Abstract
The invention discloses water-based acrylic release silicone oil and a preparation method and application thereof. The water-based acrylic release silicone oil disclosed by the invention is composed of water-based acrylic emulsion, water-based organic silicone oil, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a flatting agent and the like, the acrylic emulsion is added on the basis of the water-based organic silicone oil to form a uniformly mixed and dissolved structure, the coating coverage is good, the adhesive force reaches level 1, and the coating feels comfortable and smooth. The coating obtained by the release silicone oil is transparent and colorless, can generate good release effect, has smooth and bright coating surface, and can be applied to the outer surface layers of sanitary towels, paper diapers and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of coatings, in particular to water-based acrylic release silicone oil specially used for a special product as a special coating.
Background
The organic silicone oil is an important product in the field of the anti-adhesion coating at present, along with the implementation of various national standards and the rise of safe and environment-friendly concepts, the technology of the coating industry is continuously improved, and the characteristics of the product are more and more specialized. The water-based organic silicone oil is a product which takes water as a solvent and is produced in the market based on the principle of organic silicon anti-sticking. Because of its advantages of transparency, non-toxicity, low surface tension, high temperature resistance, weather resistance, etc., it is widely used as anti-sticking and anti-fouling coating on the outer surface of paper, plastic film, textile and other substrates.
However, the characteristics of release silicone oil products on the market still do not meet the requirements, and particularly when the release silicone oil is applied to the outer surface layer of a porous substrate, a release coating with soft, comfortable and smooth hand feeling is difficult to prepare, because the conventional release silicone oil is prepared by using single organic silicone oil as a main raw material, the curing temperature is high, and the obtained coating becomes dry and hard, has large friction force and natural and poor hand feeling.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide water-based acrylic release silicone oil so as to effectively overcome the defects.
In order to achieve the purpose, the water-based acrylic release silicone oil disclosed by the invention is composed of a water-based acrylic emulsion, water-based organic silicone oil, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent and the like.
The water-based acrylic release silicone oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
the water-based acrylic emulsion has the advantages of glass transition temperature of 10-15 ℃, molecular weight of more than or equal to 200000, acid value of 50-60, pH value of 8.0-9.0, excellent film-forming property, and better weather resistance and water resistance.
The organic silicon oil is an organic silicon polymer modified by hydrophilic groups, has transparent appearance, viscosity of 1000-3000 mpa · s, pH value of 5.0-7.0 and effective content of 100%, can provide good release effect, and endows the coating with smooth, bright, soft and comfortable handfeel.
The solvent is a mixture of water and ethanol, and the volume ratio of the mixture is in a range of 1:1 to 3: 1.
Preferably, the water-based wetting agent is a polyether modified ethoxylated dimethyl polysiloxane oxide compound with low molecular weight, the effective content of the compound is 100%, the viscosity of the compound is 50-300 mPa, the compound has excellent wetting and diffusing effects, and the adhesive force of the release silicone oil can be effectively improved.
Preferably, the aqueous defoaming agent is a mixture containing aliphatic mineral oil, the effective content of the mixture is 100%, and the viscosity of the mixture is 50-300 mPa.
Preferably, the aqueous flatting agent is polydimethylsiloxane emulsion with high molecular weight, the effective content of the polydimethylsiloxane emulsion is 100%, the viscosity of the polydimethylsiloxane emulsion is 50-300 mPa, the excellent flatting, slip increasing and anti-adhesion effects are achieved, and the scratch resistance is effectively improved.
The preparation method of the water-based acrylic release silicone oil comprises the following steps: weighing the acrylic emulsion, the organic silicon oil and the auxiliaries according to the weight ratio, diluting the components with a small amount of solvent, mixing while stirring, adding the rest solvent, uniformly stirring at a high speed, and filtering to obtain the water-based acrylic release silicone oil.
When the release silicone oil is applied, the release silicone oil can be coated on the outer surface layer of a base material in a spraying or brushing way, and after a solvent is volatilized, the release silicone oil is heated to 80-120 ℃ for curing, wherein the curing time is generally 5-60 min.
The invention has the effects that the acrylic emulsion is added into the organic silicon release coating to form a uniformly mixed and dissolved structure, thereby enhancing the smooth hand feeling effect of the coating and effectively reducing the surface friction. The coating obtained by the release silicone oil is transparent and colorless, can generate good release effect, has smooth and bright coating surface, and can be applied to the outer surface layers of sanitary towels, paper diapers and the like.

The silicone oil is Dow Corning DC193 silicone oil.
The formulation of this example is as follows (in parts by weight):
