技术领域
本申请涉及河蟹饲料,特别是一种适用于立体式集约化养殖模式的河蟹饲料及制备方法。
背景技术
立体集约化养殖是一种小水体、高密度的养殖方式,传统的颗粒饲料营养虽丰富,满足河蟹的生长需要,但是饲料投入到水体中,其中营养成分会随水渐渐渗透流失,逐步减少了饲料的营养成分,影响了饲料本身的营养价值,因此,传统饲料会加大各配方中成分的计量,这不仅仅浪费原材料的使用量,还增加了小水体污染的危险程度,影响水质,进而影响河蟹生长,甚至导致河蟹死亡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于采用最经济的方式,在满足河蟹营养摄取需要的同时,减少饲料的养分流失和对水环境的污染,并且操作简单,生产成本低。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本申请实施例公开了一种适用于立体式集约化养殖模式的河蟹饲料,按重量百分比包括如下原料:鱼粉19%、玉米粉18%、豆饼粉18%、麦麸20%、青菜或白菜或南瓜22%、添加剂1%、粘合剂2%,所述添加剂1%由螺旋藻粉2‰、雨生红藻3‰、维生素C 2‰、DMPT3‰组成,所述粘合剂2%为田菁2%。
相应的还公开了一种适用于立体式集约化养殖模式的河蟹饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1将鱼粉19%、玉米粉18%、豆饼粉18%、麦麸20%、青菜或白菜或南瓜22%、螺旋藻粉2‰、雨生红藻3‰、维生素C 2‰、DMPT 3‰、田菁2%混匀,并加入同等体积的无菌水,放入粉碎机中打碎成糜状混合物;
S2将所述糜状混合物加热到88-92℃,并维持88-92℃20秒进行低温杀菌;
S3将所述糜状混合物加入到制粒机并制成直径0.5cm的颗粒饲料;
S4利用风机,通入过滤无菌风将制作好的所述颗粒饲料表面吹干;
S5将食用海藻胶与灭菌水混合,配置重量比为1%-2%的海藻胶溶液,并用搅拌机充分搅拌均匀待用;
S6将营养性钙质固化剂氯化钙溶于灭菌水,配置成重量比为3%的氯化钙溶液待用,配置过程中加入重量比例都为1‰甜菜碱和DMPT;
S7将所述颗粒饲料置于所述海藻胶溶液中充分裹匀;
S8将裹匀好的所述颗粒饲料浸入所述氯化钙溶液中,静置3分钟后,所述颗粒饲料外将包裹一层可食用胶得到最终饲料。
优选的,所述步骤S3至S8中,操作均在无菌条件下完成。
本发明的优点在于:
1、饲料营养丰富,适合成蟹所需各种矿物质和微量元素,可使河蟹味道更加鲜美;
2、并且饲料含有充足的膳食纤维,帮助河蟹消化,所制饲料没有进行高温干燥,仍处于糜性状态,充分模拟自然状态下,河蟹捕食分解水生动物的口感,适于河蟹这种腐食性动物的摄食;
3、本饲料方案采用低温灭菌,可有效杀灭有害菌的同时,减少饲料营养成分因高温分解的损失;
4、饲料处于糜性状态,加入水中,会导致营养流失,食物散失,甚至污染循环水,但在本发明中,饲料外层包裹的胶质膜可锁住营养流失,防止糜状物自行分解;
5、因饲料配方中含有雨生红藻,是天然的补充虾青素的原料,可使河蟹外表颜色艳丽,感官品质可得到提升;
6、因饲料胶质是可食用藻胶制作而成,无毒副作用,并且可食用营养性氯化钙参与固化作用,为饲料增加了钙质,满足河蟹生理活动,特别是蜕壳对钙质的需求;
7、本发明饲料颗粒小,减少传统大颗粒饲料河蟹不易摄食完的浪费;
8、因胶和饲料中含有国家规定可安全食用的诱食剂,可引诱河蟹摄食。
本发明的饲料非常适用于立体式集约化循环水养殖系统,可减少河蟹饲料对水环境的污染,减轻换水操作,节省水资源,而且营养被锁住在胶内,不易流失,解决了饲料在水中分解、营养流失的问题,节能减排。
使用规则:该饲料建议现用现配,放置4℃可保存3-15天,该时间长短取决于饲料制备过程中,无菌环境条件的程度。

下面将详细阐述本发明优选的实施方式。
实施例1:
适用于立体式集约化养殖模式的河蟹饲料,按重量百分比包括如下原料:鱼粉19%、玉米粉18%、豆饼粉18%、麦麸20%、青菜22%、螺旋藻粉2‰、雨生红藻3‰、维生素C2‰、DMPT 3‰、田菁2%。
制备方法见实施例3。
实施例2:
适用于立体式集约化养殖模式的河蟹饲料,按重量百分比包括如下原料:鱼粉19%、玉米粉18%、豆饼粉18%、麦麸20%、白菜22%、螺旋藻粉2‰、雨生红藻3‰、维生素C2‰、DMPT 3‰、田菁2%。
制备方法见实施例3。
实施例3:
适用于立体式集约化养殖模式的河蟹饲料,按重量百分比包括如下原料:鱼粉19%、玉米粉18%、豆饼粉18%、麦麸20%、南瓜22%、螺旋藻粉2‰、雨生红藻3‰、维生素C2‰、DMPT 3‰、田菁2%。
制备方法:
S1将上述原料混匀,并加入同等体积的无菌水,放入粉碎机中打碎成糜状混合物;
S2将糜状混合物加热到88-92℃,并维持88-92℃20秒进行低温杀菌;
S3将糜状混合物加入到制粒机并制成直径0.5cm的颗粒饲料;
S4利用风机,通入过滤无菌风将制作好的颗粒饲料表面吹干;
S5将食用海藻胶与灭菌水混合,配置重量比为1%-2%的海藻胶溶液,并用搅拌机充分搅拌均匀待用;
S6将营养性钙质固化剂氯化钙溶于灭菌水,配置成重量比为3%的氯化钙溶液待用,配置过程中加入重量比例都为1‰甜菜碱和DMPT;
S7将颗粒饲料置于海藻胶溶液中充分裹匀;
S8将裹匀好的颗粒饲料浸入氯化钙溶液中,静置3分钟后,颗粒饲料外将包裹一层可食用胶得到最终饲料。
在步骤S3至S8中,操作均在无菌条件下完成。

1.一种适用于立体式集约化养殖模式的河蟹饲料,其特征在于,按重量百分比包括如下原料:鱼粉19%、玉米粉18%、豆饼粉18%、麦麸20%、青菜或白菜或南瓜22%、添加剂1%、粘合剂2%,所述添加剂1%由螺旋藻粉2‰、雨生红藻3‰、维生素C 2‰、DMPT 3‰组成,所述粘合剂2%为田菁2%。
2.权利要求1所述的适用于立体式集约化养殖模式的河蟹饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1将鱼粉19%、玉米粉18%、豆饼粉18%、麦麸20%、青菜或白菜或南瓜22%、螺旋藻粉2‰、雨生红藻3‰、维生素C 2‰、DMPT 3‰、田菁2%混匀,并加入同等体积的无菌水,放入粉碎机中打碎成糜状混合物;
S2将所述糜状混合物加热到88-92℃,并维持88-92℃20秒进行低温杀菌;
S3将所述糜状混合物加入到制粒机并制成直径0.5cm的颗粒饲料;
S4利用风机,通入过滤无菌风将制作好的所述颗粒饲料表面吹干;
S5将食用海藻胶与灭菌水混合,配置重量比为1%-2%的海藻胶溶液,并用搅拌机充分搅拌均匀待用;

S7将所述颗粒饲料置于所述海藻胶溶液中充分裹匀;
S8将裹匀好的所述颗粒饲料浸入所述氯化钙溶液中,静置3分钟后,所述颗粒饲料外将包裹一层可食用胶得到最终饲料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适用于立体式集约化养殖模式的河蟹饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3至S8中,操作均在无菌条件下完成。
