本发明公开了一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板,其特征在于,至少包括五层聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜之间包括粘合剂;所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜上包括均匀排列的若干小孔,薄膜之间包括聚四氟乙烯粉末层,所述粉末中均匀混拌有石墨烯粉末;所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜厚度为0.005mm‑0.03mm,所述石墨烯粉末占比为5%‑7%;所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜通过聚四氟乙烯乳液浇筑。本发明通过添加石墨烯成分,加强了复合板材的任性。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚四氟乙烯板的生产,具体涉及一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板。
背景技术
聚四氟乙烯Polytetrafluoroethylene,简写为PTFE,一般称作“不粘涂层”或“易清洁物料。这种材料具有抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,几乎不溶于所有的溶剂。同时,聚四氟乙烯具有耐高温的特点,它的摩擦系数极低,所以可作润滑作用之余,亦成为了易清洁水管内层的理想涂料。
聚四氟乙烯板作为常用的材料,被各行各业广泛应用,生产合格的聚四氟乙烯板,有助于更好的进行批量生产,成为了现有技术发展的方向。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板,通过添加石墨烯成分,增强符合板材的性能,解决了现有技术的不足。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板,其特征在于,至少包括五层聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜之间包括粘合剂;
所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜上包括均匀排列的若干小孔,薄膜之间包括聚四氟乙烯粉末层,所述粉末中均匀混拌有石墨烯粉末;
所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜厚度为0.005mm-0.03mm,所述石墨烯粉末占比为5%-7%;
所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜通过聚四氟乙烯乳液浇筑。
进一步的,所述密封板的底层和顶层包括玻璃纤维层。
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维层包括玻璃纤维织布。
进一步的,所述聚四氟乙烯膜的膜孔半径等于膜的厚度。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板,通过添加石墨烯成分,加强了复合板材的任性。

一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板,其特征在于,至少包括五层聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜之间包括粘合剂;
所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜上包括均匀排列的若干小孔,薄膜之间包括聚四氟乙烯粉末层,所述粉末中均匀混拌有石墨烯粉末;
所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜厚度为0.005mm-0.03mm,所述石墨烯粉末占比为5%-7%;
所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜通过聚四氟乙烯乳液浇筑。
进一步的,所述密封板的底层和顶层包括玻璃纤维层。

进一步的,所述聚四氟乙烯膜的膜孔半径等于膜的厚度。

1.一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板,其特征在于,至少包括五层聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜之间包括粘合剂;
所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜上包括均匀排列的若干小孔,薄膜之间包括聚四氟乙烯粉末层,所述粉末中均匀混拌有石墨烯粉末;
所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜厚度为0.005mm-0.03mm,所述石墨烯粉末占比为5%-7%;
所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜通过聚四氟乙烯乳液浇筑。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板,其特征在于,所述密封板的底层和顶层包括玻璃纤维层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维层包括玻璃纤维织布。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯复合密封板,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯膜的膜孔半径等于膜的厚度。
