背景技术
袋式过滤机主要有过滤缸筒体、过滤缸盖和快开机构、不锈钢袋加强网等主要部件组成。该系列过滤机是一种压力式过滤装置。原液由进料口流入装置在加强网内的滤袋,受压,合格品渗透滤袋,由出料口排出,进入下道工序,杂质颗粒被滤袋捕捉。整个过程高效、简便,且更换滤袋十分方便,基本不产生物料消耗。

进一步地,所述改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:羧酸2份、柠檬酸钠6份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、β-萘磺酸4份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明清洗液具有显著的抗菌性能,不会对金属产生腐蚀,无毒无异味,其运动粘度稳定性好,温度升高到60℃,其运动粘度没有变化。

改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:羧酸2份、柠檬酸钠6份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、β-萘磺酸4份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
