本发明涉及一种烫金感变色面料的制备方法,属于纺织面料领域。通过该方法制备的面料,生产工艺简单易控。该方法制造出来的面料通过紫外线的照射后,原先单色织物会显现出具有花型的颜色,在无紫外线照射的地方又可恢到原来的颜色.且其还具有检测紫外线的功能,随着紫外线强度的变化,颜色深浅随之变化,满足了人们对不同色彩的需求。此外,本烫金面料工艺中,采用国际先进的烫金设备生产,具有环保、低能耗。感光变色面料可应用于高档服装,其特有的功能变色效果具有广阔的市场价值。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及纺织面料生产工艺,特别涉及一种烫金感光变色面料生产工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对面料色彩、功能及其标新立异的风格的要求越来越高,普通的色彩满足不了人们对时尚的追求。据了解现代城市人们平均每天更换超过两件以上的衣服,给大家带来了极大的美感,但同时浪费了大家的许多精力及时间,又造成了巨大的环境污染。现今服装或者其他领域所采用的面料一般采用浮水印花等工序,使其具有变色功能,但工序复杂,品质并不理想,且对环境污染较大,无法满足人们对功能性面料的需求。因此,对于功能性纺织品面料,我们急需具有更高附加值且品质更佳的面料。
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种新感光变色的生产工艺,满足人们对功能性面料的需求,解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术单一性及背景技术中存在的缺陷,其主要目的是提供一种功能与品质俱佳的感光变色烫金面料生产工艺,经过该技术烫金后的面料通过紫外线的照射后,原先单色织物会显现出具有花型的颜色,在无紫外线照射的地方又可恢到原来的颜色。且通过该技术烫金后的面料具有检测紫外线的功能,随着紫外线强度的变化,颜色深浅随之变化。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:一种烫金感光变色面料生产工艺,其步骤为:
(1)准备基布,即采用锦纶或涤纶面料,经溢流染色,接着经过水洗定型处理获得的基布。
(2)压光,使用压光机,温度控制在80-110度,车速运行速度20-30米/分钟。
(3)烫金,使用烫金机进行烫金,烫金的组成按重量分为:PU树脂50-80份,光敏染料5-10份,抗氧化剂0.1-0.3份,稳定剂0.2-0.05份,溶剂。
(4)将步骤(3)烫金过的面料,经过烘箱,烘箱温度控制在110-120度,面料运行速度为20-30米/分钟。
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的面料打卷、包装即制备出烫金感光变色面料。
所述步骤(1)溢流染色中,浴比:1:12-15;用于浴液的PH值为3-5.0,温度为120-130度,包含以下成分:锦纶特种高温匀染剂TF-212F:1.5 -2.5g/l;消泡剂:2-4 g/l;冰醋酸:0.8 -1.4g/l;柔软剂:0.5 -0.8g/L;分散染料:X%(o.w.f.)。

下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行详细说明:
具体实施例一:一种烫金感光面料的生产工艺,其步骤为:
(1)准备基布,即采用锦纶或涤纶锦纶面料,经溢流染色,接着经过水洗定型处理获得的基布。
(2)压光,使用压光机,温度控制在80度,车速运行速度20米/分钟。
(3)烫金,使用烫金机进行烫金,烫金的组成按重量分为:PU树脂50份,光敏染料5份,抗氧化剂0.1份,稳定剂0.2份,溶剂。
(4)将步骤(3)烫金过的面料,经过烘箱,烘箱温度控制在110度,面料运行速度为20米/分钟。
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的面料打卷、包装即制备出烫金感光变色面料。
具体实施例二:一种烫金感光面料的生产工艺,其步骤为:
(1)准备基布,即采用锦纶或涤纶锦纶面料,经溢流染色,接着经过水洗定型处理获得的基布。
(2)压光,使用压光机,温度控制在110度,车速运行速度30米/分钟。
(3)烫金,使用烫金机进行烫金,烫金的组成按重量分为:PU树脂80份,光敏染料10份,抗氧化剂0.3份,稳定剂0.05份,溶剂。
(4)将步骤(3)烫金过的面料,经过烘箱,烘箱温度控制在120度,面料运行速度为30米/分钟。
将步骤(4)处理过的面料打卷、包装即制备出烫金感光变色面料。
具体实施例三:一种烫金感光面料的生产工艺,其步骤为:
(1)准备基布,即采用锦纶或涤纶锦纶面料,经溢流染色,接着经过水洗定型处理获得的基布。
(2)压光,使用压光机,温度控制在90度,车速运行速度25米/分钟。
(3)烫金,使用烫金机进行烫金,烫金的组成按重量分为:PU树脂70份,光敏染料8份,抗氧化剂0.2份,稳定剂0.4份,溶剂。
(4)将步骤(3)烫金过的面料,经过烘箱,烘箱温度控制在115度,面料运行速度为25米/分钟。
将步骤(4)处理过的面料打卷、包装即制备出烫金感光变色面料。

1.一种烫金感光变色面料生产工艺,其特征在于所述生产工艺流程按如下进行:准备基布→溢流染色→压光→烫金→烘干→打卷、包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烫金感光变色面料生产工艺,其特征在于所述准备基布采用锦纶面料,经溢流染色,接着经过水洗定型处理获得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烫金感光变色面料生产工艺,其特征在于所述溢流染色工艺中,浴比:1:12-15;用于浴液的PH值为3.0-5.0,温度为120-130度,包含以下成分:锦纶特种高温匀染剂TF-212F:1.5 -2.5g/l;消泡剂:2-4 g/l;冰醋酸:0.8 -1.4g/l;柔软剂:0.5 -0.8g/L;分散染料:X%(o.w.f.)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烫金感光变色面料生产工艺,其特征在于所述压光的温度控制在80-110度,车速运行速度20-30米/分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的烫金感光变色面料生产工艺,其特征在于所述烫金的组成按重量分为:PU树脂50-80份,光敏染料5-10份,抗氧化剂0.1-0.3份,稳定剂0.2-0.05份,溶剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的烫金感光变色面料生产工艺,其特征在于所述烘干的温度控制在110-120度,面料运行速度为20-30米/分钟。
