Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, and particularly discloses a high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish. The high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 90-93% of epoxy resin dispersoid, 3-5% of silver powder, 0.3-0.5% of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5% of thickening agent and the balance of environment-friendly solvent. The high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish overcomes the defects of complex manufacturing process, high raw material cost, easy discoloration, softening and easy sagging of the traditional high-temperature-resistant baking varnish.

The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, most of coatings used by diesel engines mainly use solvent-based industrial coatings, and with increasing importance on environment and health, water-based coatings are widely applied, and the use of environment-friendly water-based coatings to replace solvent-based coatings is becoming a trend, but the water-based industrial coatings are one of the key development directions of environment-friendly coatings, the use performance of the paint has certain defects, and the paint cannot meet the high use requirement of special base materials, for example, the existing water-based amino baking paint suitable for the high temperature resistance requirement of an engine has the defects of complex manufacturing process, high use cost of raw materials, easy color change and softening during high-temperature baking, easy sagging and the like, therefore, the development of the high-performance industrial water paint which has the advantages of simple preparation method, low cost, high-temperature baking resistance, high hardness, difficult color change, sagging resistance and good appearance has great significance.

Aiming at the problems that the existing industrial water paint used for special base materials and having high performance requirements still has complex manufacturing process, high use cost of raw materials, easy discoloration, softening and easy sagging during high-temperature baking, the invention provides the high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking paint and the preparation method thereof.

90-93% of epoxy resin dispersoid, 3-5% of silver powder, 0.3-0.5% of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5% of thickening agent and the balance of environment-friendly solvent;
the epoxy resin dispersion is EPICLON H-502-42W.
Compared with the prior art, the high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish provided by the invention overcomes the defects of complex manufacturing process, high raw material cost, easy color change, softening and easy sagging in high-temperature baking of the traditional high-temperature-resistant baking varnish.
The high-temperature resistant baking varnish is characterized in that amino resin is required to be added to improve the high-temperature resistance of the baking varnish, the amino resin contains a certain amount of carboxyl and hydroxyl, the content of the carboxyl and the content of the hydroxyl are different, the requirements on the acid-base property and the viscosity index of the coating are also different, and the performance of a film forming substance used in the coating in a matching way is also affected differently, so that a large amount of auxiliary agents are required to be added to the traditional high-temperature resistant baking varnish, the using amount of each auxiliary agent is strictly controlled, the stability of the performance of a paint film is ensured, the preparation process and the types of raw materials are complex, the preparation cost is high, the high-temperature resistant baking varnish added with the amino resin is easy to turn yellow after being baked at high temperature, and; the high-temperature-resistant baking finish takes the epoxy resin dispersoid EPICLON H-502-42W as a film-forming substance, has large molecular weight, low solid content and high drying speed, has large volume change in the drying process, can effectively arrange silver powder, is simple to manufacture without adding assistants such as silver powder orientation agent, and the epoxy resin dispersoid is self-provided with ether bonds, can break the ether bonds during high-temperature baking and rearrange the ether bonds, so that the epoxy resin dispersoid can still resist high-temperature baking and ensure good hardness and glossiness after being matched with the silver powder without adding amino resin, and the appearance attractiveness of a paint film is ensured.
Preferably, the silver powder has a particle size of 3-10 μm, and is FLU1 from a broad-source symplectic collection.
Preferably, the wetting agent is a polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane solution, and BYK-346 of Bick Germany can be selected.
Preferably, the thickener is a nonionic associative thickener.

b. and pouring the epoxy resin dispersoid into the mixture, uniformly stirring, then adding the wetting agent and the thickening agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish.
Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish provided by the invention is simple, the equipment requirement is low, and the preparation cost of the high-temperature-resistant baking varnish is reduced.

The preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish comprises the following steps:
a. pouring the silver powder into propylene glycol monobutyl ether, and soaking for 18min to obtain a mixture;
b. and pouring the epoxy resin dispersoid into the mixture, uniformly stirring, then adding the polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane solution and the hydrophobic modified polyurethane, and uniformly mixing to obtain the high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish.
Comparative example 1
The epoxy resin dispersion of example 1 was replaced with an equal amount of AB-EP-20(W60) aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, and the other components and preparation were the same as in example 1, to give an amino-free stoving varnish.
The baking varnishes obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 were examined for their performance properties, the results of which are shown in the following table:

6. The high temperature resistant amino-free baking finish of claim 1, wherein: the environment-friendly solvent is propylene glycol monobutyl ether.
7. The method for preparing the high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the baking varnish comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the method comprises the following steps:
a. pouring silver powder into an environment-friendly solvent, uniformly stirring, and soaking for 15-20min to obtain a mixture;
b. and pouring the epoxy resin dispersoid into the mixture, uniformly stirring, then adding the wetting agent and the thickening agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the high-temperature-resistant amino-free baking varnish.
