Abstract

本发明提供了一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括壳体,壳体前端设置有进气管,壳体后端设置有第一出气管;壳体内腔的中部由两块竖直设置的第一铂钯合金板、以及多块水平设置的第二铂钯合金板分隔为多个在竖直方向上排布的隔腔;两块第一铂钯合金板对应各隔腔的位置开设有多个第一通气孔,位于前方的第一铂钯合金板的第一通气孔上连接有分流管;分流管设置于隔腔内,其后端封闭,其管壁上均匀分布有多个分流孔;第二铂钯合金板上均匀分布有多个第二通气孔;壳体后侧设置有储液箱,储液箱内装有氢氧化钠溶液,所述第一出气管伸进氢氧化钠溶液内,储液箱后侧壁上设置有第二出气管。该装置能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。

本发明涉及汽车尾气处理技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车尾气处理装置。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,汽车的数量越来越多,汽车尾气的污染问题越发严重,因此有必要对汽车尾气进行净化处理。人们一般会在汽车的排气管出口处加设过滤装置,但尾气中的一氧化氮和一氧化碳不能很好的溶液于过滤溶液,导致过滤效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车尾气处理装置,该装置能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括壳体,壳体前端设置有进气管,壳体后端设置有第一出气管;壳体内腔的中部由两块竖直设置的第一铂钯合金板、以及多块水平设置的第二铂钯合金板分隔为多个在竖直方向上排布的隔腔;两块第一铂钯合金板对应各隔腔的位置开设有多个第一通气孔,位于前方的第一铂钯合金板的第一通气孔上连接有分流管;分流管设置于隔腔内,其后端封闭,其管壁上均匀分布有多个分流孔;第二铂钯合金板上均匀分布有多个第二通气孔;壳体后侧设置有储液箱,储液箱内装有氢氧化钠溶液,所述第一出气管伸进氢氧化钠溶液内,储液箱后侧壁上设置有第二出气管。
所述的汽车尾气处理装置中, 进气管通过一个沿气体流向直径逐渐增大的导流斗与壳体连接,壳体内腔的前端设置有均流板。
所述的汽车尾气处理装置中,所述储液箱的底部设置有排液口,储液箱的顶部设置有进液口。
所述的汽车尾气处理装置中,第二出气管与储液箱螺纹连接;第二出气管前端设置有过滤腔,该过滤腔内设置有过滤网。
有益效果:
本发明提供了一种汽车尾气处理装置,尾气中的一氧化氮和一氧化碳会被第一铂钯合金板和第二铂钯合金板催化成为二氧化碳和氮气,而第一铂钯合金板和第二铂钯合金板的连接结构和分流管的设置可以使尾气均匀而充分地与第一铂钯合金板和第二铂钯合金板接触,使转化效率高,反应后的尾气进入储液箱后,其中的二氧化硫等可溶气体和颗粒会被氢氧化钠溶液吸收。该装置能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。

本发明提供一种汽车尾气处理装置,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括壳体1,壳体前端设置有进气管2,壳体后端设置有第一出气管3;壳体内腔的中部由两块竖直设置的第一铂钯合金板4、以及多块水平设置的第二铂钯合金板5分隔为多个在竖直方向上排布的隔腔6;两块第一铂钯合金板对应各隔腔的位置开设有多个第一通气孔41,位于前方的第一铂钯合金板的第一通气孔上连接有分流管7;分流管设置于隔腔内,其后端封闭,其管壁上均匀分布有多个分流孔;第二铂钯合金板上均匀分布有多个第二通气孔51;壳体后侧设置有储液箱8,储液箱内装有氢氧化钠溶液,所述第一出气管伸进氢氧化钠溶液内,储液箱后侧壁上设置有第二出气管9。
尾气中的一氧化氮和一氧化碳会被第一铂钯合金板和第二铂钯合金板催化成为二氧化碳和氮气,而第一铂钯合金板和第二铂钯合金板的连接结构和分流管的设置可以使尾气均匀而充分地与第一铂钯合金板和第二铂钯合金板接触,使转化效率高,反应后的尾气进入储液箱后,其中的二氧化硫等可溶气体和颗粒会被氢氧化钠溶液吸收。该装置能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。
具体的, 进气管2通过一个沿气体流向直径逐渐增大的导流斗10与壳体连接,壳体内腔的前端设置有均流板11,使尾气均匀到达第一铂钯合金板处。
进一步的,所述储液箱8的底部设置有排液口81,储液箱的顶部设置有进液口82。
优选的,第二出气管9与储液箱8螺纹连接;第二出气管前端设置有过滤腔91,该过滤腔内设置有过滤网12。以滤去残余颗粒和方便更换滤网。

1.一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,包括壳体,壳体前端设置有进气管,壳体后端设置有第一出气管;壳体内腔的中部由两块竖直设置的第一铂钯合金板、以及多块水平设置的第二铂钯合金板分隔为多个在竖直方向上排布的隔腔;两块第一铂钯合金板对应各隔腔的位置开设有多个第一通气孔,位于前方的第一铂钯合金板的第一通气孔上连接有分流管;分流管设置于隔腔内,其后端封闭,其管壁上均匀分布有多个分流孔;第二铂钯合金板上均匀分布有多个第二通气孔;壳体后侧设置有储液箱,储液箱内装有氢氧化钠溶液,所述第一出气管伸进氢氧化钠溶液内,储液箱后侧壁上设置有第二出气管。
