缆比拟。
根据橡塑复合的原理,《聚氯乙烯-丁腈橡胶复合弹性体电缆料的研究》一文使用聚氯乙烯与丁腈橡胶进行复合,无需硫化,得到了弹性、柔软性、耐油性好的电缆料。但是该复合材料只是进行简单的复合,拉伸强度、气密性、防潮性、耐老化性、耐磨性等性能还是不够好,不能满足现代工业对笔记本用电缆料的要求,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐热性笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,该电缆料的耐磨性、耐热性和挠曲性能好,适用于制作笔记本电脑内部连接线线束。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐热性笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯65-70、丁腈橡胶20-25、球形石英粉3-4、硼酸1-1.5、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.5-3、过氧化二异丙苯0.3-0.6、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.8-1.1、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇3-4。
所述的耐热性笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)将球形石英粉、硼酸混合,加热至80-90℃,研磨20-30分钟,再与丁腈橡胶、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1/4的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/4的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,得到交联改性丁腈橡胶;
(2)将聚氯乙烯、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇、1/2的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/2的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,得到交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(3)将第(1)步和第(2)步得到的物料与其他剩余送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,送入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的粒料在160-165℃下热压5-6min,成形,送入烘箱,在110-115℃下老化45-50h,即得。
本发明的有益效果
本发明电缆料将聚氯乙烯、丁腈橡胶进行二次交联复合,无需硫化,从而大大简化了工装设备与工艺,提高了效率,降低了成本,而且强度高,耐油性好,比单纯使用聚氯乙烯,具有更好的柔软性、弹性,安装使用方便;通过使用球形石英粉、硼酸、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇,经过改性,提高了电缆料的耐磨性、耐热性和挠曲性能,可以制作超薄护套料,适用于制作笔记本电脑内部连接线线束。
具体实施方式
一种耐热性笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:聚氯乙烯68、丁腈橡胶23、球形石英粉3.5、硼酸1.3、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.7、过氧化二异丙苯0.4、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯1、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇3.5。
所述的耐热性笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)将球形石英粉、硼酸混合,加热至85℃,研磨25分钟,再与丁腈橡胶、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1/4的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/4的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在165℃下混炼4min,得到交联改性丁腈橡胶;
(2)将聚氯乙烯、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇、1/2的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/2的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在164℃下混炼3min,得到交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(3)将第(1)步和第(2)步得到的物料与其他剩余送入混炼机,在165℃下混炼3min,送入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的粒料在165℃下热压5min,成形,送入烘箱,在115℃下老化45h,即得。
实验数据:
经测试该护套料的断裂伸长率为420%,电阻率(1012Ω°cm)为0.503,电介质损耗为0.086,抗张强度(MPa)为21,老化系数为0.95。

Claims (2)

1.一种耐热性笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯65-70、丁腈橡胶20-25、球形石英粉3-4、硼酸1-1.5、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.5-3、过氧化二异丙苯0.3-0.6、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.8-1.1、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇3-4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热性笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)将球形石英粉、硼酸混合,加热至80-90℃,研磨20-30分钟,再与丁腈橡胶、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1/4的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/4的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,得到交联改性丁腈橡胶;
(2)将聚氯乙烯、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇、1/2的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/2的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,得到交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(3)将第(1)步和第(2)步得到的物料与其他剩余送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,送入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的粒料在160-165℃下热压5-6min,成形,送入烘箱,在110-115℃下老化45-50h,即得。
