Abstract

本发明是一种蜂蜜搅拌装置,包括搅拌机本体、电动机、蜂胶输送管、竖直支架和搅拌主轴,搅拌机本体内壁上设有厚度均匀的导热层,导热层内部嵌有加热棒,在搅拌蜂蜜的同时可以加入蜂胶,蜂胶通过搅拌主轴进入搅拌机本体,从蜂胶管上的若干蜂胶口内排出,可以更均匀地分散在蜂蜜中,可以减少搅拌的工作量;加热棒可以对搅拌机本体内的混合物加热,可以减少搅拌阻力,从而延长电动机的使用寿命;截面为菱形的搅拌叶片可以减少搅拌阻力,便于搅拌;刮壁杆的设计可以将粘连在搅拌机本体内壁上的蜂蜜刮下来,减少了浪费。

本发明涉及蜂蜜生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种蜂蜜搅拌装置。
背景技术
在保健蜂蜜的生产工程中,需要对蜂蜜、蜂胶等产品进行混匀配置,蜂蜜粘稠度比较大,流动性差,尤其在低温的情况下蜂蜜更是难以搅拌,所以现有的搅拌器经常会出现因阻力过大而出现搅拌轴无法转动的情况,降低了工作效率,保健蜂蜜混合不均匀,此外,蜂蜜搅拌均匀后搅拌机内壁会附着有大量蜂蜜,造成了大量的浪费。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种蜂蜜搅拌装置。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种蜂蜜搅拌装置,其特征在于,包括搅拌机本体、电动机、蜂胶输送管、竖直支架和搅拌主轴,所述搅拌机本体为空心圆柱形,所述搅拌机本体内壁上设有厚度均匀的导热层,所述导热层内部嵌有加热棒,所述搅拌机本体顶部中心位置上方设有横向伞形齿轮,所述横向伞形齿轮左侧设有纵向伞形齿轮,所述横向伞形齿轮与纵向伞形齿轮啮合,所述纵向伞形齿轮连接电动机的输出轴,所述电动机固定在搅拌机本体的顶面左侧,所述横向伞形齿轮连接搅拌主轴,所述搅拌主轴为内部中空的圆柱形,所述搅拌主轴上设有固定轴承,所述固定轴承将述搅拌主轴可旋转地固定在搅拌机本体顶面的中心位置,所述搅拌主轴一端伸入搅拌机本体内,所述蜂胶输送管伸进搅拌主轴的另一端,所述蜂胶输送管中间位置设有加压泵,所述蜂胶输送管的另一端连有蜂胶箱,所述竖直支架将蜂胶箱固定在搅拌机本体上方,所述搅拌机本体上方设有进蜜口,所述搅拌主轴上设有刮壁杆,所述刮壁杆位于固定轴承下方,所述刮壁杆由横杆和竖杆组成,所述刮壁杆的竖杆贴合搅拌机本体内壁上的导热层,连接所述搅拌主轴的刮壁杆横杆下方设有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片的截面为菱形,所述搅拌主轴底面封闭,所述搅拌主轴下端连有四个蜂胶管,所述蜂胶管与搅拌主轴连通,所述蜂胶管上设有若干蜂胶口,所述蜂胶管底端连有固定装置,所述固定装置连接固定四个蜂胶管的底端,所述搅拌机本体下端设有出蜜口。
特别的,所述出蜜口处设有滤网。
特别的,所述搅拌机本体的底面中间低周边高,连接所述出蜜口的搅拌机本体底面的部位位置最低。
特别的,所述加热棒加热温度在37℃-40℃之间。
本发明的有益效果是:在搅拌蜂蜜的同时可以加入蜂胶,蜂胶通过搅拌主轴进入搅拌机本体,从蜂胶管上的若干蜂胶口内排出,可以更均匀地分散在蜂蜜中,可以减少搅拌的工作量;加热棒可以对搅拌机本体内的混合物加热,可以减少搅拌阻力,从而延长电动机的使用寿命;截面为菱形的搅拌叶片可以减少搅拌阻力,便于搅拌;刮壁杆的设计可以将粘连在搅拌机本体内壁上的蜂蜜刮下来,减少了浪费。

如图1、2所示,一种蜂蜜搅拌装置,其特征在于,包括搅拌机本体5、电动机1、蜂胶输送管9、竖直支架11和搅拌主轴14,所述搅拌机本体5为空心圆柱形,所述搅拌机本体5内壁上设有厚度均匀的导热层3,所述导热层3内部嵌有加热棒2,所述搅拌机本体5顶部中心位置上方设有横向伞形齿轮7,所述横向伞形齿轮7左侧设有纵向伞形齿轮6,所述横向伞形齿轮7与纵向伞形齿轮6啮合,所述纵向伞形齿轮6连接电动机1的输出轴,所述电动机1固定在搅拌机本体5的顶面左侧,所述横向伞形齿轮7连接搅拌主轴14,所述搅拌主轴14为内部中空的圆柱形,所述搅拌主轴14上设有固定轴承13,所述固定轴承13将述搅拌主轴14可旋转地固定在搅拌机本体5顶面的中心位置,所述搅拌主轴14一端伸入搅拌机本体5内,所述蜂胶输送管9伸进搅拌主轴14的另一端,所述蜂胶输送管9中间位置设有加压泵8,所述蜂胶输送管9的另一端连有蜂胶箱10,所述竖直支架11将蜂胶箱10固定在搅拌机本体5上方,所述搅拌机本体5上方设有进蜜口12,所述搅拌主轴14上设有刮壁杆4,所述刮壁杆4位于固定轴承13下方,所述刮壁杆4由横杆和竖杆组成,所述刮壁杆4的竖杆贴合搅拌机本体5内壁上的导热层3,连接所述搅拌主轴14的刮壁杆4横杆下方设有搅拌叶片15,所述搅拌叶片15的截面为菱形,所述搅拌主轴14底面封闭,所述搅拌主轴14下端连有四个蜂胶管16,所述蜂胶管16与搅拌主轴14连通,所述蜂胶管16上设有若干蜂胶口17,所述蜂胶管16底端连有固定装置18,所述固定装置18连接固定四个蜂胶管16的底端,所述搅拌机本体5下端设有出蜜口19。

特别的,所述搅拌机本体5的底面中间低周边高,连接所述出蜜口19的搅拌机本体5底面的部位位置最低。

本发明工作时,在搅拌蜂蜜的同时可以加入蜂胶,蜂胶通过搅拌主轴14进入搅拌机本体5,从蜂胶管16上的若干蜂胶口17内排出,可以更均匀地分散在蜂蜜中,可以减少搅拌的工作量,加热棒2工作,导热层3给搅拌机本体5内的混合物传递热量,混合物温度升高,具有一定的流动性,减少了搅拌阻力,截面为菱形的搅拌叶片15可以减少搅拌阻力,便于搅拌,从而延长电动机1的使用寿命,刮壁杆4将粘连在搅拌机本体5内壁上的蜂蜜刮下来,减少了浪费。

1.一种蜂蜜搅拌装置,其特征在于,包括搅拌机本体(5)、电动机(1)、蜂胶输送管(9)、竖直支架(11)和搅拌主轴(14),所述搅拌机本体(5)为空心圆柱形,所述搅拌机本体(5)内壁上设有厚度均匀的导热层(3),所述导热层(3)内部嵌有加热棒(2),所述搅拌机本体(5)顶部中心位置上方设有横向伞形齿轮(7),所述横向伞形齿轮(7)左侧设有纵向伞形齿轮(6),所述横向伞形齿轮(7)与纵向伞形齿轮(6)啮合,所述纵向伞形齿轮(6)连接电动机(1)的输出轴,所述电动机(1)固定在搅拌机本体(5)的顶面左侧,所述横向伞形齿轮(7)连接搅拌主轴(14),所述搅拌主轴(14)为内部中空的圆柱形,所述搅拌主轴(14)上设有固定轴承(13),所述固定轴承(13)将述搅拌主轴(14)可旋转地固定在搅拌机本体(5)顶面的中心位置,所述搅拌主轴(14)一端伸入搅拌机本体(5)内,所述蜂胶输送管(9)伸进搅拌主轴(14)的另一端,所述蜂胶输送管(9)中间位置设有加压泵(8),所述蜂胶输送管(9)的另一端连有蜂胶箱(10),所述竖直支架(11)将蜂胶箱(10)固定在搅拌机本体(5)上方,所述搅拌机本体(5)上方设有进蜜口(12),所述搅拌主轴(14)上设有刮壁杆(4),所述刮壁杆(4)位于固定轴承(13)下方,所述刮壁杆(4)由横杆和竖杆组成,所述刮壁杆(4)的竖杆贴合搅拌机本体(5)内壁上的导热层(3),连接所述搅拌主轴(14)的刮壁杆(4)横杆下方设有搅拌叶片(15),所述搅拌叶片(15)的截面为菱形,所述搅拌主轴(14)底面封闭,所述搅拌主轴(14)下端连有四个蜂胶管(16),所述蜂胶管(16)与搅拌主轴(14)连通,所述蜂胶管(16)上设有若干蜂胶口(17),所述蜂胶管(16)底端连有固定装置(18),所述固定装置(18)连接固定四个蜂胶管(16)的底端,所述搅拌机本体(5)下端设有出蜜口(19)。
