背景技术
热敏打印装置在本领域中众所周知。热敏打印装置的主要应用之一是标签制造，其中通过向热敏打印头(TPH)发送数据并且然后向热敏打印头的元件供电/加热来将热油墨转印到介质（像标签）上以将热油墨的期望图案转印到标签上。
热敏打印头显然与热敏打印装置的设计是一体的。其被设计成准确、可靠和相对安全以防破坏，因为对热敏打印头的任何干扰都可能影响打印结果。因此，热敏打印头通常不被设计用于容易维护和更换。对于不具有技术上倾斜的热敏打印装置的用户，更换热敏打印头可能是耗时的并且可能需要专用工具。
例如，图1示出现有技术中已知的典型热敏打印头安装系统100，其中热敏打印头105附接到底板101，底板101包括用于将系统100安装在热敏打印装置中的孔103和钩104。热敏打印头105具有用于连接到互补插头型连接器（未示出）的插座型电连接器102。此类典型结构需要热敏打印装置的用户将打印装置分开、移除系统100、从连接器102断开电力电缆、更换热敏打印头105并重新组装所有部件。此类维护例行程序在工业打印应用中可能引入大量的停机时间和负面经济影响。

热敏打印装置的用户的另一挑战是打印压力。取决于介质（即，标签）的类型和打印作业的类型，需要不同压力来转印热油墨图案。为试图允许用户优化打印压力，较早的解决方案已经向用户提供数个控制件来调节和调整打印压力。然而，对于大多数应用，不需要此类精度，并且减少的压力设置组对于大多数应用足够并减小用户的复杂性。

发明内容

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例涉及一种具有减少维护停机时间的可容易更换的热敏打印头的热敏打印装置。本发明的实施例还涉及一种具有简单的打印压力调节控制件的热敏打印装置。
图2A是根据本发明的实施例的热敏打印装置的图示。热敏打印装置200具有门201、热敏打印头盖202和打印压力旋钮203。如图2B中所示，具有包括接触连接器端子303的电力/数据连接器305的热敏打印头300经由狭槽204通过开口205插入到推进启动式连接器400中，该开口205位于热敏打印装置200的壳体的侧面上在热敏打印头盖202的后方。虽然在图2A和图2B中以垂直取向示出，但是在其它实施例中，热敏打印头300可以沿着可适于热敏打印装置200的不同设计的任何取向（相对于所识别轴线的水平角度、对角线角度、特定角度等）插入到热敏打印装置200中。

Claims (10)

1.一种热敏打印装置，其包括：
内部狭槽，其在一端上具有在所述热敏打印装置的壳体的一侧上并用于接纳热敏打印头的开口，其中在所述热敏打印头的一个短边缘上具有接触连接器端子；以及
推进启动式连接器，其在所述内部狭槽的与所述开口相对的端部处并用于接纳所述热敏打印头接触连接器端子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热敏打印装置，其中，所述热敏打印头在施加推进压力时被安装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热敏打印装置，其中，所述已安装的热敏打印头在施加推进压力时被卸下。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热敏打印装置，其中，用于接纳所述热敏打印头的所述推进启动式连接器包括多个接纳连接器端子。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热敏打印装置，其中，所述多个接纳连接器端子中的每一者包括接纳端子触点。
6.根据权利要求5所述的热敏打印装置，其中，当安装所述热敏打印头时，每一接纳端子触点与所述热敏打印头上的对应接触连接器端子接触。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热敏打印装置，其中，所述推进启动式连接器还包括用于固持所述热敏打印头的托盘。
8.一种热敏打印头，其包括：
电路板；
沿着所述电路板的第一长边缘延伸的多个加热电阻器元件；
沿着所述电路板的一个短边缘的多个接触连接器端子；以及
用于在所述多个加热电阻器元件与多个接触连接器端子之间建立电连接的导体电路图案。
9.一种用于将热敏打印头插入热敏打印装置中的方法，所述方法包括：
由所述热敏打印装置经由所述热敏打印装置的壳体的一侧上的开口将热敏打印头接纳到内部狭槽中，所述狭槽在所述狭槽的与所述开口相对的端部处具有推进启动式连接器；以及
响应于第一推进压力在所述热敏打印头上的施加，将所述热敏打印头安装在所述热敏打印装置的所述推进启动式连接器中。
10.一种热敏打印系统，其包括：
热敏打印装置，其包括：
内部狭槽，其在所述热敏打印装置的壳体的一侧上具有开口；以及
推进启动式连接器，其在所述狭槽的与所述开口相对的端部处，其中所述热敏打印装置可操作以：
在所述狭槽中通过所述开口接纳热敏打印头，其中在所述热敏打印头的一个短边缘上具有接触连接器端子；以及
响应于第一推进压力在所述热敏打印头上的施加，将所述热敏打印头安装在所述推进启动式连接器中；以及
热敏打印头，其包括：
电路板；
沿着所述电路板的第一长边缘延伸的多个加热电阻器元件；
沿着所述电路板的一个短边缘的多个接触连接器端子；以及
用于在所述多个加热电阻器元件与多个接触连接器端子之间建立电连接的导体电路图案。
