本发明公开了一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的结构及其制备工艺,包括离型纸,所述离型纸上表面和下表面分别固定安装有PVC薄膜层和静电吸附层,所述PVC薄膜层的厚度呈楔形状,所述PVC薄膜层的外表面呈光滑的镜面,且在PVC薄膜层的外表面上等间距均匀的固定安装有楔形点缀块,所述静电吸附层外表面贴覆有绝缘橡胶剥离保护层,并通过基膜预处理、PVC薄膜层的制备、楔形点缀块的形成和冲压成型等步骤,通过楔形结构,能够具备手动调节防止炫目的功能,而进一步地通过楔形点缀块的点缀反射作用,能够将强光分散形成漫反射光,在PVC薄膜层内部还能够通过漫反射膜和菱形纹的作用实现漫反射的作用,能够进一步降低镜面反射带来的危害。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及贴膜技术领域,具体为一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的结构及其制备工艺。
背景技术
研究表明,夜间行车时,车辆的前大灯刺眼的光线导致的眩光会造成司机夜盲。即使眩光的光线移开后,残留在眼睛内的影像也依旧会造成盲点,这种现象被称之为“百癍效应”。这种效应会使司机的反应时间降低1.4秒,而且强烈炫目的光线会使得司机下意识的执行保护自己的动作,从而影响自己正常的驾驶操作,进而使得反应时间进一步延长。当车以每小时百公司行驶时,驾驶者对前面的危险做出反应之前,1.4秒时间足以行驶40米,甚至更远,这无疑极大的增加了撞车或导致车内乘客受伤的危险。
因此为了保护司机不受炫目的影响,在现有的汽车技术中,一般都会对汽车视镜加设特殊的保护结构,其中防炫目结构应用的最为广泛,在现有的技术防炫目结构一般分为自动防炫目和手动防炫目两种,而不论是哪种防炫目结构,都会存在一定的缺陷,而为了克服这一缺陷,在实际的应用中就增加了防炫目玻璃贴膜。在贴膜的应用中,为了更好的达到防炫目的作用,因此需要根据不同的防炫目镜来选择不同的贴膜,适用性差,难以更加广泛的应用在防炫目镜中,而且现有的防护贴膜效果差,不能实现差异性的防护功能。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的结构,包括离型纸,所述离型纸上表面和下表面分别固定安装有PVC薄膜层和静电吸附层,所述PVC薄膜层的厚度由离型纸的一端至另一端逐渐减小形成楔形状,所述PVC薄膜层的外表面呈光滑的镜面,且在PVC薄膜层的外表面上等间距均匀的固定安装有楔形点缀块,所述静电吸附层外表面贴覆有绝缘橡胶剥离保护层。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述PVC薄膜层的标准厚度为0.15-0.20mm,所述楔形点缀块的最大厚度为0.05mm。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述PVC薄膜层内部设有若干层漫反射膜,若干层的漫反射膜之间相互平行,且在漫反射膜表面上均刻有菱形纹。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述楔形点缀块的倾斜方向和PVC薄膜层的倾斜方向相反。
进一步地,本发明还设计了一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)基膜预处理:将离型纸锊平呈片状,并且在离型纸上通过激光进行冲孔,并且激光冲孔的孔径为0-10um;
(2)PVC薄膜层的制备,取多层相同规格的PVC薄膜,并将其依次叠置在一起直至达到标准厚度的最大值,在叠置完成后按照漫反射膜的形状对PVC薄膜进行切割,切割后将切割面和漫反射膜的接触面均进行抛光,并在漫反射膜外表面上刻上菱形纹,之后将漫反射膜贴覆在切割面上,逐次重复上述步骤直至所有的漫反射膜全部固定在PVC薄膜内;
(3)楔形点缀块的形成,与步骤(2)相同,将相同规格的PVC薄膜依次叠置在一起直至达到楔形点缀块的最大厚度,之后按照楔形点缀块的形状进行切割形成楔形点缀块;
(4)将经过上述处理的PVC薄膜冲压在经过(1)中预处理的离型纸上,并且同时在离型纸的背面冲压有静电吸附层,在冲压完成之后在静电吸附层上通过电极通电作用充注电离子,并在外表面上贴覆有绝缘橡胶剥离保护层。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,在步骤(2)和步骤(3)中,多层相同规格的PVC薄膜之间充填有丙烯酸胶水,并且在PVC薄膜的切割面和漫反射膜之间也充填有丙烯酸胶水,所述楔形点缀块通过丙烯酸胶水粘结在PVC薄膜层外表面上。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,在步骤(4)中,所述绝缘橡胶剥离保护层边长大于静电吸附层,且在绝缘橡胶剥离保护层的边缘通过折叠作用将静电吸附层的边缘包覆在内部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过将膜结构分为三个部分,分别为静电吸附层、离型纸和PVC薄膜层,这三层结构分别起到贴覆、承载和防护的作用,避免了一般膜结构需要通过不干胶或者其他辅助成分来贴膜,而且在这个过程中能够自动排出气泡,贴膜效果更好,通过丙烯酸胶水将PVC薄膜叠置起来形成整体性结构,而且通过楔形结构,能够具备手动调节防止炫目的功能,而进一步地通过楔形点缀块的点缀反射作用,能够将强光分散形成漫反射光,在PVC薄膜层内部还能够通过漫反射膜和菱形纹的作用实现漫反射的作用,能够进一步降低镜面反射带来的危害,减弱对司机眼睛的刺激。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
如图1所示,一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的结构,包括离型纸1,所述离型纸1上表面和下表面分别固定安装有PVC薄膜层2和静电吸附层3,所述PVC薄膜层2的标准厚度为0.15-0.20mm,所述PVC薄膜层2的厚度由离型纸1的一端至另一端逐渐减小形成楔形状,所述PVC薄膜层2的外表面呈光滑的镜面,所述PVC薄膜层2内部设有若干层漫反射膜6,若干层的漫反射膜6之间相互平行,且在漫反射膜6表面上均刻有菱形纹7,且在PVC薄膜层2的外表面上等间距均匀的固定安装有楔形点缀块4,所述楔形点缀块4的最大厚度为0.05mm,所述楔形点缀块4的倾斜方向和PVC薄膜层2的倾斜方向相反,所述静电吸附层3外表面贴覆有绝缘橡胶剥离保护层5。
进一步地,如图2所示,本发明还设计了一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)基膜预处理:将离型纸锊平呈片状,并且在离型纸上通过激光进行冲孔,并且激光冲孔的孔径为0-10um;
(2)PVC薄膜层的制备,取多层相同规格的PVC薄膜,并将其依次叠置在一起直至达到标准厚度的最大值,在叠置完成后按照漫反射膜的形状对PVC薄膜进行切割,切割后将切割面和漫反射膜的接触面均进行抛光,并在漫反射膜外表面上刻上菱形纹,之后将漫反射膜贴覆在切割面上,逐次重复上述步骤直至所有的漫反射膜全部固定在PVC薄膜内;
(3)楔形点缀块的形成,与步骤(2)相同,将相同规格的PVC薄膜依次叠置在一起直至达到楔形点缀块的最大厚度,之后按照楔形点缀块的形状进行切割形成楔形点缀块;
(4)将经过上述处理的PVC薄膜冲压在经过(1)中预处理的离型纸上,并且同时在离型纸的背面冲压有静电吸附层,在冲压完成之后在静电吸附层上通过电极通电作用充注电离子,并在外表面上贴覆有绝缘橡胶剥离保护层,所述绝缘橡胶剥离保护层边长大于静电吸附层,且在绝缘橡胶剥离保护层的边缘通过折叠作用将静电吸附层的边缘包覆在内部。
进一步优选的是,在步骤(2)和步骤(3)中,多层相同规格的PVC薄膜之间充填有丙烯酸胶水,并且在PVC薄膜的切割面和漫反射膜之间也充填有丙烯酸胶水,所述楔形点缀块通过丙烯酸胶水粘结在PVC薄膜层外表面上。
本发明对于制得的楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的结构的性能采用如下的方法进行测试:
测试方法:随机选取按照上述制备方法在实施例中所制得的三个样品,分别记录为样品1、样品2和样品3,再取采用常见的方法制备的防炫目玻璃贴膜的结构作为对比样品,对其各项性能进行测试,包括漫反射效果、厚度差(mm)、反射率(%)和透射率(%),测试结果如下:

测试结果:从上数样品的测试中可以看出,本发明公开的楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的结构的漫反射效果、厚度差、反射率和透射率都有很大的改善,这只是本发明实施例中所选择重要的参数测试结果,并不限制于本发明相关的其他性能参数的改善。
本发明的优点在于:通过将膜结构分为三个部分,分别为静电吸附层、离型纸和PVC薄膜层,这三层结构分别起到贴覆、承载和防护的作用,避免了一般膜结构需要通过不干胶或者其他辅助成分来贴膜,而且在这个过程中能够自动排出气泡,贴膜效果更好,通过丙烯酸胶水将PVC薄膜叠置起来形成整体性结构,而且通过楔形结构,能够具备手动调节防止炫目的功能,而进一步地通过楔形点缀块的点缀反射作用,能够将强光分散形成漫反射光,在PVC薄膜层内部还能够通过漫反射膜和菱形纹的作用实现漫反射的作用,能够进一步降低镜面反射带来的危害,减弱对司机眼睛的刺激。

1.一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的结构,包括离型纸(1),所述离型纸(1)上表面和下表面分别固定安装有PVC薄膜层(2)和静电吸附层(3),其特征在于:所述PVC薄膜层(2)的厚度由离型纸(1)的一端至另一端逐渐减小形成楔形状,所述PVC薄膜层(2)的外表面呈光滑的镜面,且在PVC薄膜层(2)的外表面上等间距均匀的固定安装有楔形点缀块(4),所述静电吸附层(3)外表面贴覆有绝缘橡胶剥离保护层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的结构,其特征在于,所述PVC薄膜层(2)的标准厚度为0.15-0.20mm,所述楔形点缀块(4)的最大厚度为0.05mm。

(2)PVC薄膜层的制备,取多层相同规格的PVC薄膜,并将其依次叠置在一起直至达到标准厚度的最大值,在叠置完成后按照漫反射膜的形状对PVC薄膜进行切割,切割后将切割面和漫反射膜的接触面均进行抛光,并在漫反射膜外表面上刻上菱形纹,之后将漫反射膜贴覆在切割面上,逐次重复上述步骤直至所有的漫反射膜全部固定在PVC薄膜内;
(3)楔形点缀块的形成,与步骤(2)相同,将相同规格的PVC薄膜依次叠置在一起直至达到楔形点缀块的最大厚度,之后按照楔形点缀块的形状进行切割形成楔形点缀块;
(4)将经过上述处理的PVC薄膜冲压在经过(1)中预处理的离型纸上,并且同时在离型纸的背面冲压有静电吸附层,在冲压完成之后在静电吸附层上通过电极通电作用充注电离子,并在外表面上贴覆有绝缘橡胶剥离保护层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,在步骤(2)和步骤(3)中,多层相同规格的PVC薄膜之间充填有丙烯酸胶水,并且在PVC薄膜的切割面和漫反射膜之间也充填有丙烯酸胶水,所述楔形点缀块通过丙烯酸胶水粘结在PVC薄膜层外表面上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种楔形车用防炫目玻璃贴膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,在步骤(4)中,所述绝缘橡胶剥离保护层边长大于静电吸附层,且在绝缘橡胶剥离保护层的边缘通过折叠作用将静电吸附层的边缘包覆在内部。
