本发明属于化工领域,具体为一种含有大叶茶茶水的抗菌、护肤洗手液及其制作方法。
背景技术
由于手部长期暴露在外,且与外界频繁接触,极为容易感染各种细菌。常规的洗手液能去除手上的污垢、碎屑和部分致病菌,起到清洁皮肤的作用,有些特定的成分可以起到消毒、杀菌的作用,比如杀灭大肠杆菌等。洗手液一般无磷、铝、碱、烷基苯磺酸钠等成分,采用温和去污的原理,容易被皮肤接受。随着人们生活水平的提高和对健康认识的加深,人们都养成了勤洗手的好习惯,洗手液也成为人们日常生活中必备的清洁用品。但是目前的洗手液仅能清洁,护肤的功能比较欠缺。
桃源大叶茶现现已成为湖南省桃源县特有的地方优良茶树品种,以桃源大叶茶为原料制作的各种茶叶,茶质翠绿鲜浓,清香持久。2005年10月,桃源大叶茶获国家原产地产品保护,用大叶茶加工制作的"野茶王"已获得国家地理标志认证。
经分析,大叶茶中含有咖啡碱、单宁、茶多酚、蛋白质、碳水化合物、游离氨基酸、叶绿素、胡萝卜素、芳香油、酶、维生素A原、维生素B、维生素C、维生素E、维生素P以及无机盐、微量元素等400多种成分。
大叶茶在采摘之后,加工成红茶、绿茶、黑茶等各种茶品,在加工的过程中,会产生20%左右的残次品,这些下脚料完全可以作为日用化工的重要原料。这么宝贵巨大的资源,长期以来当废物废弃,实在可惜,将资源转化为产品和经济收入,可促进企业发展和农民增收。
发明内容
为了充分的利用大叶茶的加工下脚料,本发明的目的是提供一种含有大叶茶茶水的抗菌、护肤洗手液及其制作方法,变废为宝,给农民增加收入,促进企业发展和效益提高。
这种含有大叶茶茶水的抗菌、护肤洗手液,为浅黄色透明液体,其特征在于,其成分按重量的比例为:茶叶水80份,甘油2份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1份,二乙醇酰胺1.5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠11份, 2—吗啉乙磺酸3份,三氯生0.3份, PEG-7椰油酸甘油酯1.5份,卡松0.1份,氯化钠0.8份,香精0.3份和柠檬酸0.2份。
这种含有大叶茶茶水的抗菌、护肤洗手液的制法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1) 预先制作茶叶水:A、收集无霉变的大叶茶加工下脚料,风选去除沙尘,含水量5%以下时粉碎成茶粉;B、用去离子水将大叶茶茶水浸泡,其去离子水和大叶茶茶水的重量比例是10:1-2,并加入茶粉重量1%的沸点为60-80°C的石油醚萃取溶剂油,搅拌,静置2-3天,其静置时搅拌2-3次,以提高茶粉所含物浸出的速度和浸出率;C、将茶叶水过滤,除去大叶茶茶水;D、将过滤后的茶叶水进行60-80℃范围的加温,使石油醚挥发成气体,经管道送入蒸馏器冷凝回收,石油醚挥发回收完成后,得到的茶叶水备用;
(2) 将三氯生投入PEG-7椰油酸甘油酯中使其完全溶解,备用;
(3) 按配比将茶叶水、二乙醇酰胺、甘油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、2- 吗啉乙磺酸和乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液倒入反应罐中,并在 65-75℃的温度下搅拌0.5-1.0小时,然后倒入搅拌锅中进行搅拌、冷却;
(4) 当搅拌锅中的溶液温度冷却至48-52℃时,加入三氯生和PEG-7和椰油酸甘油酯的混合溶液、柠檬酸、卡松、氯化钠,搅拌12-18min后加入香精,继续搅拌2-7min,然后停止搅拌,冷却至30-35min℃ ;
(5) 放料,取样,并将样品交实验室进行半成品检验,合格后灌装,即得抗菌洗手液。

(3) 按配比将茶叶水、二乙醇酰胺、甘油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、2- 吗啉乙磺酸和乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液倒入反应罐中,并在 65-75℃的温度下搅拌0.5-1.0小时,然后倒入搅拌锅中进行搅拌、冷却;
(4) 当搅拌锅中的溶液温度冷却至48-52℃时,加入三氯生和PEG-7和椰油酸甘油酯的混合溶液、柠檬酸、卡松、氯化钠,搅拌12-18min后加入香精,继续搅拌2-7min,然后停止搅拌,冷却至30-35min℃ ;

(2) 将三氯生投入PEG-7椰油酸甘油酯中使其完全溶解,备用;
(3) 按配比将茶叶水、二乙醇酰胺、甘油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、2- 吗啉乙磺酸和乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液倒入反应罐中,并在 65-75℃的温度下搅拌0.5-1.0小时,然后倒入搅拌锅中进行搅拌、冷却;
(4) 当搅拌锅中的溶液温度冷却至48-52℃时,加入三氯生和PEG-7和椰油酸甘油酯的混合溶液、柠檬酸、卡松、氯化钠,搅拌12-18min后加入香精,继续搅拌2-7min,然后停止搅拌,冷却至30-35min℃ ;
(5) 放料,取样,并将样品交实验室进行半成品检验,合格后灌装,即得抗菌洗手液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有大叶茶茶水的抗菌、护肤洗手液的制法中的制作茶叶水的装置,包括风选机、粉碎机、浸泡罐、板框过滤机和蒸馏器,它们依次连接,其特征在于,风选机包括风筒,风筒的一端为风机,风筒的另一端为出风筒,出风筒内安装有静电除尘器,风筒的上部有进料斗,风筒的下部有沙石出口和茶叶出口,茶叶出口的下部为粉碎机,粉碎机的箱体内并列安装有两个刀辊,粉碎机的下部是浸泡罐,浸泡罐内安装有搅拌器,浸泡罐的出口通过泵和板框过滤机的进口相连,板框过滤机的出口和蒸馏器相连,蒸馏器下部安装有加热器,蒸馏器的末端下部为茶叶水收集桶,蒸馏器的末端上部为冷凝管和石油醚收集桶,冷凝管周围是风冷管,风冷管上部有出风管,风冷管下部通过风管和出风筒相通,在风管和出风筒的连接处,出风筒内安装有调节闸板,调节闸板的上端通过铰链安装在出风筒内,调节闸板的下端和一个气缸的活塞杆相连,通过气缸改变调节闸板的位置,当蒸馏器工作时,气缸的活塞杆伸出,调节闸板为水平位置,封住了出风筒,打开了风管的进风口,向风冷管送去冷却风,风从出风管排出;反之,当蒸馏器不工作时,气缸的活塞杆缩入,调节闸板为竖直位置,打开了出风筒,封住了风管的进风口,不能向风冷管送去冷却风,风从出风筒排出。
