本发明属于粥配方技术领域,特别涉及一种黑豆粥配方。
背景技术
粥是人们在生活中比较喜爱的食品,自古以来就有用于养生、防病、治病方面,具有较高的食疗价值;目前市面上的粥类品种繁多,但大多只是当做早餐充饥食用,现在的人们长期吃完就坐下工作,导致脾胃不好,再加上生活作息不规律,肾脏负担重,很少有特别针对健脾补肾的粥。

本发明的目的在于提供一种黑豆粥配方,以解决上述问题。

一种黑豆粥配方,以重量计,其组分为:黑豆10-15g、高粱米5-15g、小米10-20g、燕麦5-15g、红小豆6-20g、豇豆5-15g、薏苡仁2-10g、玉米5-10g、山药5-15g、大枣6-15g、核桃仁5-9g和大米2-15g。
