本发明提供的一种耐高温涂料制备方法,按重量份计包括以下组分,环氧树脂,乙二醇,甲醛,催化剂,钛白粉,消散剂,膨润土,成份简单,配置方便,成本较低,无危害,耐温性能好,有效的延长其使用寿命,避免物体表面产生融化的现象,有效的保护了整体的美观性能,更能满足厂家的需求。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温涂料制备方法。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。然而现有的涂料在高温下容易产生融化的现象,影响物体表面的美观,产生不必要的损失,满足不了使用者的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温涂料制备方法,解决现有的涂料在高温下容易产生融化的现象,影响物体表面的美观,产生不必要的损失,满足不了使用者的需要的问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现;
一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将环氧树脂放入反应釜中,在30℃-40℃下,均匀搅拌20-30min;
(2)当温度提升至45℃-55℃后,分别加入乙二醇与甲醛,继续搅拌10-15 min;
(3)当温度提升至60℃-70℃后,分别加入钛白粉与催化剂,继续搅拌5-8min;
(4)当温度提升至75℃-85℃后,分别加入消散剂与膨润土,继续搅拌30-45min,即可。
上述的一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其中,所述的环氧树脂、钛白粉与膨润土的重量分数比为18:5:12。
上述的一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其中,所述的乙二醇与甲醛的重量分数比为5:3。
上述的一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其中,所述的催化剂与消散剂的重量分数比为2:5。
本方案的有益效果:

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将环氧树脂放入反应釜中,在30℃下,均匀搅拌20min;
(2)当温度提升至45℃后,分别加入乙二醇与甲醛,继续搅拌10 min;
(3)当温度提升至60℃后,分别加入钛白粉与催化剂,继续搅拌5min;
(4)当温度提升至75℃后,分别加入消散剂与膨润土,继续搅拌30min,即可。
实施例2:一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将环氧树脂放入反应釜中,在35℃下,均匀搅拌25min;
(2)当温度提升至40℃后,分别加入乙二醇与甲醛,继续搅拌12 min;
(3)当温度提升至65℃后,分别加入钛白粉与催化剂,继续搅拌6min;
(4)当温度提升至80℃后,分别加入消散剂与膨润土,继续搅拌40min,即可。
实施例3:一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将环氧树脂放入反应釜中,在40℃下,均匀搅拌30min;
(2)当温度提升至55℃后,分别加入乙二醇与甲醛,继续搅拌15 min;
(3)当温度提升至70℃后,分别加入钛白粉与催化剂,继续搅拌8min;
(4)当温度提升至85℃后,分别加入消散剂与膨润土,继续搅拌45min,即可。
本发明提供的一种耐高温涂料制备方法,成份简单,配置方便,成本较低,无危害,耐温性能好,有效的延长其使用寿命,避免物体表面产生融化的现象,有效的保护了整体的美观性能,更能满足厂家的需求。

1.一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其特征为,其制备方法如下:
(1)将环氧树脂放入反应釜中,在30℃-40℃下,均匀搅拌20-30min;
(2)当温度提升至45℃-55℃后,分别加入乙二醇与甲醛,继续搅拌10-15 min;
(3)当温度提升至60℃-70℃后,分别加入钛白粉与催化剂,继续搅拌5-8min;
(4)当温度提升至75℃-85℃后,分别加入消散剂与膨润土,继续搅拌30-45min,即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其特征为,所述的环氧树脂、钛白粉与膨润土的重量分数比为18:5:12。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其特征为,所述的乙二醇与甲醛的重量分数比为5:3。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温涂料制备方法,其特征为,所述的催化剂与消散剂的重量分数比为2:5。
