Abstract
本发明提供了一种铝塑复合膜,包括依次组成的尼龙层、粘合剂层、铝层、粘合剂层和聚丙烯层。本发明还提供了铝塑复合膜的制备方法,本发明的制备方法具有节省成本和环保节能的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于复合膜材料领域,特别涉及一种铝塑复合膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有锂电池内部包括依次组成的尼龙PA、铝AL和聚丙烯(CPP)组成,然而,铝箔(AL)很容易被从外部扩散进来的水蒸气或从聚丙烯(CPP)层渗透过来的微量电解液腐蚀,铝箔表面被腐蚀后,可使其丧失阻隔性,同时容易与被粘合的聚丙烯(CPP)以及尼龙薄膜开裂。所以目前的生产过程中,首先要对铝箔进行保护处理,要么采用含Cr离子的液体进行表面处理,或者对铝箔表面进行涂层,此过程工序复杂,更重要的是处理液和涂料都是含铬有毒液体。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种防止铝腐蚀和开裂的铝塑复合膜。该技术省掉了利用有毒液体进行表面处理或涂层工艺过程,而采用将含铬化合物之间添加到粘合剂中,从而达到保护铝箔不被腐蚀的目的,本发明的具体方案如下:
一种铝塑复合膜,包括依次组成的尼龙层、粘合剂层、铝金层、粘合剂层和聚丙烯层,所述粘合层含有Cr的化合物。
优选的,
所述含Cr化合物内的Cr为3价或6价。
所述Cr化合物占粘合剂总量的1-20%,
所述Cr化合物占粘合剂总量的2-5%。
一种铝塑复合膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,在尼龙薄膜上涂敷含Cr化合物的粘合剂并烘干。
第二步,当涂有粘合剂的尼龙薄膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与清洗过的铝箔进行压合。
第三步,在尼龙铝箔复合膜的铝侧涂敷含Cr化合物的粘合剂并烘干。
第四步,当涂有粘合剂的尼龙铝箔复合膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与CPP进行压合。
第五步,将复合好的尼龙/铝箔/聚丙烯复合膜放入恒温的熟化室内进行熟化。
本发明的制备方法具有节省成本和环保节能的特点。

具体实施方式
一种铝塑复合膜(如图1所示),包括依次组成的尼龙层1,粘合剂层2,铝层3,粘合剂层4,聚丙烯层5。
所述粘合剂层2和粘合剂层44内含Cr的化合物。优选为3价或6价Cr。所述Cr化合物占粘合剂层(Cr化合物和粘合剂总量)质量百分比为1-20%,优选为2-5%。
一种铝塑复合膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,在尼龙薄膜上涂敷含Cr化合物的粘合剂并烘干,尼龙薄膜形成所述的尼龙层1,粘合剂形成粘合剂层2。
第二步,当步骤一中涂有粘合剂的尼龙薄膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与清洗过的铝箔进行压合,从而形成铝层3。
第三步,在尼龙铝箔复合膜的铝侧涂敷含Cr化合物的粘合剂并烘干,粘合剂形成粘合剂层4。
第四步,当涂有粘合剂的尼龙铝箔复合膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与聚丙烯薄膜进行压合,聚丙烯薄膜形成聚丙烯层5。
第五步,将复合好的尼龙/铝箔/聚丙烯复合膜放入恒温的熟化室内进行熟化。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其他修改或者等同替换,只要不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。
Claims (5)
1.一种铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:包括依次组成的尼龙层、粘合剂层、铝层、粘合剂层和聚丙烯层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述粘合剂层含3价或6价Cr的化合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述Cr化合物占粘合剂总量的1-20%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述Cr化合物占粘合剂总量的2-5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
第一步,在尼龙薄膜上涂敷含Cr化合物的粘合剂并烘干;
第二步,当涂有粘合剂的尼龙薄膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与清洗过的铝箔进行压合;
第三步,在尼龙铝箔复合膜的铝侧涂敷含Cr化合物的粘合剂并烘干;
第四步,当涂有粘合剂的尼龙铝箔复合膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与聚丙烯进行压合;
第五步,将复合好的尼龙/铝箔/聚丙烯复合膜放入恒温的熟化室内进行熟化。
