为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种具有补脑功能的面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦面粉200-250份、大豆蛋白粉50-60份、玉米粉50-60份、木薯粉30-40份、小米粉15-30份、土豆泥10-15份、红豆沙10-15份、小麦皮5-10份、黄豆粕粉7-10份、鱼鳔5-15份、螺旋藻粉7-10份、脱脂奶粉6-8份、板栗仁7-9份、蚕豆8-15份、赤小豆8-15份、黄豆8-15份、芝麻5-15份、核桃12-18份、杏仁7-14份、龙眼8-12份、红枣6-9份、姜片5-7份、松子3-7份、白花椰菜8-10份、营养剂添加剂8-15份、助剂3-5份。
进一步的,所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:黄皮叶1.4-2份、当归1-1.7份、忍冬藤2-2.5份、酱羊肉15-20份、腌青梅4-6份、莲藕20-25份、鲜玫瑰花瓣4-5份适量。
进一步的,所述助剂为维生素A、维生素D 、维生素E、维生素B6、维生素B1、维生素B2、乳酸钙、乳酸锌、乳酸亚铁中的一种或多种。
