Abstract

一种用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的方法,包括下列步骤:将照明设备本体保持在本体接收架上,其中照明设备本体为车辆照明设备的一合成树脂制成的部件;将前透镜保持在透镜接收架上,其中前透镜为车辆照明设备的另一合成树脂制成的部件,本体接收架配备有稳定部件,其硬度高于照明设备本体,并且其具有尖端凸起;使稳定部件咬入照明设备本体的背表面中;和使本体接收架和透镜接收架之一振动,以便将照明设备本体和前透镜进行振动焊接。

Description

车灯的振动焊接方法及其所用装置
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的照明设备,其中一部分焊接在照明设备本体上,用以形成用于车辆的照明设备,如用于汽车的标志灯,并且一部分可焊接在如前透镜上,用以覆盖其开口,它们可通过使两部件之间焊接部分所产生的振动而直接焊接在一起。特别是,本发明涉及一种车辆照明设备的振动焊接方法和装置,其可通过在两部件振动焊接过程中防止固定侧上的照明设备本体的共振而有效地实现振动焊接。
迄今,所使用的照明设备,是通过所谓的振动焊接工艺而制造的,其中照明设备本体51或类似物是由热塑性合成树脂制成的,并且前透镜52或类似物同样是由热塑性合成树脂制成的,其两部分可依靠将其待焊接部分通过振动焊接而焊接在一起。在由该工艺所制造的车辆照明设备中,焊接是按如下步骤完成的:如前透镜52的焊接腿54可与车辆照明设备本体51上的凸缘部分或类似物的接合表面53相接,在压力下将两部件保持相互接合状态,使一个部件相对于另一个部件经受振动,以产生摩擦热,由此使如前透镜52的焊接腿54可装配到如待装配照明设备本体51的熔融接合表面53上。如图9所示,由该种振动焊接方法制造的车辆照明设备可通过振动焊接装置来制成,其中振动焊接装置的操作如下:将具有朝上的接合表面53的照明设备本体51装配到本体接收架55上,并且将前透镜52装配到前透镜接收架56上,其中焊接腿54的末端处于与上述照明设备本体51的接合表面53相对的状态;接着,其后本体接收架55和照明设备本体51二者都被渐渐升高,使接合表面53被(以Y方向)压接在前透镜接收架56上所装配的前透镜52侧的焊接腿54上,并且使前透镜接收架56侧即前透镜52经受振动(以箭头X方向),以便在焊接腿54的末端与接合表面53之间产生摩擦热量,由此局部地将接合表面53与焊接腿54熔接起来。
然而,采用上述传统的振动焊接装置,如果前透镜52侧受到振动的话,由于如各种条件的变化,包括在照明设备本体51侧上的压接强度和两部件压接表面的相对尺寸,照明设备本体51,特别是与前透镜52的焊接腿54相接合部分的接合表面53,会随前透镜52的振动而共振。从而,出现的问题在于,不会产生用以振动焊接所必需的摩擦热量,使得焊接不可能。对于该问题,已经提出了一种方法,其中卷起部分(未示出)可装配在照明设备51的接合表面53的外侧上,以便防止共振,其中卷起部分啮合在本体接收架55上所形成的槽或类似物上。然而,根据车辆照明设备,特别是照明设备本体51的形状,很可能会出现不能形成卷起部分的情况。另外,在照明设备本体51形成具有浅底的扁平形状的情况下,由于装配到本体接收架55中的部分较短,会出现这样的问题:照明设备本体51会随前透镜52的振动一起运动,并且其会与本体接收架55脱离,使得焊接操作不能进行。
鉴于上述问题,本发明提供了用于车辆照明设备的振动焊接的方法和装置,并且本发明的目的就是防止在部件振动焊接时在固定侧上出现照明设备本体的共振,如具有浅底的薄照明设备本体的接合表面与前透镜焊接腿之间的共振,以便在两部件接合部分之间产生足够的摩擦热量,并且改善振动焊接的效果。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明,提供一种车辆照明设备振动焊接的方法,其包括下列步骤:将照明设备本体,其为一种合成树脂制成的用于车辆照明设备的部件,固定在本体接收架上;将前透镜,其为另一种合成树脂制成的部件,固定在前透镜接收架上,本体接收架配备有稳定部件,其硬度高于照明设备本体,并且其具有尖端凸起;将照明设备本体固定在本体接收架上,并且将前透镜固定在前灯接收架上,使得稳定部件咬入照明设备本体的背面;和使得本体接收架和前灯接收架之一振动,以便将照明设备本体和前透镜进行振动焊接。
由于设置了稳定部件,防止了在前透镜振动过程中照明设备本体侧的共振,因而可以产生足够的摩擦热量。
另外,根据本发明,还提供了一种用以将照明设备本体,其为一种合成树脂制成的用于车辆照明设备的部件,与前透镜,其为另一种合成树脂制成的照明设备的部件,进行振动焊接的装置,该装置包括:本体接收架,其用以固定照明设备本体;前透镜接收架,其用以固定前透镜;和稳定部件,其配备在本体接收架上,其中稳定部件的硬度高于照明设备本体,并且其具有凸起。
本发明对于固定在本体接收架上的照明设备本体以浅深度制成的情况下是非常有效的,并且稳定部件可定位在照明设备本体背面的预定位置上。
进一步地,可将稳定部件定位在一定位置上,其末端咬入照明设备本体的接合表面的背面中。
图1是一垂直截面图,其表示按照本发明用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的装置的第一实施例;
图2是一透视图,其表示本体接收架的结构;

在这里,将对根据本发明用于车辆照明设备的振动焊接方法的优选实施例进行描述。
在根据本发明的用于车辆照明设备的振动焊接方法中,要制备下列部件:本体接收架12,用以固定照明设备本体2,其为一种合成树脂制成的用于车辆的照明设备1的部件;和透镜接收架13,用以固定前透镜4,其为另一种合成树脂制成的部件。本体接收架12配备有稳定部件19,23,25,以及类似物(其将在下面加以描述),其硬度要高于照明设备本体2,并且其具有尖端凸起。照明设备本体2可固定在本体接收架12上,并且前透镜4可固定在透镜接收架13上,使稳定部件19,23,25,以及类似物咬入照明设备本体2的背面。因此,使本体接收架12和透镜接收架13中的一个振动,因而使照明设备本体2和前透镜4进行振动焊接。
还有,在上述车辆照明设备振动焊接方法中所使用的振动焊接装置设置如下。
即,图1是一垂直截面图,其表示根据本发明优选实施例的振动焊接装置的总体结构。图2是一透视图,其表示本体接收架的结构,而图3表示稳定部件的第一实例。
在附图中,振动焊接装置11这样操作,使得由于电磁振动而在成对工件W待焊接的部分上产生摩擦热量,待焊接部分的材料由于该摩擦热量而熔化,并且工件W随着它们接着冷却和固化而整个接合在一起。振动焊接装置11包括在固定侧上的本体接收架12,其中凹槽部分12a形成在其上表面上,用以配合构成车辆照明设备一部分的照明设备本体2,并且其作为一个工件W,在驱动侧上的透镜接收架13,其中凹槽部分13a形成在其下表面上,用以配合用作另一工件W的前透镜4;和振动发生器14,其用以电磁振动该透镜接收架13。
在上述振动发生器14中,振动部件17借助于一对弹性部件16悬挂在支撑15顶板的下表面上,其在预定方向上运动,如在附图中的左-右(水平)方向上运动。一对电磁铁18设置在振动部件17的左右两侧,使其相互相对,并且可将透镜接收架13固定在振动部件17的下侧上。因此,当使电流交替地流过左右电磁铁18时,会交替地吸引左和右(水平)方向上的振动部件17,并且产生电磁振动(在X方向上)。由此,固定于振动部件17下侧上的透镜接收架13会与振动部件17一起振动。在实施按照本发明实现振动焊接方法时,振动部件17的电磁振动可设置成在一定频率下沿左右方向产生振动,如240Hz左右。顺言之,产生该电磁振动的方法不限于上述设置,不用说,在必要时可以采用改进的设置来产生相似的电磁振动。
在车辆照明设备1中,其是通过按照本发明的用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的振动焊接装置所制造的,热塑性合成树脂制成的部件的末端,即在前透镜4或类似物背面的周边部分上所制成的焊接腿5(密封腿部或类似物),可直接通过振动焊接而与接合表面3(凸缘或类似物)连接,其中接合表面3是在类似热塑性合成树脂制成部件,即照明设备本体2敞开的周边部分上侧面凸起的。特别是,照明设备本体2的结构可以与车辆本体侧上的结构相对应地采用浅底以薄型制成。因此,车辆照明设备1的结构使得照明设备本体2会连同前透镜4的振动一起运动,并且其会与本体接收架12脱离,使得其不可能进行振动焊接。
在按照本发明用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的振动焊接装置中,可制成稳定部件19,使得当如上所述易于共振的车辆照明设备1的照明设备本体2被接纳在本体接收架12的凹槽部分12a中时,稳定部件19可略咬入其下表面,从而防止了在凹槽部分12a中的照明设备本体2的下表面和接合表面3的水平滑动。在本实施例中,可提供如此设置,使得一个或多个稳定部件19可嵌于在本体接收架12(见图2)上表面上所制成的凹槽部分12a的内表面上,并且在其上部所制成的许多棱锥体或锥形体20由本体接收架12的内表面伸出(见图3),并且其能够咬入配合在其上的照明设备本体2的下表面中。另外,在本实施例中的该稳定部件19可如此构成,使得其可借助于由本体接收架12外侧所插入的螺栓部件21而拧入和固定在本体接收架12的凹槽部分12a内表面上所形成的固定孔中。在使用稳定部件19时,稳定部件19的数量可根据需要而增加或减少。
也就是说,朝上的照明设备本体12(一个工件W)配合在本体接收架12上,其中稳定部件19如上所述地嵌于凹槽部分12a中。然后,在接合表面3的边缘上所形成的肋(未示出)如所希望的那样配合并固定在照明设备本体12侧上的槽部(未示出),并且朝下的前透镜4(另一工件W),即其带有朝下焊接腿5,固定在透镜接收架13下表面上所形成的凹槽部分13a上。接着,本体接收架12通过提升机(未示出)而适当地加以升高(在箭头Y方向上),用以夹住本体接收架12与透镜接收架13之间的工件W(照明设备本体2和前透镜4)。将工件W待焊接部分相互压接在一起,即将前透镜4的焊接腿5末端与照明设备本体2接合表面3的上表面压接起来,并且通过上述振动发生器14在垂直于压力方向的方向上产生大约1-1.2mm大小的电磁振动。由此,通过在压接部分上产生的局部摩擦而完成振动焊接操作。
由此,采用按照本发明的用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的振动焊接装置,使配合在本体接收架12的凹槽部分12a上的照明设备本体2不会与透镜接收架侧的振动即前透镜4的振动而共振,因而在压接部分上会产生有效的摩擦热量。
图4-6表示按照本发明用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的振动焊接装置的第二实施例。在该实施例中,使用柱形稳定部件23,在其上端上形成尖的边缘23a,并且如此设置使得该边缘23a可咬入本体接收架12上所配合的照明设备本体2接合部分3下表面的根部,以便有效地防止在接合部分3上出现共振。边缘23a可垂直于透镜接收架13振动方向地配备。对于这些稳定部件23,如果在可能出现共振的照明设备本体的一个接合部分3上配备一个或两个稳定部件23的话就足够了。然而,很显然,稳定部件23可配备在对应于透镜接收架13的两个振动方向的两侧上。另外,这些稳定部件23的每个可如此来安装,使得其可接纳在本体接收架12基部上竖直形成的孔(未示出)中,以便其上可放置照明设备本体2的接合部分3,并且稳定部件23可如此构成,使得其通过由本体接收架12两侧方向使用螺栓部件24或类似物而防止脱开。进一步地,可采用一种结构,其中卷起部分2a可形成在照明设备本体2的相对侧上,以便加强对另一侧上的振动隔绝效果。
图7和8表示按照本发明的用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的振动焊接装置的第三实施例。下面将描述不同于上述第二实施例的部分。
在本实施例的稳定部件25中,代替在上述第二实施例中的稳定部件23的边缘23a的是,在其上表面上形成压花表面25a,用以防止滑动。在照明设备本体2的接合部分3上形成卷边部分2a的情况下,压花表面25a最好是配备有一定宽度,其恰好可配合在从接合部分3下表面开始处到卷边位置处所延伸出的宽度S中。由此,可以改善在照明设备本体2的接合部分3侧上防止共振的效果。
虽然通过实例描述了按照本发明用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的振动焊接装置,其中可将照明设备本体2用作固定侧并将前透镜4用作振动侧,但是很明显,此振动焊接装置还可以用作振动焊接车辆照明设备中所使用的其它部件的振动焊接装置。
如上所述,按照本发明,由于如上所述地采用了按照本发明用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的方法和装置,因此,在将前透镜振动焊接到具有浅底的照明设备本体上的操作过程中,防止了固定侧上的照明设备本体与前透镜的振动一起运动而与本体接收架的脱离或共振。由此,通过适当的压力而产生摩擦热量,其足以使接合表面熔化,并且可改善相对于前透镜的焊接能力。另外,由于所提供的该结构是这样,使得当前透镜振动时,稳定部件可咬入照明设备本体的背表面侧,以便将照明设备本体固定在本体接收架内,本发明提供的最大的优点在于,不会使所制成的车辆照明设备外表面侧损坏,并且其产品也不会出现问题。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于车辆照明设备振动焊接的方法,包括下列步骤:
将照明设备本体保持在本体接收架上,其中照明设备本体为车辆照明设备的一合成树脂制成的部件;
将前透镜保持在透镜接收架上,其中前透镜为车辆照明设备的另一合成树脂制成的部件,本体接收架配备有稳定部件,其硬度高于照明设备本体,并且其具有尖端凸起;
将照明设备本体固定在本体接收架上并将前透镜固定在透镜接收架上,并且使稳定部件咬入照明设备本体的背表面中;和
使本体接收架和透镜接收架之一振动,以便将照明设备本体和前透镜进行振动焊接。
2.一种照明设备本体的振动焊接装置,其中照明设备本体为车辆照明设备的一合成树脂制成的部件,车辆照明设备具有一前透镜,其为照明设备的另一合成树脂制成的部件,该装置包括:
本体接收架,用于保持照明设备本体;
透镜接收架,用于保持前透镜;和
稳定部件,配备在本体接收架上,稳定部件可定位在一定位置上,其末端可咬入照明设备本体接合表面的背表面中,其中稳定部件的硬度高于照明设备本体,并且具有凸起。
3.按照权利要求2的振动焊接装置,其中保持在本体接收架上的照明设备本体制成小于其开口尺度的深度,并且稳定部件以预定位置定位在照明设备本体的背表面上。
4.按照权利要求2的振动焊接装置,其进一步包括螺栓,用以将稳定部件固定到本体接收架上。
5.按照权利要求2的振动焊接装置,其中稳定部件配备有多个凸起。
6.按照权利要求2的振动焊接装置,其中将多个稳定部件固定到本体接收架上。
