本发明公开了一种湿纺包芯纱制作工艺,第一步,分束;第二步,栉成联合;第三步,并条;第四步,粗纱;第五步,煮漂;第六步,包芯纺:将粗纱依次经过喂入罗拉和牵伸罗拉,在喂入罗拉和牵伸罗拉之间的位置设一个导纱钩,将弹性涤纶穿过导纱钩后与粗纱一同进入牵伸罗拉,粗纱和弹性涤纶从牵伸罗拉出来后进行加捻,最终形成包芯纱;第七步,烘干;第八步,络筒;第九步,包装。通过上述方式,本发明能够在原有的亚麻线外包裹弹性涤纶(PTT)等材质的线,包芯纱产品外观精美,产品更具有弹性和强度;本制作工艺能够保证产品结构牢固可靠,制作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及亚麻制造领域,特别是涉及一种湿纺包芯纱制作工艺。
背景技术
作为纯天然纤维,亚麻具有吸汗、透气性良好和对人体无害等显著特点,在服装、纺织行业越来越受到重视;现在只有纯亚麻的亚麻线,只包含亚麻纤维一种材料,产品的颜色单一,产品的结构特性固定,无法满足现有市场对于多元化产品的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种湿纺包芯纱制作工艺,能够在原有的亚麻线外包裹弹性涤纶(PTT)等材质的线,制成包芯纱,包芯纱产品外观精美,产品的结构相对于单一的亚麻纤维更具有弹性和强度;本制作工艺能够保证产品结构牢固可靠,制作效率高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种湿纺包芯纱制作工艺,包括:
第一步,分束:将粗纱原料分成一束一束的状态,每束的重量为100-140g,每束的长度为500-800mm;
第二步,栉成联合:将上一步中的束状粗纱原料放入栉成联合机中,制成麻条;
第三步,并条:将上一步制成的麻条每五根并成一根麻条;
第四步,粗纱:在粗纱机上将上一步中的麻条制成粗纱;
第五步,煮漂:去除果胶并漂白粗纱;
第六步,包芯纺:将粗纱依次经过喂入罗拉和牵伸罗拉,在喂入罗拉和牵伸罗拉之间的位置设一个导纱钩,将弹性涤纶穿过导纱钩后与粗纱一同进入牵伸罗拉,粗纱和弹性涤纶从牵伸罗拉出来后进行加捻,最终形成包芯纱;
第七步,烘干;
第八步,络筒;
第九步,包装。
优选的,所述第一步中每束粗纱原料重量为120g。

第五步,煮漂:去除果胶并漂白粗纱;
第六步,包芯纺:将粗纱依次经过喂入罗拉和牵伸罗拉,在喂入罗拉和牵伸罗拉之间的位置设一个导纱钩,将弹性涤纶穿过导纱钩后与粗纱一同进入牵伸罗拉,粗纱和弹性涤纶从牵伸罗拉出来后进行加捻,最终形成包芯纱;

第五步,煮漂:去除果胶并漂白粗纱;
