本发明公开了一种超高分子量聚乙烯改善加工性能配方,由75份UHMWPE、25份HDPE组成的树脂中添加成核剂1份、ZnSt润滑剂0.5份;进一步改进在于:所述成核剂为热解硅石。本发明能显著提高超高分子量聚乙烯加工性能。

本发明涉及一种高分子材料配方,特别是一种超高分子量聚乙烯配方。
背景技术
超高分子量聚乙烯具有优异的耐磨、耐冲击性能,但加工性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高加工性能的超高分子量聚乙烯改善加工性能配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
超高分子量聚乙烯改善加工性能配方,其改进之处在于:由75份UHMWPE、25份HDPE组成的树脂中添加成核剂1份、ZnSt润滑剂0.5份。
进一步改进在于:所述成核剂为热解硅石。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:由75份UHMWPE、25份HDPE组成的树脂中添加成核剂1份、ZnSt润滑剂0.5份组成的配方,能显著提高超高分子量聚乙烯加工性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例:
超高分子量聚乙烯改善加工性能配方,由75份UHMWPE、25份HDPE组成的树脂中添加成核剂1份、ZnSt润滑剂0.5份。
本实施例中,成核剂为热解硅石。
