技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，尤其是涉及一种治疗心肺肾衰竭的药物，具体地说是以中草药为原料制备的中成药。
背景技术
心肺肾衰竭是属于传统中医的阳脱阴绝症，阳脱是指阳气脱亡,证见大汗淋漓、四肢厥冷，气息欲绝，脉微欲无；阴绝是指阴液枯竭形成全身脉虚无神等情况，是严重危害人类健康的常见疾病和多发病。中医认为心主血、肺主气、肾主水、心血的循行有赖于肺气的推动，故宣泄在肺，升降于脾，化精于肾，生于髓，由肾施泄于心，此为灌溉脏腑生理之用。心肺肾三脏器同时出现衰竭功能问题，有时病人来不及救治而停止呼吸，现代医学定名为猝死症。本病病位在心，与肺肾关系密切，有虚实之分，虚者，宗气外泄，脏真外现，真气耗散；实者，邪实气闭，升降否隔，阴阳脱绝，因情志抑甚，少阳生气不发，以致心胆气机闭阻，心失气助，枢机不运，开合之机骤停，卒使肺肾气绝，神散气竭而成。青少年在30%左右，男性多于女性，近80%发生在家中，20%发生在路上或公共场所,也是国内外临床医生常见的救治临床难题。西医的治疗方法是人工呼吸及胸外心脏按压，疏通气道等治疗技术，在抢救过程中使用大量的人力物力有时见效甚微。目前，治疗心肺肾衰竭的药物较多，但大多数为西药。目前为止，西药治疗心肺肾衰竭的药物长期过量服用会带来副作用，直接影响患者的身心健康，同时给患者和家庭直接带来精神上和经济上的负担。本发明治疗心肺肾衰竭的药物用于临床抢救心肺肾衰竭功能十分显著，尤其是在运动性猝死的病人治疗得到起死回生的效果。本发明的药物是一种纯中药制剂，是在秘方的基础上进行精心筛选并进一步通过临床的观察，发现在治疗突然晕倒、胸闷、憋气、头疼病人时有奇效，具有活血化瘀，温通心阳、回阳救逆、激活疏通心肺肾气机的作用，恢复心跳及呼吸，有起死回生的作用，使阴阳相抱不离，五脏生理互用，升降复常，气化得通；中药经过几千年的不懈努力对慢性心肺肾衰竭的研究治疗取得了举世瞩目的成就，只要服下一粒胶囊，一分钟后即可缓解病症，给抢救治疗带来宝贵的时间，甚至有的病人就会恢复常态化，不用再去医院治疗了。

本发明的目的是提供了一种打通心肺肾三脉、调整脏腑气机、滋养气血，还阳固脱、快速使心肺肾三脏激活复苏，治疗心肺肾衰竭的中成内服药物。
本发明的目的是在祖国医学的基础上对心肺肾三脏之间的相互作用关系、引起衰竭的原因及其治疗原则与现代中医药的研究相结合，从中筛选出强心温通、活血化瘀，回阳救逆、快速激活心肺肾三脏气机的天然中草药，按照传统中医药组方使其达到治病救人的目的。
制备本发明药物是由下述重量配比的原料药制成的药剂
人参80～110 g 破故纸90～135g 干姜90～110g 桂枝60～80g 制附子70～100g 枣仁60～110g 雪莲花6～11朵 肉苁蓉50～80g 木香20～50g 西红花25～50g。
制备本发明药物的配方优选重量配比是
人参85～100g 破故纸100～130g 干姜95～105g 桂枝65～75g 制附子75～95g 枣仁70～100g 雪莲花7～10朵 肉苁蓉60～70g 木香25～45g 西红花30～45g。
制备本发明药物的配方最佳重量配比是
人参90 g 破故纸120g 干姜100g 桂枝70g 制附子80g 枣仁85g 雪莲花9朵 肉苁蓉65g 木香30g 西红花40g。
将上述各组分制成本发明药物的制备方法是：
取人参、破故纸、干姜、桂枝、制附子、枣仁、雪莲花、肉苁蓉、木香、西红花按照中药规定要求经水洗、晾干、炮制、称重、水煎、沉淀、醇沉、浸膏、烘干、粉碎、按常规方法在分装成0.3g胶囊，即得到本发明药物。
本发明药物定名为：升阳丹。

人参90 g 破故纸120g 干姜100g 桂枝70g 制附子80g 枣仁85g 雪莲花9朵 肉苁蓉65g 木香30g 西红花40g。
制备方法如下
取人参、破故纸、干姜、桂枝、制附子、枣仁、雪莲花、肉苁蓉、木香和西红花，按中药规定要求经水洗晾干、炮制、称重、水煎、沉淀、醇沉、浸膏、烘干、粉碎、按常规方法分装成0.3 g胶囊；即得到本发明药物生阳丹。

1.一种治疗心肺肾衰竭的药物，经水洗晾干、炮制、称重、水煎、沉淀、醇沉、浸膏、烘干、粉碎、按常规方法制成胶囊；其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的药剂：
人参80～110 g 破故纸90～135g 干姜90～110g 桂枝60～80g 制附子70～100g 枣仁60～110g 雪莲花6～11朵 肉苁蓉50～80g 木香20～50g 西红花25～50g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗心肺肾衰竭的药物，其中各种原料的重量配比是：
人参85～100g 破故纸100～130g 干姜95～105g 桂枝65～75g 制附子75～95g 枣仁70～100g 雪莲花7～10朵 肉苁蓉60～70g 木香25～45g 西红花30～45g。
