本发明涉及乳化油技术领域,是一种液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法;该液压支架用乳化油原料按质量百分含量包括甘油50%至80%、乙二醇8%至30%、乳化剂10%至20%、防锈剂0.1%至0.3%、抗泡剂0.01%至0.05%、极压润滑剂0.1%至0.5%、防腐防霉杀菌剂0.1%至0.3% 、其余为水。本发明液压支架用乳化油较现有液压支架油的稳定性好,且本发明液压支架用乳化油与现有液压支架油的润滑性能相当;同时,本发明液压支架用乳化油较现有液压支架油的生产成本降低15%至20%,大大降低了生产成本。

液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及乳化油技术领域,是一种液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法。
背景技术
现市场常用的液压支架油是皂化乳化油,用井水稀释后与矿物元素发生反应;但现市场常用的液压支架油稳定性差,在70±2℃下检测,24h后出现分层,产生絮状物现象,且有油皂析出;为了解决此问题,通常的做法是加大表面活性剂的加量,加抗硬水剂,但由于表面活性剂价格比较高,从而大大提高了液压支架油的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法,克服了上述现有技术之不足,其能有效解决现有液压支架油稳定性差,在70±2℃下检测24h后出现分层、产生絮状物现象、有油皂析出和生产成本高的问题。
本发明的技术方案之一是通过以下措施来实现的:一种液压支架用乳化油,原料按质量百分含量包括甘油50%至80%、乙二醇8%至30%、乳化剂10%至20%、防锈剂0.1%至0.3%、抗泡剂0.01%至0.05%、极压润滑剂0.1%至0.5%、防腐防霉杀菌剂0.1%至0.3% 、其余为水。
下面是对上述发明技术方案之一的进一步优化或/和改进:
上述液压支架用乳化油按下述方法得到:在所需量的甘油中依次加入所需量的乳化剂、水、乙二醇、防腐防霉杀菌剂、极压润滑剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂,混合均匀后得到液压支架用乳化油。
上述防腐防霉杀菌剂为水性防腐剂卡松或羧酸胺盐。
上述极压润滑剂为硼酸脂或油酸三乙醇胺;或/和,抗泡剂为聚醚或有机硅。
上述防锈剂为聚羧酸盐类或脂肪酸盐或脂肪酸脂;或/和,乳化剂为非离子水性表面活性剂。
本发明的技术方案之二是通过以下措施来实现的:一种液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,按下述方法进行:在所需量的甘油中依次加入所需量的乳化剂、水、乙二醇、防腐防霉杀菌剂、极压润滑剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂,混合均匀后得到液压支架用乳化油。
下面是对上述发明技术方案之二的进一步优化或/和改进:
上述防腐防霉杀菌剂为水性防腐剂卡松或羧酸胺盐。
上述极压润滑剂为硼酸脂或油酸三乙醇胺;或/和,抗泡剂为聚醚或有机硅。
上述防锈剂为聚羧酸盐类或脂肪酸盐或脂肪酸脂;或/和,乳化剂为非离子水性表面活性剂。
本发明液压支架用乳化油较现有液压支架油的稳定性好,且本发明液压支架用乳化油与现有液压支架油的润滑性能相当;同时,本发明液压支架用乳化油较现有液压支架油的生产成本降低15%至20%,大大降低了生产成本。

本发明不受下述实施例的限制,可根据本发明的技术方案与实际情况来确定具体的实施方式。
实施例1,该液压支架用乳化油原料按质量百分含量包括甘油50%至80%、乙二醇8%至30%、乳化剂10%至20%、防锈剂0.1%至0.3%、抗泡剂0.01%至0.05%、极压润滑剂0.1%至0.5%、防腐防霉杀菌剂0.1%至0.3% 、其余为水。

实施例4,该液压支架用乳化油按下述方法得到:在所需量的甘油中依次加入所需量的乳化剂、水、乙二醇、防腐防霉杀菌剂、极压润滑剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂,混合均匀后得到液压支架用乳化油;原料按质量百分含量包括甘油60%、乙二醇14.5%、乳化剂17.6%、防锈剂0.3%、抗泡剂0.05%、极压润滑剂0.5%、防腐防霉杀菌剂0.3%、水6.75%。
实施例5,该液压支架用乳化油按下述方法得到:在所需量的甘油中依次加入所需量的乳化剂、水、乙二醇、防腐防霉杀菌剂、极压润滑剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂,混合均匀后得到液压支架用乳化油;原料按质量百分含量包括甘油50%、乙二醇14.6%、乳化剂15%、防锈剂0.3%、抗泡剂0.05%、极压润滑剂0.5%、防腐防霉杀菌剂0.3%、水19.25%。
实施例6,该液压支架用乳化油按下述方法得到:在所需量的甘油中依次加入所需量的乳化剂、水、乙二醇、防腐防霉杀菌剂、极压润滑剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂,混合均匀后得到液压支架用乳化油;原料按质量百分含量包括甘油50%、乙二醇10%、乳化剂12%、防锈剂0.3%、抗泡剂0.03%、极压润滑剂0.5%、防腐防霉杀菌剂0.3%、水26.87%。
实施例7,作为上述实施例的优化,防腐防霉杀菌剂为水性防腐剂卡松或羧酸胺盐。
实施例8,作为上述实施例的优化,极压润滑剂为硼酸脂或油酸三乙醇胺;或/和,抗泡剂为聚醚或有机硅。
实施例9,作为上述实施例的优化,防锈剂为聚羧酸盐类或脂肪酸盐或脂肪酸脂;或/和,乳化剂为非离子水性表面活性剂。
稳定性测定:
将实施例4、实施例5和实施例6得到的液压支架用乳化油在(70±2℃)下检测结果见表1所示;从表1可以看出,实施例4、实施例5和实施例6得到的液压支架用乳化油在(70±2℃)下168h无分层、无絮状物和无油皂析出,在水中均匀分散,无不良的刺激性气味;说明本发明液压支架用乳化油较现有液压支架油的稳定性好,且本发明液压支架用乳化油与现有液压支架油的润滑性能相当。
综上所述,本发明液压支架用乳化油较现有液压支架油的稳定性好,且本发明液压支架用乳化油与现有液压支架油的润滑性能相当;同时,本发明液压支架用乳化油较现有液压支架油的生产成本降低15%至20%,大大降低了生产成本。
以上技术特征构成了本发明的实施例,其具有较强的适应性和实施效果,可根据实际需要增减非必要的技术特征,来满足不同情况的需求。

Claims (9)

1.一种液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于原料按质量百分含量包括甘油50%至80%、乙二醇8%至30%、乳化剂10%至20%、防锈剂0.1%至0.3%、抗泡剂0.01%至0.05%、极压润滑剂0.1%至0.5%、防腐防霉杀菌剂0.1%至0.3% 、其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于按下述方法得到:在所需量的甘油中依次加入所需量的乳化剂、水、乙二醇、防腐防霉杀菌剂、极压润滑剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂,混合均匀后得到液压支架用乳化油。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于防腐防霉杀菌剂为水性防腐剂卡松或羧酸胺盐。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于极压润滑剂为硼酸脂或油酸三乙醇胺;或/和,抗泡剂为聚醚或有机硅。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于防锈剂为聚羧酸盐类或脂肪酸盐或脂肪酸脂;或/和,乳化剂为非离子水性表面活性剂。
6.一种根据权利要求1所述的液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于按下述方法进行:在所需量的甘油中依次加入所需量的乳化剂、水、乙二醇、防腐防霉杀菌剂、极压润滑剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂,混合均匀后得到液压支架用乳化油。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于防腐防霉杀菌剂为水性防腐剂卡松或羧酸胺盐。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于极压润滑剂为硼酸脂或油酸三乙醇胺;或/和,抗泡剂为聚醚或有机硅。
9.根据权利要求6或7或8所述的液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于极压润滑剂为硼酸脂或油酸三乙醇胺;或/和,抗泡剂为聚醚或有机硅。
