Abstract
本发明提供了一种铝塑复合膜,包括依次组成的尼龙层、粘合剂层、铝合金层、粘合剂层和聚丙烯层,所述铝合金层为镀有含Cr的合金薄层,该铝塑复合膜具有不易被腐蚀的特点。本发明还提供了铝塑复合膜的制备方法,本发明的制备方法具有环保节能的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于复合膜材料领域,特别涉及一种铝塑复合膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有锂电池内部包括依次组成的尼龙PA、铝AL和聚丙烯(CPP)组成,然而,铝箔(AL)很容易被从外部扩散进来的水蒸气或从聚丙烯(CPP)层渗透过来的微量电解液腐蚀,铝箔表面被腐蚀后,可使其丧失阻隔性,同时容易与被粘合的聚丙烯(CPP)以及尼龙薄膜开裂。所以目前的生产过程中,首先要对铝箔进行保护处理,要么采用含Cr离子的液体进行表面处理,或者对铝箔表面进行涂层,此过程工序复杂,更重要的是处理液和涂料都是含铬有毒液体。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种防止铝腐蚀和开裂的铝塑复合膜。本发明通过在铝合金层为镀含Cr的合金薄层,取代使用有毒液体进行表面处理或涂布工艺过程,从而达到保护铝合金层不被腐蚀的目的,本发明的具体方案如下:
一种铝塑复合膜,包括依次组成的尼龙层、粘合剂层、铝合金层、粘合剂层和聚丙烯层;
所述铝合金层包括镀有含Cr的合金薄层。
优选地,
所述铝合金层包括铝箔层和覆盖在铝箔层上下面上的含Cr的合金薄层。
所述含Cr的合金薄层厚度为5-100纳米。
所述含Cr的合金薄层中的Cr为Cr金属或含Cr金属化合物。
所述Cr金属或其化合物占含Cr的合金薄层总量的2-30%。
一种铝塑复合膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,在尼龙薄膜上涂敷粘合剂并烘干。
第二步,同时或事先将铝箔清洗干净,然后在铝的表面镀含有铬金属或其化合物的薄膜。
第三步,当涂有粘合剂的尼龙薄膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与镀膜后的铝箔进行压合。
第四步,在尼龙铝箔复合膜的铝侧涂敷粘合剂并烘干。
第五步,当涂有粘合剂的尼龙铝箔复合膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与聚丙烯(CPP)进行压合。
第六步,将复合好的尼龙/铝箔/聚丙烯(CPP)复合膜放入恒温的熟化室内进行熟化。
本发明的制备方法具有环保节能的特点。

具体实施方式
一种铝塑复合膜(如图1所示),包括依次组成的尼龙层1,粘合剂层2,铝层, 粘合剂层4,聚丙烯层5。,所述铝合金层包括含Cr合金层薄层3a、铝箔层3和含Cr合金层薄层3b。
所述铝箔层3上下表面镀有含Cr(金属或化合物)的合金薄层3a和3b。
所述镀含Cr金属或化合物的薄层厚度为5-100纳米。
所述镀含Cr金属或化合物的薄层中Cr金属或化合物占合金总量的2-30%,
一种铝塑复合膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,在尼龙薄膜上涂敷粘合剂并烘干。尼龙薄膜形成所述的尼龙层1,粘合剂形成粘合剂层2。
第二步,同时或事先将铝箔清洗干净,然后在铝箔的上下表面镀含有铬金属或其化合物的薄膜。从而形成铝箔层3和覆盖在铝箔层3上下表面的含Cr合金层薄层3a和含Cr合金层薄层3b。
第三步,将步骤一中的涂有粘合剂的尼龙薄膜从烘箱取出并稍加冷却后与步骤二中镀膜后的铝箔进行压合,形成尼龙铝箔复合膜。
第四步,将步骤三中的尼龙铝箔复合膜上涂敷粘合剂并烘干,所述粘合剂形成粘合剂层4。
第五步,当步骤四种的涂有粘合剂的尼龙铝箔复合膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与聚丙烯(CPP)进行压合,形成聚丙烯层5.
第六步,将复合好的尼龙/铝箔/聚丙烯(CPP)复合膜放入恒温的熟化室内进行熟化。

Claims (6)
1.一种铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:包括依次组成的尼龙层、粘合剂层、铝合金层、粘合剂层和聚丙烯层;所述铝合金层包括镀有含Cr的合金薄层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述铝合金层包括铝箔层和覆盖在铝箔层上下面上的含Cr的合金薄层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述含Cr的合金薄层厚度为5-100纳米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述含Cr的合金薄层中的Cr为Cr金属或含Cr金属化合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述Cr金属或其化合物占含Cr的合金薄层总量的2-30%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
第一步,在尼龙薄膜上涂敷粘合剂并烘干;
第二步,同时或事先将铝箔清洗干净,然后在铝的表面镀含有铬金属或其化合物的薄膜;
第三步,当涂有粘合剂的尼龙薄膜从烘箱出来并稍加冷却后与镀膜后的铝箔进行压合;
第四步,在尼龙铝箔复合膜的铝侧涂敷粘合剂并烘干;
第五步,当涂有粘合剂的尼龙铝箔复合膜从烘箱出来并冷却后与聚丙烯进行压合;
第六步,将复合好的尼龙/铝箔/聚丙烯复合膜放入恒温的熟化室内进行熟化。
