Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based wood clear primer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the enhancement of the awareness of the environmental protection of human beings, the limited emission standard is becoming stricter, and the promotion and the use of new products which are green, environment-friendly, energy-saving and emission-reducing are encouraged. Therefore, in the field of coating, development and application of safe and environment-friendly water-based, powder, high-solid and other environment-friendly coatings are imperative.
The demand for changing oil into water is higher and higher, GB18581-2020 has clear requirements on the VOC content of the coating, and different areas have clear requirements on the VOC emission of coating using enterprises. Water-based paints are receiving attention as an environmentally friendly coating. Modern labor cost is increasingly high, the polishing performance of the existing water-based clear primer is poor, sand paper is easy to stick, labor is wasted, sand paper is wasted, and labor efficiency is low. Because the common water-based clear primer is mostly made of acrylic emulsion, the glass transition temperature is low, heat is easily generated during polishing, and the acrylic emulsion is easily softened when being heated, so that sand paper is adhered during polishing. Some use acrylic emulsions which crosslink by themselves, but after all, the degree of crosslinking is low and the improvement is small. If a high Tg acrylic emulsion is used, the amount of film-forming aid needs to be multiplied, resulting in slow drying and high VOC content.

Wherein, the acetylene glycol defoaming agent belongs to a molecular defoaming agent, and the content of effective components is 50-100%. The effective component content of the polyether modified siloxane defoamer is 30-100%. Such as Surfynol104E from Shanghai Special chemistry, Inc., Greesol A04 from Kaimen (Yueyang) waterborne auxiliary agent, Inc., BYK024, TEGO Foamex 810, TEGO Airex 902W, etc.
Preferably, the wetting agent is polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane, is nonionic, and has an effective component content of 50-100%. Such as BYK349, BYK346, TWIN 4100 of Digao, Germany, or a mixture of more than one of them.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the water-based wood clear primer, which comprises the following steps: weighing the components in proportion, mixing the water-based acrylic resin with the water-based polyurethane resin, dispersing at a medium speed of 700-900 rpm for 5-10 min, sequentially adding the defoaming agent, the wetting agent and the film forming aid, dispersing at a high speed of 1000-1200 rpm for 15-25 min until no shrinkage cavity exists, finally adding the thickening agent and water, and dispersing at a medium speed of 700-900 rpm until the standard viscosity (25 ℃) is 75-80 KU.
By the technical scheme, the invention at least has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the water-based woodware clear primer coating provided by the invention has excellent transparency, excellent sanding property, no sand paper sticking, good powder discharging, and resistance which is tested according to GB/T23999-. The working efficiency is improved.
According to the invention, on the basis of a self-crosslinking process, the vegetable oil modified waterborne polyurethane resin is used, so that the polishing property can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, the vegetable oil component is introduced, so that the use amount of the film-forming auxiliary agent can be effectively reduced, the VOC (volatile organic compounds) is reduced, the drying time is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
