Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌仿古砖及其制备方法,涉及建筑建材技术领域。这种抗菌仿古砖,包括粉煤灰、黏土、水泥、石英砂和\或金刚砂、矿渣和\或钢渣、纳米氧化锌、树脂或者橡胶与分散剂。本发明解决了仿古砖随着使用时间的增长,其表面滋生许多病菌,传播疾病,危害人们身体健康的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑建材技术领域,尤其是一种抗菌仿古砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
仿古砖以较高的个性化、较低的吸水率和较好的耐磨、防滑、亚光、防污等实用性能愈来愈受到人们的青睐。但是作为与人们生产生活息息相关的墙面装饰材料,随着使用时间的增长,其表面不可避免的会滋生许多病菌,容易传播疾病,严重的还会危害人们的身体健康。现在常用的杀菌方法有微博、射线、高温、甲醛或乙醇等,都不适用于墙面贴砖的杀菌。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种绿色环保的抗菌仿古砖及其制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种抗菌仿古砖,包括如下重量份的原料:粉煤灰500~600份、黏土400~450份、水泥310~320份、石英砂和\或金刚砂300~320份、矿渣和\或钢渣300~320份、纳米氧化锌30~50份、树脂或者橡胶15~20份、分散剂10~15份;
所述分散剂是表面活性剂、无机小分子分散剂、聚合物的一种或者多种混合物。
这种抗菌仿古砖的制作方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
A、将粉煤灰500~600重量份、黏土400~450重量份、石英砂和\或金刚砂300~320重量份、矿渣和\或钢渣300~320重量份、树脂或者橡胶15~20重量份进行研磨,粉碎至150~200目,备用;
B、向步骤A所得粉料加入水泥310~320重量份、纳米氧化锌30~50重量份、分散剂10~15重量份搅拌均匀,备用;
C、向步骤B所得加入适量水,搅拌均匀,使含水量达到15~20%,注入模具压制成砖坯;
D、把步骤C所得砖坯进行保温热处理,加热温度为200~1200℃,加热时间为0.75~1.5h,降温冷却可得;
所述分散剂是表面活性剂、无机小分子分散剂、聚合物的一种或者多种混合物。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、纳米氧化锌作为一种新型的抗菌剂,抗菌机理有两种:一是通过离子溶出机理破坏细菌等有机物的结构和用于电子传递系统的酶并与-SH基反应,从而达到杀菌的目的;二是通过光照氧化机理,产生非常活泼的羟基自由基(·HO)、过氧离子(·O2 -)以及·O2H自由基,一次破坏微生物细胞的增殖能力,从而达到抑制或杀菌的作用。具有性能快速、高效、广谱、持久、不会被消耗、无耐药性等优点,解决了常用无机抗菌剂杀菌速度慢,易变色以及和有机抗菌剂耐热性差,有效时间短等缺点。
2、本发明加入了纳米氧化锌,能制作出色彩鲜艳不易褪色的仿古砖,并且能随着角度的变化而变色,产生出丰富而神秘的“颜色效应”,使得仿古砖的成像效果更好。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一:
这种抗菌仿古砖包含如下重量份的原料:粉煤灰500份、黏土400份、水泥310份,石英砂300份、矿渣300份、纳米氧化锌30份、环氧树脂15份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵10份,水适量。
制作方法如下:
A、将粉煤灰、黏土、石英砂、矿渣、环氧树脂进行粉碎研磨,至150~200目,备用;
B、向步骤A所得粉料加入水泥、纳米氧化锌、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵搅拌均匀,备用;
C、向步骤B所得加入适量水,搅拌均匀,使含水量达到15%,注入模具压制成砖坯;
D、把步骤C所得砖坯进行保温热处理,加热温度为1200℃,加热时间为0.75h,降温冷却可得。
实施例二:
这种抗菌仿古砖包含如下重量份的原料:粉煤灰600份、黏土450份、水泥320份,金刚砂320份、钢渣320份、纳米氧化锌50份、橡胶20份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵15份,水适量。
制作方法如下:
A、将粉煤灰、黏土、金刚砂、钢渣、橡胶进行粉碎研磨,至150~200目,备用;
B、向步骤A所得粉料加入水泥、纳米氧化锌、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵搅拌均匀,备用;
C、向步骤B所得加入适量水,搅拌均匀,使含水量达到20%,注入模具压制成砖坯;
D、把步骤C所得砖坯进行保温热处理,加热温度为200℃,加热时间为1.5h,降温冷却可得。

1.一种抗菌仿古砖,其特征在于包括如下重量份的原料:粉煤灰500~600份、黏土400~450份、水泥310~320份、石英砂和\或金刚砂300~320份、矿渣和\或钢渣300~320份、纳米氧化锌30~50份、树脂或者橡胶15~20份、分散剂10~15份;
所述分散剂是表面活性剂、无机小分子分散剂、聚合物的一种或者多种混合物。
2.一种抗菌仿古砖的制作方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
A、将粉煤灰500~600重量份、黏土400~450重量份、石英砂和\或金刚砂300~320重量份、矿渣和\或钢渣300~320重量份、树脂或者橡胶15~20重量份进行研磨,粉碎至150~200目,备用;
B、向步骤A所得粉料加入水泥310~320重量份、纳米氧化锌30~50重量份、分散剂10~15重量份搅拌均匀,备用;
C、向步骤B所得加入适量水,搅拌均匀,使含水量达到15~20%,注入模具压制成砖坯;
D、把步骤C所得砖坯进行保温热处理,加热温度为200~1200℃,加热时间为0.75~1.5h,降温冷却可得;
