池塘养殖金鲳鱼生长速度快,周期短,成本低,所以近几年池塘规模化养殖发展迅速。但池塘养殖金鲳鱼放养密度低,产量低,经济效益不高。
硒是人体必需的、不可或缺的微量元素之一,具有很强的抗氧化能力,能抑制化学致癌物、分解致癌物质,有天然解毒、排毒作用,可维持心血管系统的正常结构和功能,预防心血管病,被国内科学家誉为“抗癌之王”、“排毒之剂”、“生命之火”。当前,随着人们物质水平的不断提和营养保健意识的日益增强,“吃出健康”日渐成为人们的健康时尚。富硒食品,特别是富硒鱼将成为人们对健康、营养、保健功能食品的新追求。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是,针对上述问题,提供一种富硒金鲳鱼的养殖方法,将金鲳鱼与虾混养,合理利用资源,降低金鲳鱼养殖成本;同时,采用合理的饲养方式结合富硒饲料,提高虾和金鲳鱼的含硒量,提高抵抗力和食用价值。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种富硒金鲳鱼的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.消毒:对池塘干池处理后,然后按每亩施生石灰55~70kg、茶麸5~15kg和波尔多液0.5~1.2kg的比例将上述物质均匀撒在池塘底部,硒塘3~7天后,加水至水深为10cm,消毒3~7天;将池塘中的水抽排干净,反复清洗至池塘pH为7左右;在投苗前20天,向池塘中加水至60~80cm,按8~10kg/亩池塘的比例向池塘中投茶籽饼,以杀灭野杂鱼卵。
S2培水:将池塘中的水抽排干净,在进水口安装40目筛绢网,防止野杂鱼进入,并加注盐度为12~20‰天然海水或经稀释的海水,每亩投施100~150kg发酵有机肥,待池水呈黄绿色或茶褐色。
S3投苗:5月左右,待水温达到18~20℃时,先向池塘中投虾苗,并投放富硒虾饲料。
将金鲳鱼投放在暂养池中,先停食3天,然后投喂浮游动物或刚孵化的卤虫无节幼体,6~8天后将鱼糜和富硒鱼饲料混合投喂,并逐渐驯化为用富硒鱼饲料投喂。经过20天培育,可打通暂养池,让鱼种进入池塘。
S4养殖:金鲳鱼进入池塘后,逐渐加深水位到1.2~1.6m,并降低含盐量到6~10‰;并定期应用微生物制剂调节水质;每月投喂1~2次药饵,每次连喂3~5天。
金鲳鱼进入池塘后,开始投喂富硒鱼饲料2次,日投饵量为鱼体重8%~10%;6月~9月水温为25℃~35℃时,每天投喂3次~4次,日投饵量增至鱼体重15%以上。
所述富硒鱼饲料按照重量份包括以下组分:
鱼粉25~40份、膨化大豆14~15份、富硒玉米32~36份、小麦麸6~10份、玉米蛋白粉5~15份、酪蛋白5~10份、生烟草叶5~8份、苦楝子5~10份、海藻粉20~30份、复合维生素1~5份、矿物元素1~5份、复合酶制剂1~3份、二氧化硒3~5份、富硒酵母粉3~6份、螺旋藻粉1~3份、蛋氨酸硒5~10份。
作为一种优选的方案,步骤S3中,所述富硒虾饲料按照重量份包括以下组分:鱼粉20~30份、蝇蛆蛋白粉5~8份、鸡肉粉3~5份、去皮豆粕5~10份、二氧化硒3~5份、飞仙藤3~5份、壳聚糖5~8份、葡萄糖6~10份、酵母粉2~5份、芽孢杆菌粉2~5份、螺旋藻3~10份、大豆卵磷脂粉2~8份、贻贝粉2~8份、低聚壳聚糖2~8份、磷酸二氢钙0.5~2份、复合维生素1~5份。
作为一种优选的方案,步骤S3中,投入虾苗后,连续投喂富硒虾饲料25~35天,每天早晚各一次,后期食用金鲳鱼食用残渣。
作为一种优选的方案,步骤S3中,暂养池喂养时,要保持24h连续充氧。
作为一种优选的方案,步骤S3中,向暂养池中投入水质改良剂,所述水质改良剂按照重量份包括以下组分:纤维素酶4~9份、蛋白酶5~10份、枯草芽孢杆菌20~30份、粪球菌10~20份、维生素C 5~10份、鲜柳树叶15~20份。
作为一种优选的方案,步骤S4中,调节水质的具体要求为:每隔10~15天,向池塘注入一次新水,每次10~20厘米;另外,每隔10~15天,按100g/667m2用量全池泼洒沸石粉和利生素。
作为一种优选的方案,步骤S4中,所述药饵按照重量份包括以下组分:用陈皮5~10份、黄芪1~3份、木香3~5份、白芷3~5份、维生素2~3份、大蒜素3~5份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明的富硒金鲳鱼的养殖方法,针对金鲳鱼抢食凶猛、摄食量大、生长快和放养密度低造成的养殖成本高,将金鲳鱼与虾混养,混养的虾摄食金鲳鱼的饲料残渣,减少水体污染、合理利用资源并降低金鲳鱼养殖成本。同时,采用合理的饲养方式结合富硒饲料,提高虾和金鲳鱼的含硒量,提高抵抗力和食用价值。
2.本发明的富硒金鲳鱼的养殖方法,投喂的富硒鱼饲料含有丰富的硒,通过金鲳鱼对饲料中有机硒的吸收转化,使有机硒富集在鱼体内,从而增强了鱼的抗氧化能力、机体免疫力和抗环境中重金属污染物的能力,提高鱼的存活率;并且由于鱼生理机能的提高,进而可以促进鱼的生长,提升甲鱼品质。同时,提高金鲳鱼的食用价值。
本发明富硒鱼饲料还含有生烟草叶、地锦草和苦楝子的天然绿色饲料,具有成本低、清除鱼体內外寄生虫,防疫肠炎病,烂腮,白粉等病原体,减少鱼苗病害,促进自身免疫力,促进鱼苗快速生长。利用海藻粉提高饲料蛋白含量,可海藻粉内富集微量元素,与复合维生素、矿物元素、复合酶制剂协同作用,可补充更多蛋白质,提高鱼肉品质,提高机质和机体的免疫力,预防疾病的发生,提高鱼的生长速度,降低饲养成本。
3.本发明的富硒金鲳鱼的养殖方法,应用微生物制剂调节水质,并投放药饵,不仅改善了养殖环境,减少了病鱼发生,而且实现了鱼种的高产,取得了十分显著的养殖效益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种富硒金鲳鱼的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.消毒:对池塘干池处理后,然后按每亩施生石灰60kg、茶麸10kg和波尔多液1kg的比例将上述物质均匀撒在池塘底部,硒塘7天后,加水至水深为10cm,消毒5天;将池塘中的水抽排干净,反复清洗至池塘pH为7左右;在投苗前20天,向池塘中加水至80cm,按10kg/亩池塘的比例向池塘中投茶籽饼,以杀灭野杂鱼卵。

S4养殖:金鲳鱼进入池塘后,逐渐加深水位到1.2~1.6m,并降低含盐量到6~10‰;并定期应用微生物制剂调节水质;调节水质的具体要求为:每隔10~15天,向池塘注入一次新水,每次10~20厘米;另外,每隔10~15天,按100g/667m2用量全池泼洒沸石粉和利生素。
每月投喂1~2次药饵,每次连喂3~5天。
所述药饵按照重量份包括以下组分:用陈皮8份、黄芪2份、木香4份、白芷4份、维生素3份、大蒜素4份。

鱼粉30份、膨化大豆15份、富硒玉米34份、小麦麸8份、玉米蛋白粉10份、酪蛋白8份、生烟草叶6份、苦楝子8份、海藻粉25份、复合维生素3份、矿物元素3份、复合酶制剂2份、二氧化硒4份、富硒酵母粉5份、螺旋藻粉2份、蛋氨酸硒8份。
实施例2
一种富硒金鲳鱼的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.消毒:对池塘干池处理后,然后按每亩施生石灰70kg、茶麸5kg和波尔多液0.8kg的比例将上述物质均匀撒在池塘底部,硒塘5天后,加水至水深为10cm,消毒7天;将池塘中的水抽排干净,反复清洗至池塘pH为7左右;在投苗前20天,向池塘中加水至70cm,按8kg/亩池塘的比例向池塘中投茶籽饼,以杀灭野杂鱼卵。
S2培水:将池塘中的水抽排干净,在进水口安装40目筛绢网,防止野杂鱼进入,并加注盐度为12~20‰天然海水或经稀释的海水,每亩投施120kg发酵有机肥,待池水呈黄绿色或茶褐色。
S3投苗:5月左右,待水温达到18~20℃时,先向池塘中投虾苗,并投放富硒虾饲料。连续投喂富硒虾饲料35天,每天早晚各一次,后期食用金鲳鱼食用残渣。
所述富硒虾饲料按照重量份包括以下组分:鱼粉30份、蝇蛆蛋白粉5份、鸡肉粉5份、去皮豆粕5份、二氧化硒3份、飞仙藤5份、壳聚糖5份、葡萄糖10份、酵母粉5份、芽孢杆菌粉2份、螺旋藻3份、大豆卵磷脂粉2份、贻贝粉5份、低聚壳聚糖5份、磷酸二氢钙2份、复合维生素5份。

1.一种富硒金鲳鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.消毒:对池塘干池处理后,然后按每亩施生石灰55~70kg、茶麸5~15kg和波尔多液0.5~1.2kg的比例将上述物质均匀撒在池塘底部,硒塘3~7天后,加水至水深为10cm,消毒3~7天;将池塘中的水抽排干净,反复清洗至池塘pH为7左右;在投苗前20天,向池塘中加水至60~80cm,按8~10kg/亩池塘的比例向池塘中投茶籽饼,以杀灭野杂鱼卵;
