本发明涉及到一种高密度涤纶感光变色面料的制作方法,属于纺织面料领域。该种高密度涤纶感光变色面料的制作方法,该方法在制作面料的过程中,工艺简单且容易控制,而且,该面料采用高密度涤纶为基础面料,使得面料自身具有优良的强度和弹性。该方法制造出来的高密度涤纶感光变色面料在阳光照射下,原先单色织物会显现出另外的带花型的颜色,形成双色花纹效果。回到室内或无阳光照射的地方又回复单色织物。能够满足人们对不同色彩的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种高密度涤纶感光变色面料的制作方法,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对服装性能的要求不断提高。面料对服装性能和质量的好坏起着重要作用。高密度涤纶感光变色面料是指面料在光照的情况下会发生颜色的改变,这样一款面料就能满足人们特别是年轻人对不同色彩的需求,显得更加时尚。
本发明涉及的一种高密度涤纶感光变色面料的制作方法,该方法在制作面料的过程中,工艺简单且容易控制,而且,该面料采用高密度涤纶为基础面料,使得面料自身具有优良的强度和弹性。该方法制造出来的高密度涤纶感光变色面料在阳光照射下,原先单色织物会显现出另外的带花型的颜色,形成双色花纹效果。回到室内或无阳光照射的地方又回复单色织物。能够满足人们对不同色彩的需求。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高密度涤纶感光变色面料的制作方法,其步骤为:
(1)高密度涤纶面料的制备,经纱一、经纱二、经纱三和纬纱,、纬纱二、纬纱三交叉编织构成,所述经纱一为涤纶未牵伸丝,经纱二为阳离子涤纶未牵伸丝,所述纬纱一为涤纶低弹丝,纬纱二为阳离子涤纶长丝,所述经纱三和纬纱三为灰绿色涤纶丝,所述由经纱一、经纱二和经纱三组成的经向上的密度为183根/厘米, 所述由纬纱一、纬纱二和纬纱三组成的纬向上的密度为168根/厘米;
(2)接布,使用平车接布机缝头,将步骤(1)制备好的面料上A字架卷装;
(3)轧光,使用轧光机,温度控制在110-120度,压力800-900兆帕,面料运行速度为35-50米每分钟;
(4)印花,使用印花机进行印花,印花的组成按照重量份为:PU树脂 80-120份,架桥剂3-8份,促进剂2-6份,感光粉10-20份;二甲基甲酰胺 30-80份;上过印花的面料,经过两节烘箱,第一节烘箱温度控制在120度,第二节烘箱温度控制在150-165度,压力为0.3-0.5兆帕,面料运行速度为18-25米每分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的面料打卷、包装即制备出高密度涤纶感光变色面料。

(3)轧光,使用轧光机,温度控制在110度,压力800兆帕,面料运行速度为35米每分钟;

(1)高密度涤纶面料的制备,经纱一、经纱二、经纱三和纬纱,、纬纱二、纬纱三交叉编织构成,所述经纱一为涤纶未牵伸丝,经纱二为阳离子涤纶未牵伸丝,所述纬纱一为涤纶低弹丝,纬纱二为阳离子涤纶长丝,所述经纱三和纬纱三为灰绿色涤纶丝,所述由经纱一、经纱二和经纱三组成的经向上的密度为183根/厘米, 所述由纬纱一、纬纱二和纬纱三组成的纬向上的密度为168根/厘米;
(2)接布,使用平车接布机缝头,将步骤(1)制备好的面料上A字架卷装;
(3)轧光,使用轧光机,温度控制在115度,压力850兆帕,面料运行速度为40米每分钟;
(4)印花,使用印花机进行印花,印花的组成按照重量份为:PU树脂 100份,架桥剂6份,促进剂4份,感光粉15份;二甲基甲酰胺 60份;上过印花的面料,经过两节烘箱,第一节烘箱温度控制在120度,第二节烘箱温度控制在160度,压力为0.4兆帕,面料运行速度为22米每分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的面料打卷、包装即制备出高密度涤纶感光变色面料。
具体实施例三,一种高密度涤纶感光变色面料的制作方法,其步骤为:
(1)高密度涤纶面料的制备,经纱一、经纱二、经纱三和纬纱,、纬纱二、纬纱三交叉编织构成,所述经纱一为涤纶未牵伸丝,经纱二为阳离子涤纶未牵伸丝,所述纬纱一为涤纶低弹丝,纬纱二为阳离子涤纶长丝,所述经纱三和纬纱三为灰绿色涤纶丝,所述由经纱一、经纱二和经纱三组成的经向上的密度为183根/厘米, 所述由纬纱一、纬纱二和纬纱三组成的纬向上的密度为168根/厘米;
(2)接布,使用平车接布机缝头,将步骤(1)制备好的面料上A字架卷装;
(3)轧光,使用轧光机,温度控制在120度,压力900兆帕,面料运行速度为50米每分钟;
(4)印花,使用印花机进行印花,印花的组成按照重量份为:PU树脂 120份,架桥剂8份,促进剂6份,感光粉20份;二甲基甲酰胺 80份;上过印花的面料,经过两节烘箱,第一节烘箱温度控制在120度,第二节烘箱温度控制在165度,压力为0.5兆帕,面料运行速度为25米每分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的面料打卷、包装即制备出高密度涤纶感光变色面料。

(1)高密度涤纶面料的制备,经纱一、经纱二、经纱三和纬纱,、纬纱二、纬纱三交叉编织构成,所述经纱一为涤纶未牵伸丝,经纱二为阳离子涤纶未牵伸丝,所述纬纱一为涤纶低弹丝,纬纱二为阳离子涤纶长丝,所述经纱三和纬纱三为灰绿色涤纶丝,所述由经纱一、经纱二和经纱三组成的经向上的密度为183根/厘米, 所述由纬纱一、纬纱二和纬纱三组成的纬向上的密度为168根/厘米;
(2)接布,使用平车接布机缝头,将步骤(1)制备好的面料上A字架卷装;
(3)轧光,使用轧光机,温度控制在110-120度,压力800-900兆帕,面料运行速度为35-50米每分钟;
(4)印花,使用印花机进行印花,印花的组成按照重量份为:PU树脂 80-120份,架桥剂3-8份,促进剂2-6份,感光粉10-20份;二甲基甲酰胺 30-80份;上过印花的面料,经过两节烘箱,第一节烘箱温度控制在120度,第二节烘箱温度控制在150-165度,压力为0.3-0.5兆帕,面料运行速度为18-25米每分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的面料打卷、包装即制备出高密度涤纶感光变色面料。
