Chinese ephedra anti-allergic traditional Chinese medicine composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an anti-allergic traditional Chinese medicine composition containing ephedra and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Allergic diseases mainly include: eczema, allergic dermatitis, allergic conjunctivitis, allergic enteritis, allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma (asthma for short), etc. These allergic diseases may exist alone or in combination with each other to cause multi-system allergy. Many epidemiological investigations have confirmed that the incidence of allergic diseases has been rising worldwide in recent years, and has become a very compelling social problem, among which the highest rising rate is allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis. Not only brings inconvenience to daily life, causes mental pain and reduces the quality of life, but also has long duration, some become intractable symptoms and cause death.
The herba Ephedrae is dried stem of Ephedra sinica (Ephedra sinicatapf), Ephedra intermedia (Ephedra intermedia SchrenktC.A.Mey.) or Ephedra equisetifolia (Ephedra equitina Bge.) of Ephedraceae. Ephedra has a long medicinal history in China, and all doctors of all ages use the ephedra as a medicine for inducing sweat, relieving exterior syndrome, ventilating lung, relieving asthma, inducing diuresis and reducing edema. Wherein the alkaloid components are considered as the effective components of ephedra for relieving asthma, and the components have the sympathetic nerve excitation effect similar to adrenalin. In recent years, with the intensive research on ephedra, there have been increasing reports on the pharmacological actions of non-alkaloid components of ephedra. Researches show that the non-alkaloid components in the ephedra have pharmacological effects of reducing blood pressure, reducing blood sugar, resisting oxidation, resisting coagulation, inhibiting immunity and the like. The non-alkaloid component of the glufosinate in the ephedra stem has stronger activity of stimulating GPR35 receptor, which provides a new idea for further developing and utilizing ephedra stem resources.
