The invention combines the phellinus igniarius and the N15 polypeptide to effectively promote the healing of the skin and improve the skin condition, and is particularly suitable for the thick damaged and inflammatory parts of the skin stratum corneum such as rhagadia and the like. The skin care product disclosed by the invention has soft skin feel, good spreadability, easiness in absorption, excellent cold and hot stability and better practicability.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a functional skin care product, in particular to a medicinal skin care product aiming at chapped skin.

Background

The skin is the largest organ covering the surface of the human body, and is very vulnerable to damage due to direct contact with the external environment, irritation from various factors such as oxidation, dryness and ultraviolet rays.

The skin care products are applied when the skin is damaged or inflamed, the disease condition can be aggravated, the existing skin care products are various, the functions of the existing skin care products are focused on whitening, nutrition and anti-aging, part of the skin care products are cosmeceuticals, the functions of the skin care products comprise antianaphylaxis, skin cuticle thickness enhancement and the like, the active ingredients added in the skin care products are mostly nutritional agents, and part of the skin care products are even added with hormones in order to achieve the effect in advertisement propaganda, and are harmful to the health of users.

The prior art discloses a skin care product (publication No. CN106137785A) for promoting skin repair and regeneration, which adopts N15 polypeptide as a main active ingredient, and researches show that the formula of the skin care product has a larger improvement space.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a medicinal skin care product with better effect for chapped skin, which satisfies the beautifying effect of the skin care product, relieves skin inflammation, reduces skin itch, desquamation and redness, promotes skin cell repair and regeneration, and reduces skin wrinkles.

In order to achieve the purpose, the medicinal skin care product for chapped skin designed by the invention comprises 1-5 wt% of solid oil, 9.5-20 wt% of liquid oil, 1-5 wt% of emulsifier, 10-22 wt% of humectant, 0.05-1 wt% of N15 polypeptide and 0.2-0.3 wt% of phellinus linteus extract; the balance being water.

Preferably, the phellinus igniarius extract is a water extract of phellinus igniarius, and the relative density of the phellinus igniarius extract is 1.01-1.05.

Preferably, the humectant is selected from glycerol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, betaine, hyaluronic acid.

Preferably, the solid oil is liquid paraffin, lanolin and gel.

The N15 polypeptide sequence in the invention is: methionine-proline-tyrosine-serine-threonine-glutamic acid-leucine-isoleucine-phenylalanine-tyrosine-isoleucine-glutamic acid-methionine-aspartic acid-proline, which sequence is disclosed in chinese patent application 201410123289.6. Phellinus linteus is a fungus, named because it parasitizes on mulberry. Carpophores are sessile, pileus is flat and hemispherical or horseshoe-shaped, woody, light liver brown to dark gray or black. Phellinus igniarius is a precious traditional Chinese medicine and has the effects of benefiting five internal organs, softening hard masses, expelling toxin, stopping bleeding, promoting blood circulation, harmonizing stomach and stopping diarrhea. The inventor finds that the phellinus igniarius and the N15 polypeptide are combined to be used for the damage and inflammation parts with thick skin cuticle such as rhagadia and the like in a targeted manner, so that the skin is recovered to be in a healthy state.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the combination of phellinus igniarius and N15 polypeptide can effectively promote skin healing and improve skin conditions, and is particularly suitable for skin stratum corneum thicker damages such as rhagadia and inflammation parts. The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.

The following examples used the sequence of the N15 polypeptide: methionine-proline-tyrosine-serine-threonine-glutamic acid-leucine-isoleucine-phenylalanine-tyrosine-isoleucine-glutamic acid-methionine-aspartic acid-proline, which sequence is disclosed in chinese patent application 201410123289.6, the polypeptide and its preparation method are not described in detail here.

It should be noted that the main active ingredients of the skin care product of the present invention are the composition of N15 polypeptide and phellinus linteus extract, and other skin care product basic ingredients such as moisturizer, grease, emulsifier, etc. only increase the comfort of users, but do not have substantial effect on skin repair, so the following examples do not make too much change to these basic ingredients, which should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

Example 1

The medicinal skin care product 1 for chapped skin comprises the following components: 2 wt% of lanolin, 10 wt% of polydimethylsiloxane, 3 wt% of cetostearyl alcohol, 21 wt% of glycerol, 0.1 wt% of hyaluronic acid, 0.5 wt% of N15 polypeptide, 0.2 wt% of phellinus linteus extract and the balance of water.

The phellinus igniarius extract is prepared by the following method:

crushing and crushing phellinus igniarius, adding deionized water according to the weight of 4-5 times, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 20-40 min at the ultrasonic temperature of 50-70 ℃ and the ultrasonic power of 800-1200W; centrifuging, collecting supernatant, and concentrating the supernatant by reduced pressure distillation to obtain an extract with a relative density of 1.01-1.05 at 25 ℃ to obtain the phellinus igniarius extract.

Example 2

The medicinal skin care product 2 for chapped skin comprises the following components: 2 wt% of lanolin, 10 wt% of polydimethylsiloxane, 3 wt% of cetostearyl alcohol, 21 wt% of glycerol, 0.1 wt% of hyaluronic acid, 0.8 wt% of N15 polypeptide, 0.2 wt% of phellinus linteus extract and the balance of water.

Example 3

The medicinal skin care product 3 for chapped skin comprises the following components: 2 wt% of lanolin, 10 wt% of polydimethylsiloxane, 3 wt% of cetostearyl alcohol, 21 wt% of glycerol, 0.1 wt% of hyaluronic acid, 1 wt% of N15 polypeptide, 0.3 wt% of phellinus linteus extract and the balance of water.

Comparative example

The comparative skin care product was prepared according to the same formulation as in examples 1 to 6, except that no Phellinus linteus extract was added, and the final concentrations of N15 polypeptide added were varied in a gradient manner, respectively, to be 0.25 wt%, 0.5 wt%, 0.8 wt%, and 1 wt%, and the reference examples 1 to 4 were sequentially labeled.

Test example 1

1. Skin repair test

4 diabetic subjects of 55-65 years old are selected, the left heel and the right heel of each subject are cracked in different degrees, the heels of the subjects are difficult to cure due to the diabetes causes of the subjects, and the common skin care products have little effect on the subjects. One heel of the subject was coated with the skin care products of control examples 1-4, and the other heel was coated with a blank control, wherein the blank control was a commercially available vitamin E cream (coated with a normal skin care product without N15 polypeptide), and the results are shown in table 1.

Experiments have observed that when the amount of N15 polypeptide is more than 0.5 wt% for rhagades, the effect of the rhagades of the subject is better, and the effect caused by the change of the concentration is not much different. The blank skin care product has no obvious using effect, and the chapped part of the subject has only slight softening of the skin, but the cracking degree of the chapped part is not reduced.

2. Example chap repair test
