Abstract
本发明公开了一种止滑丝圈垫及其制作方法,所述止滑丝圈垫包括由下而上设置的底皮层、丝圈层、胶粘层、颗粒层和耐磨层,所述丝圈层由耐寒材料制成,所述耐寒材料包括聚氯乙烯、增韧树脂、增塑剂、耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂和碳酸钙。本发明的止滑丝圈垫采用耐寒材料制作丝圈,使丝圈垫整体硬度受温度影响小,适用于室外的严寒天气中,提高丝圈垫的防滑性,进而提高用户的使用安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶垫领域,特别涉及一种止滑丝圈垫及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前,市场中常见的丝圈垫是由丝圈面层与底部的衬底材料经过热熔贴合或者胶水贴合而成为一体的脚垫材质,丝圈垫具有很好的刮砂效果。但是现有技术中的丝圈垫的耐寒能力较差,遇到雨雪天气或寒冷天气,塑料硬度增加,止滑效果降低,存在潜在风险。考虑到湿式状态下和温度变化对塑胶止滑性能的影响较大,亟需从材料的表面粗糙度和不受温度影响或受温度影响小方面着手,研发新型的止滑丝圈垫。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明提供了一种止滑丝圈垫及其制作方法,技术方案如下:
一方面,本发明提供了一种止滑丝圈垫,包括由下而上设置的底皮层、丝圈层、胶粘层、颗粒层和耐磨层,所述丝圈层由耐寒材料制成,所述耐寒材料包括聚氯乙烯、增韧树脂、增塑剂、耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂和碳酸钙。

S1、利用T型模成型丝圈层;
S2、在丝圈层上涂覆胶粘层,并进行熟化操作;
S3、在胶粘层远离丝圈层的一面喷洒颗粒,形成颗粒层;
S4、在颗粒层上涂覆耐磨层;
S5、在丝圈层远离胶粘层的一面贴合底皮层,进行塑化操作。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果如下:
1)通过原料、配方、工艺的调整在丝圈垫表面形成磨砂层,起到止滑效果,磨砂层的材料有PVC树脂粉、木屑、粉煤灰、沙子等不易塑化的原料;
2)采用耐寒材料聚氯乙烯、增韧树脂、增塑剂、耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂和碳酸钙制作丝圈层,使丝圈垫的整体硬度受温度影响较小。

实施例1
在本发明的一个实施例中,提供了一种止滑丝圈垫,有5层结构,由下至上依次为底皮层1、丝圈层2、胶粘层3、颗粒层4和耐磨层5。其中底皮层1的主要材料为PVC和碳酸钙,比重大,具有很好的贴地性,所述PVC和碳酸钙的重量份额范围为:PVC 100份,增塑剂30~60份,稳定剂2~5份,碳酸钙50~75份,优选为PVC 100份,增塑剂45份,稳定剂3份,碳酸钙60份;丝圈层2为耐寒的丝圈,在雨雪天气下,硬度增加不多,在0℃的硬度比室温(比如25℃)下的硬度增加4HA左右;胶粘层3的厚度10-50微米;颗粒层4的粒径多样化,利用颗粒物质在180℃难以塑化或不塑化的特点,将其粘附在胶粘层3上,成型后,表面有明显的沙粒状,达到止滑效果,其中,颗粒物质可以选用PVC树脂粉、木屑、细砂等,粒径不同,止滑性也不同;耐磨层5所用的树脂是聚合度高,部分交联的PVC糊树脂。
本发明的止滑丝圈垫的最大静摩擦系数在0.45-0.65范围内,通过颗粒层的材质、粒径、含量等来控制最大静摩擦系数。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述耐寒材料包括聚氯乙烯、增韧树脂、增塑剂、耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂和碳酸钙,优选地,所述耐寒材料的重量份额为:
并且,T型模成型丝圈层,丝径为0.5mm,胶黏层30μm,烧结后,每平方米均匀喷洒100g木屑,木屑为50目,继续涂覆耐磨层,和底皮层一起塑化,底皮层比重1.6g/cm3,整体贴地行好,最大静摩擦系数在0.49。
本发明经过多次试验得到,以上为制作耐寒防滑的丝圈垫的最佳配方,可实现在室温与0℃两种情况下丝圈垫的硬度变化最小,为小于3HA。
在其他可选的实施例中,所述耐寒材料的重量份额为:
此时,在室温与0℃两种情况下丝圈垫的硬度变化为3.6HA。
在本实施例中,T型模成型丝圈层,丝径0.6mm,胶黏层30μm,烧结后,每平方米均匀喷洒70gPVC树脂粉,树脂粉的粒径约250μm,继续涂覆耐磨层,和底皮层一起塑化,底皮层比重1.6g/cm3,整体贴地行好,最大静摩擦系数在0.53。

在本实施例中,T型模成型丝圈层,丝径0.4mm,胶黏层25μm,烧结后,每平方米均匀喷洒120g粉煤灰,粉煤灰的粒径约100目,继续涂覆耐磨层,和底皮层一起塑化,底皮层比重1.6g/cm3,整体贴地行好,最大静摩擦系数在0.56。

在本发明的一个实施例中,提供了一种止滑丝圈垫的制作方法,参见图2,所述方法包括以下流程:
S1、利用T型模成型丝圈层;
S2、在丝圈层上涂覆胶粘层,并进行熟化操作;
S3、在胶粘层远离丝圈层的一面喷洒颗粒,形成颗粒层;
S4、在颗粒层上涂覆耐磨层;
S5、在丝圈层远离胶粘层的一面贴合底皮层,进行塑化操作。
