背景技术
传统的自制葡萄酒的存在缺陷,体现自制葡萄酒易变质和保质期短二个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种自制葡萄酒的加工方法,解决自制葡萄酒的存在缺陷问题,提高自制葡萄酒的品质和保质期。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
1、一定要买自然成熟的葡萄,不要买反季节的大棚里栽种的葡萄。并且要选择味道很甜的成熟了的葡萄;
2、用手拔下葡萄粒,用温开水浸泡十分钟左右,并洗干净,再把水沥干;
3、把葡萄倒在盆里,用手把它们一个个捏碎,葡萄皮,葡萄籽和果肉全都留在盆里,然后按照重量比为,葡萄∶白糖(冰糖)=10∶0.5-1的比例,喜欢甜一点的可以适当多放一点,搅拌均匀,等白糖完全融化以后装在洗干净的瓶子里。
4、因为夏天气温高,一般二十天就能将葡萄酒酿好;如果气温低于三十度那就酿30天,开瓶滤渣;
5、把葡萄籽,葡萄皮,还有发了酵的果肉都过滤掉,留下葡萄酒,然后,葡萄酒勾兑50度以上的白酒。重量比为,葡萄酒∶50度以上的白酒=10∶1-2。其目的:一是消毒杀菌;二是提高葡萄酒的保质期,保质期延长一倍。
与现有技术不同的是:
把葡萄籽,葡萄皮,还有发了酵的果肉都过滤掉,留下葡萄酒,然后,葡萄酒勾兑50度以上的白酒。重量比为,葡萄酒∶50度以上的白酒=10∶1-2。
