【技术领域】
本发明涉及食品生产加工技术领域,具体涉及轻质碳酸钙在制备食品、保健品或药品中的应用。
【背景技术】
近年来,随着工业技术的发展,轻质碳酸钙的应用得到进一步的拓展,作为一种很重要的无机化工产品,被广泛应用于橡胶、塑料、造纸、涂料、油墨、医药等工业中。
国内橡胶行业是轻质碳酸钙的最大用户,其用量占轻质碳酸钙总产量的40%左右,预计轻质碳酸钙在橡胶行业用量的年增长率约为10%。
涂料、建筑行业轻质碳酸钙的用量占其总产量的30%左右,预计年增长率在14%左右。
塑料行业轻质碳酸钙用量占轻质碳酸钙总产量的15%左右。轻质碳酸钙添加在塑料中可增加塑料体积,降低产品成本,提高塑料制品的尺寸稳定性、硬度和刚性,改善塑料的加工性能。在PVC制品的生产加工中少量使用轻质碳酸钙可提高其拉伸轻度。
油墨、牙膏等行业轻质碳酸钙的用量占其总量的10%作用。造纸工业是国内轻质碳酸钙最具开发潜力的应用领域。用轻质碳酸钙作造纸填料,可提高纸制品白度和避光性,可使造纸厂减少纸浆用量,大幅降低生产成本。目前我国造纸用轻质碳酸钙用量占轻质碳酸钙总产量的5%左右。
而在食品和医药领域,轻质碳酸钙仅占轻质碳酸钙总产量极小一部分,其主要应用于补钙药片,制成高密度钙片,具有抑制胃及十二指肠溃疡引起的胃酸过多症、钙缺乏症、肾功能衰竭时的低钙高磷血症等;也可作为药片填料,从而增加复方维生素片中的营养成分。由于轻质碳酸钙普遍存在白度不高和流动性差的问题,限制了其在作为食品和医药辅料的应用。
因此,如能解决轻质碳酸钙普遍存在白度不高和流动性差的问题,必将大大促进轻质碳酸钙在食品和医药领域用量的增长。
钙是构成骨骼最重要的物质,人体从膳食和营养品中吸收的钙,经过成骨细胞的作用,沉积在骨骼上,以保证骨骼强壮有力。但是,随着年龄的增加,人体的消化吸收水平下降,激素水平出现变化,骨骼中的钙会慢慢地流失,导致骨骼变得松软、脆弱,骨质疏松也接踵而至。根据“中国居民营养与健康现状”调查报告,中国人钙缺乏的程度非常严重,居民钙摄入量仅为391毫克,相当于推荐摄入量的41%。
随着人们生活水平和保健意识的不断提高,人们越来越重视补钙,补钙产品也越来越多。然而,市场上琳琅满目的补钙产品并不能从根本上解除我国居民缺钙的现状,补钙效果不尽人意。现有的补钙产品多为碳酸钙,碳酸钙虽然含钙量高,但是碳酸钙是无机钙,是人体最难吸收的一种钙源,即使长期服用也不一定会起到很好的补钙效果,大量实验和消费者服用后证明,服用碳酸钙后会不同程度的导致人体便秘,且碳酸钙进入胃中会中合胃酸,对胃产生刺激,特别不适合儿童和老人补钙,而市场上的补钙产品都不含有胃肠功能调节剂,所以补钙都会不同程度地导致便秘、刺激胃等问题。
因此,开发一款补钙效果突出,同时又能促进钙吸收、并且无不良反应的补钙产品已迫在眉睫。
【发明内容】
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了轻质碳酸钙在制备食品、保健品或药品中的应用,本发明补钙效率高、无不良反应,同时防止了其他辅料成份降低食品、保健食品或药品功效的可能性,避免了添加剂的危害辅料,产品绿色健康。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
轻质碳酸钙在制备食品、保健品或药品中的应用,即在制备食品、保健品或药品的工艺中将轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物以复方的形式作为补钙的活性成分加入食品、保健品或药品中。
进一步地,所述轻质碳酸钙按照以下方法制得:1)选取颗粒大小相当的氧化钙颗粒,然后溶于水制备成质量分数为5~12%的氢氧化钙溶液;2)将步骤1)的氢氧化钙溶液在低于16℃的条件下,按氢氧化钙溶液质量的0.5~2.5%的比例加入二氧化硅,搅拌均匀,在恒温条件下,以每千克氢氧化钙溶液0.2~0.4m3CO2的比例通入体积含量为20~40%的CO2气体,当pH值为7~8时,结束碳化反应,将反应所得的碳酸钙悬浮液过滤、烘干、粉碎,即得轻质碳酸钙。
进一步地,所述桑寄生提取物按照以下方法制得:取桑寄生,经选净、破碎后,置提取罐内,分别加入体积分数为70%的乙醇10倍量、8倍量,回流提取两次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,合并两次回流提取液,回收乙醇后,浓缩至稠膏,干燥至含水量≤5%、粉碎成细粉即得桑寄生提取物。
进一步地,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物在制备片剂工艺中作为补钙作用的原料。
进一步地,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物在片剂中的重量百分比为2.0%~10.0%,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物重量比为10:3~5。
进一步地,所述青风藤提取物和地榆提取物在制备颗粒剂工艺中作为补钙作用的原料。
进一步地,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物在颗粒剂中的重量百分比为2.0%~10.0%,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物重量比为10:3~5。
进一步地,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物在制备胶囊剂工艺中作为补钙作用的原料。
进一步地,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物在胶囊剂中的重量百分比为2.0%~10.0%,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物重量比为10:3~5。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明采用碳化法制备的轻质碳酸钙性能优越,粒径小、白度高,并且在碳化过程中添加了二氧化硅作为分散剂保证了轻质碳酸钙的分散性好、粒径均一、热稳定性好,二氧化硅还作为改性剂,能控制轻质碳酸钙晶粒的大小,合成超细轻质碳酸钙,不仅有效提高碳酸钙的白度,使白度达到90%以上,还提高了轻质碳酸钙的流动性、产品不易板结,同时采用二氧化硅作为改性剂也降低了生产成本。
(2)本发明的轻质碳酸钙作为钙补充剂,与桑寄生提取物产生协同作用,促进了肠道对钙的吸收。
(3)本发明的轻质碳酸钙还作为辅料,由于具有良好的流动性,可用于直接压片或制粒,达到了无辅料成分添加,与一般的技术相比,本发明方法所制食品、保健食品或药品有效成份高,营养价值好,同时防止了其他辅料成份降低食品、保健食品或药品功效的可能性,避免了添加剂的危害辅料,绿色健康产品,更符合人们对健康生活的需求。
【具体实施方式】
实施例1
轻质碳酸钙在制备食品、保健品或药品中的应用,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物在片剂中的重量百分比为8%,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物重量比为10:3;
所述轻质碳酸钙按照以下方法制得:1)选取颗粒大小相当的氧化钙颗粒,然后溶于水制备成质量分数为10%的氢氧化钙溶液;2)将步骤1)的氢氧化钙溶液在低于16℃的条件下,按氢氧化钙溶液质量的1.5%的比例加入二氧化硅,搅拌均匀,在恒温条件下,以每千克氢氧化钙溶液0.3m3CO2的比例通入体积含量为30%的CO2气体,CO2流量为8L/min,当pH值为7.5时,结束碳化反应,将反应所得的碳酸钙悬浮液在2.0MPa范围内压力过滤、70-80℃烘干至含水率≤1.0%、粉碎至细度为细度为7000目,即得轻质碳酸钙;
所述桑寄生提取物按照以下方法制得:取桑寄生,经选净、破碎后,置提取罐内,分别加入体积分数为70%的乙醇10倍量、8倍量,回流提取两次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,合并两次回流提取液,回收乙醇后,浓缩至稠膏,干燥至含水量≤5%、粉碎成细粉即得桑寄生提取物;
所述片剂的制备方法:将轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物分别粉碎过筛,混合后于压片机上压片,即得。
实施例2
轻质碳酸钙在制备食品、保健品或药品中的应用,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物在颗粒剂中的重量百分比为2.0%,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物重量比为10:5;
所述轻质碳酸钙按照以下方法制得:1)选取颗粒大小相当的氧化钙颗粒,然后溶于水制备成质量分数为5%的氢氧化钙溶液;2)将步骤1)的氢氧化钙溶液在低于16℃的条件下,按氢氧化钙溶液质量的0.5%的比例加入二氧化硅,搅拌均匀,在恒温条件下,以每千克氢氧化钙溶液0.2m3CO2的比例通入体积含量为20%的CO2气体,CO2流量为3L/min,当pH值为7时,结束碳化反应,将反应所得的碳酸钙悬浮液在0.3MPa范围内压力过滤、70℃烘干至含水率≤1.0%、粉碎至细度为细度为11000目,即得轻质碳酸钙;
所述桑寄生提取物按照以下方法制得:取桑寄生,经选净、破碎后,置提取罐内,分别加入体积分数为70%的乙醇10倍量、8倍量,回流提取两次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,合并两次回流提取液,回收乙醇后,浓缩至稠膏,干燥至含水量≤5%、粉碎成细粉即得桑寄生提取物;
所述颗粒剂的制备方法:将轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物分别粉碎过筛,混合后用适量水湿法制粒,过筛,烘干,整粒,即得。
实施例3
轻质碳酸钙在制备食品、保健品或药品中的应用,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物在胶囊剂中的重量百分比为10.0%,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物重量比为10:4;
所述轻质碳酸钙按照以下方法制得:1)选取颗粒大小相当的氧化钙颗粒,然后溶于水制备成质量分数为12%的氢氧化钙溶液;2)将步骤1)的氢氧化钙溶液在低于16℃的条件下,按氢氧化钙溶液质量的2.5%的比例加入二氧化硅,搅拌均匀,在恒温条件下,以每千克氢氧化钙溶液0.4m3CO2的比例通入体积含量为40%的CO2气体,CO2流量为12L/min,当pH值为8时,结束碳化反应,将反应所得的碳酸钙悬浮液在3.0MPa范围内压力过滤、70-80℃烘干至含水率≤1.0%、粉碎至细度为细度为7000~11000目,即得轻质碳酸钙;
所述桑寄生提取物按照以下方法制得:取桑寄生,经选净、破碎后,置提取罐内,分别加入体积分数为70%的乙醇10倍量、8倍量,回流提取两次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,合并两次回流提取液,回收乙醇后,浓缩至稠膏,干燥至含水量≤5%、粉碎成细粉即得桑寄生提取物;
所述胶囊剂的制备方法:将轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物分别粉碎过筛,混合后填充入明胶胶囊中,即得。
对比例1
对比例1为纯轻质碳酸钙直接压制而成的片剂。
实验例1
受试者入选条件:缺乏钙质者,受试者500人,平均分为5组,每组分别服用实施例1-3、对比例1和柠檬酸钙片。服用方法为每次服用产品0.5g,一天三次,三个月后观察疗效,临床疗效见表1。

Claims (2)
1.轻质碳酸钙在制备食品、保健品或药品中的应用,其特征在于:在制备片剂、颗粒剂或胶囊剂的食品、保健品或药品的工艺中,将轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物以复方的形式作为补钙的活性成分加入食品、保健品或药品中;
其中,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物在片剂、颗粒剂或胶囊剂中的重量百分比为2.0%~10.0%,所述轻质碳酸钙和桑寄生提取物重量比为10:3~5;
所述轻质碳酸钙按照以下方法制得:
1)选取颗粒大小相当的氧化钙颗粒,然后溶于水制备成质量分数为5~12%的氢氧化钙溶液;
2)将步骤1)的氢氧化钙溶液在低于16℃的条件下,按氢氧化钙溶液质量的0.5~2.5%的比例加入二氧化硅,搅拌均匀,在恒温条件下,以每千克氢氧化钙溶液0.2~0.4m3CO2的比例通入体积含量为20~40%的CO2气体;当pH值为7~8时,结束碳化反应,将反应所得的碳酸钙悬浮液过滤、烘干、粉碎,即得轻质碳酸钙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质碳酸钙在制备食品、保健品或药品中的应用,其特征是:所述桑寄生提取物按照以下方法制得:取桑寄生,经选净、破碎后,置提取罐内,分别加入体积分数为70%的乙醇10倍量、8倍量,回流提取两次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,合并两次回流提取液,回收乙醇后,浓缩至稠膏,干燥至含水量≤5%、粉碎成细粉即得桑寄生提取物。
