进一步的,高粱米20g、麦仁6g、红芸豆6g、花豇豆8g、黄豆瓣8g、薏苡仁6g、玉米粒20g、花生米8g、荞麦仁8g和豌豆4g。
进一步的,花生米提前破瓣处理。
