本发明公开了一种高粱薏仁荞麦粥配方,以重量计,其组分为:高粱米10‑25g、麦仁5‑15g、红芸豆6‑10g、花豇豆5‑15g、黄豆瓣5‑15g、薏苡仁5‑20g、玉米粒15‑30g、花生米2‑10g、荞麦仁5‑15g和豌豆2‑10g。本发明在保留了传统粥的风味和营养成分的基础上,增加了健脾、祛湿的原料,具有健脾、祛湿的功效;针对上班族缺乏运动和长期待在空调房而导致的体内湿气重,脾胃差的现状,本发明的粥能有效祛湿和调理脾胃。

本发明属于粥配方技术领域,特别涉及一种高粱薏仁荞麦粥配方。
背景技术
粥是人们在生活中比较喜爱的食品,自古以来就有用于养生、防病、治病方面,具有较高的食疗价值;目前市面上的粥类品种繁多,但大多只是当做早餐充饥食用,现在的人们在夏天大多待在空调房,运动少,大多都体内湿气过重,长期吃完就坐下工作,导致脾胃不好。很少有特别针对健脾、祛湿的粥。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高粱薏仁荞麦粥配方,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高粱薏仁荞麦粥配方,以重量计,其组分为:高粱米10-25g、麦仁5-15g、红芸豆6-10g、花豇豆5-15g、黄豆瓣5-15g、薏苡仁5-20g、玉米粒15-30g、花生米2-10g、荞麦仁5-15g和豌豆2-10g。
进一步的,高粱米12-23g、麦仁5-10g、红芸豆6-8g、花豇豆5-12g、黄豆瓣5-12g、薏苡仁5-15g、玉米粒18-25g、花生米4-9g、荞麦仁6-12g和豌豆3-8g。
进一步的,高粱米20g、麦仁6g、红芸豆6g、花豇豆8g、黄豆瓣8g、薏苡仁6g、玉米粒20g、花生米8g、荞麦仁8g和豌豆4g。
进一步的,花生米提前破瓣处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明有以下技术效果:
本发明在保留了传统粥的风味和营养成分的基础上,增加了健脾、祛湿的原料,具有健脾、祛湿的功效;针对上班族缺乏运动和长期待在空调房而导致的体内湿气重,脾胃差的现状,本发明的粥能有效祛湿和调理脾胃。

一种高粱薏仁荞麦粥配方,以重量计,其组分为:高粱米18g、麦仁8g、红芸豆7g、花豇豆10g、黄豆瓣8g、薏苡仁10g、玉米粒22g、花生米7g、荞麦仁8g和豌豆5g。

一种高粱薏仁荞麦粥配方,以重量计,其组分为:高粱米23g、麦仁10g、红芸豆8g、花豇豆12g、黄豆瓣12g、薏苡仁15g、玉米粒25g、花生米9g、荞麦仁12g和豌豆8g。
