本发明涉及清洗液技术领域,具体涉及一种袋式过滤机滤芯用清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:黄蜡50‑68份、52%氯化石蜡10‑16份、N‑二甲基对甲基苯胺11‑15.6份、碱式钼酸钙锌3‑6份、柠檬酸钠3.5‑4份、山梨酸甲酯3.5‑4份、乌洛托品3.5‑4份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯8‑12份、蓖麻油8‑12份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯22‑31份、防腐剂5‑10份、减摩材料1‑2份、改性植物提取液8‑12份。本发明清洗液具有显著的抗菌性能,在60℃的温度下挥发率只有0.1%,而在80℃的温度下挥发率只有0.15%,所以其稳定性好,清洗液没有毒性,不伤皮肤。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗液技术领域,具体涉及一种袋式过滤机滤芯用清洗液。
背景技术
袋式过滤机主要有过滤缸筒体、过滤缸盖和快开机构、不锈钢袋加强网等主要部件组成。该系列过滤机是一种压力式过滤装置。原液由进料口流入装置在加强网内的滤袋,受压,合格品渗透滤袋,由出料口排出,进入下道工序,杂质颗粒被滤袋捕捉。整个过程高效、简便,且更换滤袋十分方便,基本不产生物料消耗。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种袋式过滤机滤芯用清洗液。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种袋式过滤机滤芯用清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:黄蜡50-68份、52%氯化石蜡10-16份、N-二甲基对甲基苯胺11-15.6份、碱式钼酸钙锌3-6份、柠檬酸钠3.5-4份、山梨酸甲酯3.5-4份、乌洛托品3.5-4份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯8-12份、蓖麻油8-12份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯22-31份、防腐剂5-10份、减摩材料1-2份、改性植物提取液8-12份。
进一步地,所述改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:羧酸2份、大豆肽2份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、鞣酸3份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
进一步地,所述减摩材料选自二硫化钼。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明清洗液具有显著的抗菌性能,在60℃的温度下挥发率只有0.1%,而在80℃的温度下挥发率只有0.15%,所以其稳定性好,清洗液没有毒性,不伤皮肤。

实施例1
一种袋式过滤机滤芯用清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:黄蜡68份、52%氯化石蜡16份、N-二甲基对甲基苯胺15.6份、碱式钼酸钙锌6份、柠檬酸钠4份、山梨酸甲酯4份、乌洛托品4份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯12份、蓖麻油12份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯31份、防腐剂10份、减摩材料2份、改性植物提取液12份。
改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:羧酸2份、大豆肽2份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、鞣酸3份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
减摩材料选自二硫化钼。
实施例2
一种袋式过滤机滤芯用清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:黄蜡58份、52%氯化石蜡13份、N-二甲基对甲基苯胺13份、碱式钼酸钙锌5份、柠檬酸钠3.8份、山梨酸甲酯3.8份、乌洛托品3.8份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯10份、蓖麻油10份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯26份、防腐剂8份、减摩材料1.5份、改性植物提取液10份。
改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:羧酸2份、大豆肽2份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、鞣酸3份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
减摩材料选自二硫化钼。

2.如权利要求1所述的袋式过滤机滤芯用清洗液,其特征在于,所述改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:羧酸2份、大豆肽2份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、鞣酸3份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
3.如权利要求1所述的袋式过滤机滤芯用清洗液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
4.如权利要求1所述的袋式过滤机滤芯用清洗液,其特征在于,所述减摩材料选自二硫化钼。
