本发明提供了一种汽车尾气净化器,包括壳体,壳体前端设置有进气管,进气管通过连接套与汽车的排气管连接,壳体后端设置有出气管;壳体内部前端设置有过滤网,中部设置有反应装置,后端设置有雾化器;过滤网下方设置有集尘箱,集尘箱与过滤网前方的壳体内部空间连通;反应装置包括多块依次间隔排布的上隔板和下隔板,这些上隔板和下隔板把壳体内中部空间分隔为波浪形流道,流道内沿气流流向依次储存有还原催化剂、制氧剂、氧化催化剂;雾化器上方设置有储液箱,储液箱内装有Ca(OH)2溶液,雾化器的入口与储液箱连通,雾化器下方设置有集液斗,该集液斗下端的出口与一个集液箱连接。该净化器能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气处理技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车尾气净化器。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,汽车的数量越来越多,汽车尾气的污染问题越发严重,因此有必要对汽车尾气进行净化处理。汽车尾气中的主要有害成分为碳颗粒、NOx,CO、CO2、SO2等,而市面上的汽车尾气净化器往往无法有效去除这些成分。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车尾气净化器,该净化器能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种汽车尾气净化器,包括壳体,壳体前端设置有进气管,进气管通过连接套与汽车的排气管连接,壳体后端设置有出气管;壳体内部前端设置有过滤网,中部设置有反应装置,后端设置有雾化器;过滤网下方设置有集尘箱,集尘箱与过滤网前方的壳体内部空间连通;反应装置包括多块依次间隔排布的上隔板和下隔板,这些上隔板和下隔板把壳体内中部空间分隔为波浪形流道,流道内沿气流流向依次储存有还原催化剂、制氧剂、氧化催化剂;雾化器上方设置有储液箱,储液箱内装有Ca(OH)2溶液,雾化器的入口与储液箱连通,雾化器下方设置有集液斗,该集液斗下端的出口与一个集液箱连接。

有益效果:
本发明提供了一种汽车尾气净化器,尾气先经过过滤网滤除较大颗粒,然后在反应装置中依次与还原催化剂、制氧剂、氧化催化剂发生反应转换为H2O和CO2,最终CO2会与雾化的Ca(OH)2溶液反应生成CaCO3沉淀下来。该净化器能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。

本发明提供一种汽车尾气净化器,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种汽车尾气净化器,包括壳体1,壳体前端设置有进气管2,进气管通过连接套3与汽车的排气管90连接,壳体后端设置有出气管4;壳体内部前端设置有过滤网5,中部设置有反应装置6,后端设置有雾化器7;过滤网下方设置有集尘箱8,集尘箱与过滤网前方的壳体内部空间连通;反应装置6包括多块依次间隔排布的上隔板61和下隔板62,这些上隔板和下隔板把壳体内中部空间分隔为波浪形流道,流道内沿气流流向依次储存有还原催化剂63、制氧剂64、氧化催化剂65;雾化器上方设置有储液箱9,储液箱内装有Ca(OH)2溶液,雾化器的入口与储液箱连通,雾化器下方设置有集液斗10,该集液斗下端的出口与一个集液箱11连接。
尾气先经过过滤网滤除较大颗粒;然后在反应装置中先与还原催化剂反应把氮氧化物分解为氮气,再与制氧剂反应把CO2、SO2、NO2转换为碳酸盐、硫酸盐、硝酸盐并产生大量氧气,这些氧气与氧化催化剂将CO转换为H2O和CO2,最终CO2会与雾化的Ca(OH)2溶液反应生成CaCO3沉淀下来。该净化器能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。
进一步的,所述过滤网5倾斜设置,其上端往连接套3方向倾斜,以便颗粒落入集尘箱。
本实施例中, 进气管2上设置有消声器12,以降低噪声。
进一步的,储液箱9内设置有液位传感器13,储液箱上端设置有报警器14,液位传感器与报警器电性连接。当液位过低时发出警告。
