另一方面,本发明还提供了一种负氧离子PVC丝圈垫的制作方法,包括:
S1、利用T型模成型丝圈层;
S2、丝圈层冷却后,常温下在丝圈层上喷洒颗粒,形成涂层;
S3、、将PVC乳化粉、增塑剂、稳定剂混合均匀,直至形成干爽的粉末,再将粉末和负氧离子源在50℃以下的温度下物理混合5min,得到功能材料;
S4、在丝圈层的内部喷涂功能材料,形成功能层;
S5、功能层冷却后,摩擦涂层表面以形成孔,所述孔用于丝圈层的负氧离子源释放负氧离子;
S6、在丝圈层远离涂层的一面贴合底层,进行塑化操作。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果如下:
a.负氧离子PVC丝圈垫应用在地面铺装材料中,其涂层、丝圈层、功能层和底层均包括能释放负氧离子和远红外线的负氧离子源,使得丝圈垫具有优异的释放负氧离子功能,且其释放的负氧离子含量随时间增加而增加,从而保证室内的负氧离子含量充足,能够更加有效地改善空气质量;
b.涂层的材料有PVC树脂粉、木屑、细沙、负氧离子源和无机填料,成型后,表面有明显的沙粒状,达到止滑效果;
c.采用耐寒材料聚氯乙烯、增韧树脂、增塑剂、耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、碳酸钙中的一种或多种,具有优异的耐寒性。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
在本发明的一个实施例中,提供了一种负氧离子PVC丝圈垫,参见图1和图2,其包括由上至下依次设置的涂层1、丝圈层2、功能层3和底层4,所述涂层1、丝圈层2、功能层3和底层4均包括能释放负氧离子和远红外线的负氧离子源;
在上述四层结构中添加的负氧离子源的粒径范围为1800-2200目,粒径优选为2000目,所述负氧离子源包括:

上述涂层1、丝圈层2、功能层3和底层4的具体结构如下:所述涂层1包括多个粒径相同或不同的颗粒,利用颗粒物质在180℃难以塑化或不塑化的特点将其粘附在丝圈层2上,所述颗粒物质的制作材料包括PVC树脂粉、木屑、细沙、负氧离子源和无机填料,成型后,表面有明显的沙粒状,达到止滑效果,其中,所述负氧离子源的质量百分含量为3-5%,所述无机填料的质量百分含量为3-5%;所述丝圈层2由耐寒材料和负氧离子源制成,其中,所述负氧离子源的质量百分含量为2-4%,所述耐寒材料包括聚氯乙烯、增韧树脂、增塑剂、耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、碳酸钙中的一种或多种;所述底层4的制作材料包括PVC、增塑剂、稳定剂、碳酸钙和负氧离子源,其中,所述负氧离子源的质量百分含量为1-3%。
所述功能层3由功能材料制成,所述功能材料包括PVC乳化粉、增塑剂、稳定剂和负氧离子源,所述功能材料重量份额范围为:PVC乳化粉100份,增塑剂20-80份,稳定剂1-3份,负氧离子源120-150份。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述功能材料的重量份额为:
在其他可选的实施例中,所述功能材料的重量份额为:PVC乳化粉100份,增塑剂20份,稳定剂1份,负氧离子源120份。
在其他可选的实施例中,所述功能材料的重量份额为:PVC乳化粉100份,增塑剂80份,稳定剂3份,负氧离子源150份。
所述功能材料的制作过程如下:先将负氧离子源控制目数在2000目,再将PVC乳化粉100份、增塑剂DOTP32份和液体钙锌复合稳定剂1.5份分散,直至形成干爽的粉末,然后将粉末与130份负氧离子源在50℃以下的温度下物理混合5min,得到功能材料,之后将功能材料装入喷枪中备用。
所述涂层1的制作过程如下:颗粒物质可以选用PVC树脂粉、木屑、细砂等,在颗粒物质中加入质量百分含量优选为4%的2000目的负氧离子源和质量百分含量优选为3-5%且优选粒径在250-300μm的无机填料(优选为碳酸钙),分散后备用。
所述负氧离子PVC丝圈垫的成型工艺如下:T型模成型丝圈层冷却后,常温下在丝圈层2上喷洒涂层颗粒,然后使用喷枪将功能材料喷涂在丝圈层2的内部,且不接触丝圈层2的外表面,使功能材料储藏在丝圈层内,并受丝圈层2 的保护,同时涂层1可以锁住功能材料,使功能材料牢牢的粘住丝圈层2,烧结冷却后,用尼龙刷摩擦涂层1表面,去除涂层1表面的无机填料碳酸钙,以形成微小的孔,所述孔用于丝圈层的负氧离子源释放负氧离子,在温度23±2℃,湿度55±5%的条件下测得释放的负氧离子的含量约为10000个/cm3。
负氧离子的标准值为1000-1500个/cm3,而使用本发明的负氧离子PVC丝圈垫释放负氧离子的含量为9000-12000个/cm3,高于标准值。另外选择在温度 23±2℃,湿度55±5%的室内继续进行测量,使用一个月后,释放负氧离子的含量为15000-23000个/cm3,使用半年后,释放负氧离子的含量为13000-20000 个/cm3,使用一年后,释放负氧离子的含量为10000-18000个/cm3,使用本发明的负氧离子PVC丝圈垫,其释放的负氧离子含量随时间增加而增加,从而保证室内的负氧离子含量充足,能够更加有效地改善空气质量。
本发明经过多次试验得到,以上为制作负氧离子PVC丝圈垫的最佳配方,可实现释放的负氧离子含量随时间增加而增加。
实施例2
在本发明的一个实施例中,提供了一种负氧离子PVC丝圈垫的制作方法,参见图3,所述方法包括以下流程:
S1、利用T型模成型丝圈层;
S2、丝圈层冷却后,常温下在丝圈层上喷洒颗粒,形成涂层;
S3、将PVC乳化粉、增塑剂、稳定剂混合均匀,直至形成干爽的粉末,再将粉末和负氧离子源在50℃以下的温度下物理混合5min,得到功能材料;
S4、在丝圈层的内部喷涂功能材料,形成功能层;
S5、功能层冷却后,摩擦涂层表面以形成孔,所述孔用于丝圈层的负氧离子源释放负氧离子;
S6、在丝圈层远离涂层的一面贴合底层,进行塑化操作。
本发明提供了一种负氧离子PVC丝圈垫及其制作方法,其涂层、丝圈层、功能层和底层均包括能释放负氧离子和远红外线的负氧离子源,使得负氧离子 PVC丝圈垫不仅具有优异的耐寒性、还兼具优异的释放负氧离子功能,且其释放的负氧离子含量随时间增加而增加,从而保证室内的负氧离子含量充足,能够更加有效地改善空气质量。

1.一种负氧离子PVC丝圈垫,其特征在于,包括由上至下依次设置的涂层(1)、丝圈层(2)、功能层(3)和底层(4),所述涂层(1)、丝圈层(2)、功能层(3)和底层(4)均包括能释放负氧离子和远红外线的负氧离子源;
所述功能层(3)由功能材料制成,所述功能材料包括PVC乳化粉、增塑剂、稳定剂和负氧离子源,所述功能材料的重量份额范围为:

5.根据权利要求1所述的负氧离子PVC丝圈垫,其特征在于,所述丝圈层(2)由耐寒材料和负氧离子源制成,其中,所述负氧离子源的质量百分含量为2-4%;
所述耐寒材料包括聚氯乙烯、增韧树脂、增塑剂、耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、碳酸钙中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的负氧离子PVC丝圈垫,其特征在于,所述涂层(1)包括多个粒径相同或不同的颗粒,所述颗粒粘附在所述丝圈层(2)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的负氧离子PVC丝圈垫,其特征在于,所述涂层(1)的颗粒的制作材料包括PVC树脂粉、木屑、细沙、负氧离子源和无机填料,其中,所述负氧离子源的质量百分含量为3-5%,所述无机填料的质量百分含量为3-5%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的负氧离子PVC丝圈垫,其特征在于,所述无机填料的粒径为100-300μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的负氧离子PVC丝圈垫,其特征在于,所述底层(4)的制作材料包括PVC、增塑剂、稳定剂、碳酸钙和负氧离子源,其中,所述负氧离子源的质量百分含量为1-3%。
10.一种负氧离子PVC丝圈垫的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
S1、利用T型模成型丝圈层;
S2、丝圈层冷却后,常温下在丝圈层上喷洒颗粒,形成涂层;
S3、将PVC乳化粉、增塑剂、稳定剂混合均匀,直至形成干爽的粉末,再将粉末和负氧离子源在50℃以下的温度下物理混合5min,得到功能材料;

S5、功能层冷却后,摩擦涂层表面以形成孔,所述孔用于丝圈层的负氧离子源释放负氧离子;
