本发明涉及一种面料,特别涉及一种超弹休闲面料,本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种具有极好的吸湿透气性,真丝般的光泽,超大弹力,尺寸稳定性、保型性好的超弹休闲面料;所采用的技术方案为:由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线为莫代尔和棉混纺的纱线,所述经线细度为32S,所述纬线为棉包涤纶长丝再包氨纶的双包芯纱线,所述面料采用3/1破卡组织结构,其正面和反面的结构相同;本发明具有良好的保型性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,特别涉及一种超弹休闲面料。
背景技术
随着面料处理技术的发展,服用面料不仅要满足柔软度高、透气性凉、吸汗性佳等优点,还需要有超强的弹性,市场上现有的弹力面料,是棉弹力面料,弹性最大的是伸长40%,回复8-10%,回复率最好是80%,满足不了休闲服的市场对超弹面料的需求及舒适度的需求,急需一种弹性佳,舒适度好的超弹休闲面料。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于提供一种超弹休闲面料,其具有极好的吸湿透气性,真丝般的光泽,超大弹力,尺寸稳定性、保型性好的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种超弹休闲面料,由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线为莫代尔和棉混纺的纱线,所述经线细度为32S,所述纬线为棉包涤纶长丝再包氨纶的双包芯纱线,所述面料采用3/1破卡组织结构,其正面和反面的结构相同;
所述超弹休闲面料经织造后的染整工艺为:
1)翻缝、烧毛,烧毛时控制布匹,距离火口25-30cm,车速为110-130m/min,压强一正一反5-20mbar;
2)冷堆,堆置18小时,车速50-55m/min;纯碱13-18g/L,H2O2 8-10g/L,可稳得ONE 15-20g/L,精炼剂2-4g/L;
3)水洗,1132/307;33.6/17;-10/-15.2;125-106;201g;
4)定型,车速25 m/min,温度150℃;
5)丝光,4冲4吸,温度60℃以上;水洗80℃以上;车速:30±5m/min落布连边门幅122-126cm pH=8-9;NaOH 130-150g/L;
6)磨毛,张力80kg,车速35m/min;
7)染色,50米16-3416TPX浅紫色卷染下机,门幅124cm;
8)拉幅,140℃烘干,扭曲3%;柔软剂622B 100 g/L,LH-1 20-30g/L, 2231 50 g/L,HST10 g/L;
9)预缩,烘筒压力2.5-3kg,车速35m/min,落布门幅122-126cm;
10)成品,车速25m/min;完成后即得成品面料。
所述经线重量百分比配比为:莫代尔50-65%,棉35-50%。
所述步骤9)预缩中一次洗后缩率为经线1.2%-1.8%;纬线3%以内。
如上所述,本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:
1、热湿舒适性好:优良的吸湿性能,通过织物的热湿传递作用,使人体在变化的环境中获得良好的舒适性,对人体无害,能够自然分解,保护环境;
2、亲肤性、弹性好:人体皮肤与面料接触时感觉无比细腻贴合,超大弹力性能和超强回复性能,使人运动自如,不受束缚,无论是坐着、尽情舒展还是弯腰,都很舒适,具有足够的弹性以满足运动的需求,同时还能防止面料鼓包和松弛;
3、整体美观性:表面纹理清晰,低调高雅,使人感到美观、悦目、清爽;
4、保型性好,易打理,可机洗。
总成分比例:59%Cotton,30%Model,8%Polyester,3%Lycra。
本发明使用的试剂可稳得,精炼剂和柔软剂采购自苏州联胜化学有限公司。
采用低温低碱新型自然弹生产工艺,专一降解浆料、退除杂质,保持纤维原始特性蜡质手感,后整理附加LAFA金刚砂手感处理使面料的手感、弹性更具服用性能。
因此款面料经向含有莫代尔,所以在丝光时采用的是轻丝光工艺,见工艺单具体数据,为了保留原氨纶的性能及保型性好,此工艺在定型是特别注意温度和车速,所有工艺和普通工艺相比,全程收门幅,使面料弹性更具服用性能。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种超弹休闲面料,由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线为莫代尔和棉混纺的纱线,所述经线细度为32S,所述纬线为棉包涤纶长丝再包氨纶的双包芯纱线,所述面料采用3/1破卡组织结构,其正面和反面的结构相同;
所述超弹休闲面料经织造后的染整工艺为:
1)翻缝、烧毛,烧毛时控制布匹,距离火口30cm,车速为130m/min,压强一正一反20mbar;
2)冷堆,堆置18小时,车速55m/min;纯碱18g/L,H2O2 10g/L,可稳得ONE 20g/L,精炼剂4g/L;
3)水洗,1132/307;33.6/17;-10/-15.2;125-106;201g;
4)定型,车速25 m/min,温度150℃;
5)丝光,4冲4吸,温度60℃以上;水洗80℃以上;车速:30±5m/min落布连边门幅122-126cm pH=8-9;NaOH150g/L;
6)磨毛,张力80kg,车速35m/min;
7)染色,50米16-3416TPX浅紫色卷染下机,门幅124cm;
8)拉幅,140℃烘干,扭曲3%;柔软剂622B 100 g/L,LH-1 30g/L, 2231 50 g/L,HST 10g/L;
9)预缩,烘筒压力2.5-3kg,车速35m/min,落布门幅122-126cm;
10)成品,车速25m/min;完成后即得成品面料。

2)冷堆,堆置18小时,车速50-55m/min;纯碱15g/L,H2O2 9g/L,可稳得ONE 18g/L,精炼剂3g/L;
3)水洗,1132/307;33.6/17;-10/-15.2;125-106;201g;
4)定型,车速25 m/min,温度150℃;
5)丝光,4冲4吸,温度60℃以上;水洗80℃以上;车速:30±5m/min落布连边门幅122-126cm pH=8-9;NaOH 140g/L;
6)磨毛,张力80kg,车速35m/min;
7)染色,50米16-3416TPX浅紫色卷染下机,门幅124cm;
8)拉幅,140℃烘干,扭曲3%;柔软剂622B 100 g/L,LH-1 25g/L, 2231 50 g/L,HST 10g/L;
9)预缩,烘筒压力2.5-3kg,车速35m/min,落布门幅122-126cm;
10)成品,车速25m/min;完成后即得成品面料。
上述经线重量百分比配比为:莫代尔50-65%,棉35-50%。
上述步骤9)预缩中一次洗后缩率为经线1.2%-1.8%;纬线3%以内。
上述水洗的参数为1132经向断裂强力/307纬向断裂强力;33.6经向撕破强力/17纬向撕破强力;-10经向缩率/-15.2纬向缩率;125洗前门幅-106洗后门幅。

所述超弹休闲面料经织造后的染整工艺为:
1)翻缝、烧毛,烧毛时控制布匹,距离火口25-30cm,车速为110-130m/min,压强一正一反5-20mbar;
2)冷堆,堆置18小时,车速50-55m/min;纯碱13-18g/L,H2O2 8-10g/L,可稳得ONE 15-20g/L,精炼剂2-4g/L;
3)水洗,1132/307;33.6/17;-10/-15.2;125-106;201g;
4)定型,车速25 m/min,温度150℃;
5)丝光,4冲4吸,温度60℃以上;水洗80℃以上;车速:30±5m/min落布连边门幅122-126cm pH=8-9;NaOH 130-150g/L;
