本发明涉及清洗液技术领域,具体涉及一种袋式过滤机外壳清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:鞘磷脂5‑12份、52%氯化石蜡24‑28份、N‑二甲基对甲基苯胺6‑8份、碱式钼酸钙锌3‑6份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4‑13份、十六酸甲酯4‑13份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂22‑34份、双酚A22‑34份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯22‑31份、防腐剂5‑10份、天花粉3‑4份、六亚甲基四胺9‑19份、改性植物提取液8‑12份。本发明清洗液具有显著的抗菌性能,不会对金属产生腐蚀,无毒无异味,其运动粘度稳定性好,温度升高到60℃,其运动粘度没有变化。

本发明涉及清洗液技术领域,具体涉及一种袋式过滤机外壳清洗液。
背景技术
袋式过滤机主要有过滤缸筒体、过滤缸盖和快开机构、不锈钢袋加强网等主要部件组成。该系列过滤机是一种压力式过滤装置。原液由进料口流入装置在加强网内的滤袋,受压,合格品渗透滤袋,由出料口排出,进入下道工序,杂质颗粒被滤袋捕捉。整个过程高效、简便,且更换滤袋十分方便,基本不产生物料消耗。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种袋式过滤机外壳清洗液。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种袋式过滤机外壳清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:鞘磷脂5-12份、52%氯化石蜡24-28份、N-二甲基对甲基苯胺6-8份、碱式钼酸钙锌3-6份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4-13份、十六酸甲酯4-13份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂22-34份、双酚A22-34份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯22-31份、防腐剂5-10份、天花粉3-4份、六亚甲基四胺9-19份、所述改性植物提取液8-12份。
进一步地,所述改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:羧酸2份、柠檬酸钠6份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、β-萘磺酸4份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明清洗液具有显著的抗菌性能,不会对金属产生腐蚀,无毒无异味,其运动粘度稳定性好,温度升高到60℃,其运动粘度没有变化。

一种袋式过滤机外壳清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:鞘磷脂8份、52%氯化石蜡26份、N-二甲基对甲基苯胺7份、碱式钼酸钙锌5份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯8份、十六酸甲酯8份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂29份、双酚A 28份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯27份、防腐剂8份、天花粉3.5份、六亚甲基四胺14份、改性植物提取液10份。
改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:羧酸2份、柠檬酸钠6份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、β-萘磺酸4份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
实施例2

改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:羧酸2份、柠檬酸钠6份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、β-萘磺酸4份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
