Description
特に好ましいアクリレートとしては、イソオクチルアクリレート、n-ブチルアクリレート、2-メチルブチルアクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるものが挙げられる。

オーバーレイフィルムを、約5.8%のジイソブチルケトン、18%のキシロール、3.4%のミネラルスピリット、11%のBASF可塑剤、7.45%のElvacite、3.0%のUvinul、2.1%のAC-293、0.10%のCPL-46、5.1%のParaplex G-62、及び44%のGeon 178を含む溶液をPETキャリア上にキャスティングすることによって作製した。PETキャリア上にコーティングされた溶液を、約120、200、及び275Fに温度が設定されたマルチゾーンオーブンに通過させることによって乾燥させ、次いで最終ゾーンにおいてビニルを約380Fの温度で溶融させた。
図7は、以下のように調製されたサンプル物品を示す写真である。サンプル1は、標準的な白色塗料ボードから調製した。サンプル2は、感圧性接着剤が構造化表面全体に接触して光学的に不活性なサンプルを形成している(すなわち、入射光を再帰反射する光学的活性領域を形成する低屈折率層が存在していない)、上記で調製した再帰反射性層から作製された対照試料である。サンプル3は、100%再帰反射性の対照試料である。上記で調製した再帰反射性層の表面全体が、UV硬化インクからなる低屈折率層で被覆されている。サンプル4は、再帰反射体の4%の面積が被覆されている本発明の実験サンプルである。このサンプルでは、上記で調製した再帰反射性層の4%が、UV硬化インクからなる低屈折率層で被覆されている。白色接着剤を用いてサンプル2、3、及び4を調製した。

- 着色されたフェイシア、塗装されたフェイシア又は窓、及び請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載された再帰反射性物品を備える、自動車部品。
