Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构,包括:壳体、电机定子、电机转子毂、电机主壳体、发动机飞轮盘、K0离合器内毂、滚针轴承和输入轴,壳体内安装有电机定子,壳体右侧安装有电机主壳体,电机定子内设置有电机转子毂,电机转子毂内设置有K0离合器总成,电机转子毂与输入轴固定连接,输入轴右侧安装有内毂传动轴,内毂传动轴左端设置有轴槽,输入轴右端嵌入在内毂传动轴的轴槽内,内毂传动轴右侧安装有发动机飞轮盘。本发明目的在于提供一种结构设计合理、简单,造型紧凑的用于混合动力车的耦合机构,通过发动机与电机共同协作的方式,使得动力系统可以按照整车的实际运行工况要求灵活调控,同时解决了在装配过程中的困难。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种搭载于混合动力车辆中的动力传输装置,尤其涉及一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构。
背景技术
随着世界各国环境保护的措施越来越严格,节能减排显得愈发重要,替代燃油发动机汽车的方案也越来越多,混合动力汽车替代燃油发动机汽车已成一定的趋势。混合动力汽车的关键是混合动力系统,它的性能直接关系到混合动力汽车整车性能。通常,用于混合动力汽车的动力传输系统包括:自动变速器、电动机、发动机。本发明涉及一种混合动力汽车的耦合机构,其中具有输入轴的自动变速器、K0离合器、电机和具有输出轴的发动机排成一行。
由于用于混合动力车的耦合机构具有自动变速器、K0离合器、电机、发动机等排成一行,所占空间非常大,而且在各个部件的配置以及装配过程中会有许多不利。
现有的变速器与电机之间采用两种离合器连接布置,然而这种结构的缺点是,变速器、电机、离合器等位置复杂,并且增大了所占空间位置,同时电机和中间离合器配置不在同一空间中,有盖体隔开,其缺点在于电机没有浸在油里,降低了冷却效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,进而提供一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构,其设计合理、布置紧凑、具有最优配置的动力耦合机构。
本发明的技术方案:
一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构,包括:壳体、电机定子、电机转子毂、电机主壳体、轴承、发动机飞轮盘、内毂传动轴、滚针轴承和输入轴,
所述壳体内安装有电机定子,壳体右侧安装有电机主壳体,电机定子内设置有电机转子毂,电机转子毂内设置有K0离合器总成;
所述电机转子毂与输入轴固定连接,输入轴右侧安装有内毂传动轴,内毂传动轴左端设置有轴槽,输入轴右端嵌入在内毂传动轴的轴槽内,内毂传动轴右侧安装有发动机飞轮盘;
所述电机转子毂的内套上端面通过轴承与电机主壳体转动连接,内套下端面通过滚针轴承与内毂传动轴转动连接;
所述电机转子毂的外套内壁上设置有转子传动齿,转子传动齿与K0离合器总成啮合传动。
进一步,所述K0离合器内毂下端与内毂传动轴的连接端通过焊接固定。
进一步,所述K0离合器总成包括:K0离合器内毂、摩擦片组件、K0保持架、活塞、回位弹簧和弹簧保持架,所述输入轴上安装有K0保持架,K0保持架与输入轴转动连接,K0保持架上部T型端的顶端设置有保持架传动齿,K0保持架下部底座的中部设置有保持架凸起部,底座底部设置有弹簧保持架连接槽,所述K0保持架右侧设置有活塞,活塞中部设置有活塞凹陷部,活塞凹陷部下方设置有弹簧固定槽,保持架凸起部嵌入在活塞凹陷部内,持架凸起部与活塞凹陷部之间设置有密封圈,所述活塞右侧设置有弹簧保持架,弹簧保持架通过连接块固定安装在弹簧保持架连接槽内,弹簧保持架左侧壁上安装有弹簧座,回位弹簧一端与弹簧座相连,回位弹簧另一端与弹簧固定槽相连,所述K0保持架的T型端下方设置有K0离合器内毂,K0离合器内毂顶板与K0保持架的T型端之间安装有摩擦片组件,同事摩擦片组件位于活塞顶端推头右侧,所述K0离合器内毂下端与内毂传动轴的连接端相连,K0保持架的T型端上的保持架传动齿与转子传动齿啮合传动。
进一步,所述电机主壳体与内毂传动轴之间设置有油封,并且油封设置在轴承右侧。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明目的在于提供一种结构设计合理、简单,造型紧凑的用于混合动力车的耦合机构。内毂传动轴,其可相对旋转地与自动变速器的输入轴结合,并连接于发动机飞轮盘。通过发动机与电机共同协作的方式,使得动力系统可以按照整车的实际运行工况要求灵活调控。在低转速工况下,具有高效率的电机被用于初始加速,当车辆达到预定速度时,发动机启动,从而降低油耗与排放,同时解决了在装配过程中的困难,本发明结构紧凑,传输效率高。

以下将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构,包括:壳体1、电机定子2、电机转子毂3、电机主壳体4、轴承5、发动机飞轮盘6、内毂传动轴8、滚针轴承10和输入轴18,
所述壳体1内安装有电机定子2,壳体1右侧安装有电机主壳体4,电机定子2内设置有电机转子毂3,电机转子毂3内设置有K0离合器总成;
所述电机转子毂3与输入轴18固定连接,输入轴18右侧安装有内毂传动轴8,内毂传动轴8左端设置有轴槽,输入轴18右端嵌入在内毂传动轴8的轴槽内,内毂传动轴8右侧安装有发动机飞轮盘6;
所述电机转子毂3的内套3-1上端面通过轴承5与电机主壳体4转动连接,内套3-1下端面通过滚针轴承10与内毂传动轴8转动连接;
所述电机转子毂3的外套3-2内壁上设置有转子传动齿,转子传动齿与K0离合器总成啮合传动。
所述K0离合器内毂9下端与内毂传动轴8的连接端8-1通过焊接固定。
所述K0离合器总成包括:K0离合器内毂9、摩擦片组件12、K0保持架14、活塞15、回位弹簧16和弹簧保持架17,所述输入轴18上安装有K0保持架14,K0保持架14与输入轴18转动连接,K0保持架14上部T型端14-1的顶端设置有保持架传动齿,K0保持架14下部底座14-2的中部设置有保持架凸起部14-3,底座14-2底部设置有弹簧保持架连接槽14-4,所述K0保持架14右侧设置有活塞15,活塞15中部设置有活塞凹陷部15-1,活塞凹陷部15-1下方设置有弹簧固定槽15-3,保持架凸起部14-3嵌入在活塞凹陷部15-1内,持架凸起部14-3与活塞凹陷部15-1之间设置有密封圈,所述活塞15右侧设置有弹簧保持架17,弹簧保持架17通过连接块20固定安装在弹簧保持架连接槽14-4内,弹簧保持架17左侧壁上安装有弹簧座19,回位弹簧16一端与弹簧座19相连,回位弹簧16另一端与弹簧固定槽15-3相连,所述K0保持架14的T型端14-1下方设置有K0离合器内毂9,K0离合器内毂9顶板与K0保持架14的T型端14-1之间安装有摩擦片组件12,同事摩擦片组件12位于活塞15顶端推头15-2右侧,所述K0离合器内毂9下端与内毂传动轴8的连接端8-1相连,K0保持架14的T型端14-1上的保持架传动齿与转子传动齿啮合传动。
所述电机主壳体4与内毂传动轴8之间设置有油封7,并且油封7设置在轴承5右侧。
本发明的一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构,包括输入轴18、K0离合器总成、K0离合器内毂9、内毂传动轴8、电机转子毂3。K0离合器被安装在发动机和自动变速器之间并且位于先前由变矩器占用的空间中,连接在输入轴18上,且在其内部容纳有通过油压而接合的离合器机构的离合器内毂3,并在上述离合器机构接合时,上述离合器内毂3作为将从发动机提供给上述内毂传动轴的驱动力传递到上述变速器的输入轴18的输出元件而起作用。K0离合器内毂9通过花键齿与K0离合器摩擦片12组件结合。通过发动机与电机共同协作的方式,使得动力系统可以按照整车的实际运行工况要求灵活调控。在低转速工况下,具有高效率的电机被用于初始加速,当车辆达到预定速度时,发动机启动,从而降低油耗与排放。
输出轴18和电机转子毂3转动带动K0保持架14转动,当活塞15的推头压紧摩擦片12时,K0保持架14与K0离合器内毂9相连,带动K0离合器内毂9转动,K0离合器内毂9带动内毂传动轴8转动,从而带动发动机飞轮盘6转动。

1.一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构,包括:壳体(1)、电机定子(2)、电机转子毂(3)、电机主壳体(4)、轴承(5)、发动机飞轮盘(6)、内毂传动轴(8)、滚针轴承(10)和输入轴(18),其特征在于,
所述壳体(1)内安装有电机定子(2),壳体(1)右侧安装有电机主壳体(4),电机定子(2)内设置有电机转子毂(3),电机转子毂(3)内设置有K0离合器总成;
所述电机转子毂(3)与输入轴(18)固定连接,输入轴(18)右侧安装有内毂传动轴(8),内毂传动轴(8)左端设置有轴槽,输入轴(18)右端嵌入在内毂传动轴(8)的轴槽内,内毂传动轴(8)右侧安装有发动机飞轮盘(6);
所述电机转子毂(3)的内套(3-1)上端面通过轴承(5)与电机主壳体(4)转动连接,内套(3-1)下端面通过滚针轴承(10)与内毂传动轴(8)转动连接;
所述电机转子毂(3)的外套(3-2)内壁上设置有转子传动齿,转子传动齿与K0离合器总成啮合传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构,其特征在于,所述K0离合器内毂(9)下端与内毂传动轴(8)的连接端(8-1)通过焊接固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构,其特征在于,所述K0离合器总成包括:K0离合器内毂(9)、摩擦片组件(12)、K0保持架(14)、活塞(15)、回位弹簧(16)和弹簧保持架(17),所述输入轴(18)上安装有K0保持架(14),K0保持架(14)与输入轴(18)转动连接,K0保持架(14)上部T型端(14-1)的顶端设置有保持架传动齿,K0保持架(14)下部底座(14-2)的中部设置有保持架凸起部(14-3),底座(14-2)底部设置有弹簧保持架连接槽(14-4),所述K0保持架(14)右侧设置有活塞(15),活塞(15)中部设置有活塞凹陷部(15-1),活塞凹陷部(15-1)下方设置有弹簧固定槽(15-3),保持架凸起部(14-3)嵌入在活塞凹陷部(15-1)内,持架凸起部(14-3)与活塞凹陷部(15-1)之间设置有密封圈,所述活塞(15)右侧设置有弹簧保持架(17),弹簧保持架(17)通过连接块(20)固定安装在弹簧保持架连接槽(14-4)内,弹簧保持架(17)左侧壁上安装有弹簧座(19),回位弹簧(16)一端与弹簧座(19)相连,回位弹簧(16)另一端与弹簧固定槽(15-3)相连,所述K0保持架(14)的T型端(14-1)下方设置有K0离合器内毂(9),K0离合器内毂(9)顶板与K0保持架(14)的T型端(14-1)之间安装有摩擦片组件(12),同事摩擦片组件(12)位于活塞(15)顶端推头(15-2)右侧,所述K0离合器内毂(9)下端与内毂传动轴(8)的连接端(8-1)相连,K0保持架(14)的T型端(14-1)上的保持架传动齿与转子传动齿啮合传动。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种用于混合动力车的耦合机构,其特征在于,所述电机主壳体(4)与内毂传动轴(8)之间设置有油封(7),并且油封(7)设置在轴承(5)右侧。
