本发明涉及一种彩涂板,具体涉及一种半辊涂彩涂板。
背景技术
彩涂板,又称为预涂层板,是一种带有有机涂层的复合材料,因其具有良好的装饰性、节能环保、易于成形、成本低等优点,近年来的应用逐渐由建筑领域向家电领域扩展,常用于电视机、电冰箱后背板等。在彩涂板生产的过程中,在加工成型拉伸中易出现涂层裂纹或脱落、基材开裂、变形处耐腐蚀性能降低等缺陷。在高湿、高温的地区,一些彩涂板的涂层开始出现开裂、起包最后脱落,这样金属板就会裸露出来,腐蚀生锈。
传统的彩涂板均是全辊涂,因电视机后背板需要释放弱电,因此需要良好的导电性,传统的塑料板和钢板全辊涂产品导电性能差,无法满足客户需求,现有设备及技术也无法满足半辊涂产品实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种半辊涂彩涂板,利用半辊,将半辊涂区涂覆上性能佳的有机涂层,而不涂漆区不辊涂保持了原有钢板优良的导电性能。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种半辊涂彩涂板,包括不涂漆区和半辊涂区,所述的半辊是由两个半压辊径向同心连接组成,其中直径大的用于辊涂;
所述半辊涂区由上到下依次设有钛白面漆层、散热层、底漆层、复合粘黏层、基材板、复合粘黏层、底漆层;
一种半辊涂彩涂板的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将组分量的复合粘黏层各原料加入到左右侧的螺杆挤出机,将基材板送至半涂胶辊间进行双面涂胶,保温;
(2)将组分量的底漆层各原料加入到左右侧的淋膜机中,将保温的半涂胶板送入半压辊间进行双面淋膜,保温;
(3)将组分量的散热层的各原料加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半淋膜板送入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,保温;
(4)将组分量的钛白面漆层的各原料加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半辊涂板入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,得到半辊涂彩涂板半成品,保温;
(5)将保温的半辊涂彩涂板半成品送入控温装置进行烘干定型,接着送入成型压辊中压合,经冷却即得到半辊涂彩涂板。
进一步,所述的两个半压辊长度相同,两个半压辊的直径差为20mm。
进一步,所述钛白面漆层的各原料重量百分比为:聚醇树脂25%-40%、硅醇酸树脂15%-30%、无碱玻璃纤维粉10%-16%、氢氧化铝纳米溶胶9%-14%、羧甲基纤维素钠5%-9%、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛6%-10%、脂肪族二异氰酸酯2%-7%、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯4%-8%、聚己内酯2%-5%、肉豆蔻酸锌0.6%-1.1%;
进一步,所述的散热层的各原料重量百分比为:30%-50%氟碳树脂、15%-23%环氧树脂、8%-13%石墨烯、3%-7%氧化铝、2%-5%纳米二氧化硅、1%-5%氧化镁、3%-9%乙酸乙酯、8%-15%乙醇;
进一步,所述的底漆层的各原料重量百分比为:热塑性聚氨酯45%-55%、有机硅树脂10%-15%、聚乙二醇10%-18%、脂肪族二异氰酸酯5%-10%、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯5%-9%、变性环糊精增稠剂7%-13%、丁基再生橡胶2%-5%、石蜡油1%-4%、硬脂酸锌0.5%-1.2%、余量为纯化水;
进一步,所述的复合粘黏层是由一种生物降解复合材料制成的粘黏剂涂覆而成,所述的粘黏剂由木质素和聚氰基丙烯酸二醇酯混合制得,木质素和聚氰基丙烯酸二醇酯的重量比为2:1。
进一步,所述的基材为金属板,优选为镀锌钢板,厚度为0.4-0.7mm。
进一步,步骤(1)所述的保温温度为230℃-255℃;步骤(2)所述的保温温度为270℃-288℃;步骤(3)所述的保温温度为250℃-275℃;步骤(4)所述的保温温度为290℃-315℃。
本发明的有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明采用半辊涂设备生产彩涂板,在原本的产品上材料成本减少了一半使用量,节约成本,不仅简化了工艺流程,更是大大提高了生产效率;半辊涂区使用的涂层涂料延展性能好,有效的防止拉伸中出现涂层裂纹或脱落;钛白面漆层中添加的无碱玻璃纤维粉确保了绝缘性能,添加的氢氧化铝纳米溶胶有效的降低了紫外线的透过率;底漆层采用热塑性聚氨酯,无气味,易加工,成本低,可回收,加入脂肪族二异氰酸酯解决了板材受紫外线照射变黄的难题;复合粘黏层是由木质素和聚氰基丙烯酸二醇酯制成的粘黏剂涂覆而成,这种粘黏剂可生物降解,粘黏效果佳,涂层间不易脱落,对环境友好;制得的彩涂板半辊涂区绝缘性能好、散热佳、良好的耐候性、样式设计之美观且多样化;不涂漆区不辊涂保持了原有钢板优良的导电性能。

实施例1
(1)将42kg木质素和21kg聚氰基丙烯酸二醇酯加入到左右侧的螺杆挤出机,将0.4mm厚度的镀锌钢板送至半涂胶辊间进行双面涂胶,230℃保温;
(2)将热塑性聚氨酯45kg、有机硅树脂10kg、聚乙二醇10kg、脂肪族二异氰酸酯5kg、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯5kg、变性环糊精增稠剂15kg、丁基再生橡胶3kg、石蜡油1kg、硬脂酸锌1.2kg、纯化水4.8kg加入到左右侧的淋膜机中,将保温的半涂胶板送入半压辊间进行双面淋膜,270℃保温;
(3)将30kg氟碳树脂、23kg环氧树脂、13kg石墨烯、7kg氧化铝、2kg纳米二氧化硅、1kg氧化镁、8kg乙酸乙酯、15kg乙醇加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半淋膜板送入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,250℃保温;
(4)将聚醇树脂25kg、硅醇酸树脂30kg、无碱玻璃纤维粉10kg、氢氧化铝纳米溶胶14kg、羧甲基纤维素钠5.9kg、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛6kg、脂肪族二异氰酸酯2kg、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯4kg、聚己内酯2kg、肉豆蔻酸锌1.1kg加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半辊涂板入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,得到半辊涂彩涂板半成品,290℃保温;
(5)将保温的半辊涂彩涂板半成品送入控温装置进行烘干定型,接着送入成型压辊中压合,经冷却即得到半辊涂彩涂板。
实施例2
(1)将38kg木质素和19kg聚氰基丙烯酸二醇酯加入到左右侧的螺杆挤出机,将0.7mm厚度的镀锌钢板送至半涂胶辊间进行双面涂胶,255℃保温;
(2)将热塑性聚氨酯55kg、有机硅树脂10kg、聚乙二醇10kg、脂肪族二异氰酸酯5kg、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯5kg、变性环糊精增稠剂7kg、丁基再生橡胶2kg、石蜡油2kg、硬脂酸锌0.7kg、纯化水3.3kg加入到左右侧的淋膜机中,将保温的半涂胶板送入半压辊间进行双面淋膜,288℃保温;
(3)将50kg氟碳树脂、15kg环氧树脂、8kg石墨烯、3kg氧化铝、5kg纳米二氧化硅、5kg氧化镁、6kg乙酸乙酯、8kg乙醇加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半淋膜板送入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,275℃保温;
(4)将聚醇树脂40kg、硅醇酸树脂15kg、无碱玻璃纤维粉11kg、氢氧化铝纳米溶胶9kg、羧甲基纤维素钠6.5kg、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛6.8kg、脂肪族二异氰酸酯3.2kg、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯5kg、聚己内酯2.9kg、肉豆蔻酸锌0.6kg加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半辊涂板入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,得到半辊涂彩涂板半成品,315℃保温;
(5)将保温的半辊涂彩涂板半成品送入控温装置进行烘干定型,接着送入成型压辊中压合,经冷却即得到半辊涂彩涂板。
实施例3
(1)将45kg木质素和22.5kg聚氰基丙烯酸二醇酯加入到左右侧的螺杆挤出机,将0.5mm厚度的镀锌钢板送至半涂胶辊间进行双面涂胶,242℃保温;
(2)将热塑性聚氨酯46kg、有机硅树脂13kg、聚乙二醇12kg、脂肪族二异氰酸酯6kg、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯6kg、变性环糊精增稠剂8kg、丁基再生橡胶3.8kg、石蜡油3.2kg、硬脂酸锌0.9kg、纯化水2.1kg加入到左右侧的淋膜机中,将保温的半涂胶板送入半压辊间进行双面淋膜,278℃保温;
(3)将35kg氟碳树脂、21kg环氧树脂、13kg石墨烯、5kg氧化铝、3.5kg纳米二氧化硅、2.5kg氧化镁、8kg乙酸乙酯、12kg乙醇加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半淋膜板送入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,266℃保温;
(4)将聚醇树脂26kg、硅醇酸树脂21kg、无碱玻璃纤维粉11kg、氢氧化铝纳米溶胶9.5kg、羧甲基纤维素钠6.1kg、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛7.5kg、脂肪族二异氰酸酯6.5kg、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯7.2kg、聚己内酯4.3kg、肉豆蔻酸锌0.9kg加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半辊涂板入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,得到半辊涂彩涂板半成品,308℃保温;
(5)将保温的半辊涂彩涂板半成品送入控温装置进行烘干定型,接着送入成型压辊中压合,经冷却即得到半辊涂彩涂板。

Claims (7)

1.一种半辊涂彩涂板,其特征在于:包括不涂漆区和半辊涂区,所述的半辊是由两个半压辊径向同心连接组成,其中直径大的用于辊涂;
所述半辊涂区由上到下依次设有钛白面漆层、散热层、底漆层、复合粘黏层、基材板、复合粘黏层、底漆层;
一种半辊涂彩涂板的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将组分量的复合粘黏层各原料加入到左右侧的螺杆挤出机,将基材板送至半涂胶辊间进行双面涂胶,保温;
(2)将组分量的底漆层各原料加入到左右侧的淋膜机中,将保温的半涂胶板送入半压辊间进行双面淋膜,保温;
(3)将组分量的散热层的各原料加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半淋膜板送入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,保温;
(4)将组分量的钛白面漆层的各原料加入螺杆挤出机,将保温的半辊涂板入半压辊中,进行单面辊涂,得到半辊涂彩涂板半成品,保温;
(5)将保温的半辊涂彩涂板半成品送入控温装置进行烘干定型,接着送入成型压辊中压合,经冷却即得到半辊涂彩涂板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种半辊涂彩涂板,其特征在于:所述的两个半压辊长度相同,两个半压辊的直径差为20mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种半辊涂彩涂板,其特征在于:所述钛白面漆层的各原料重量百分比为:聚醇树脂25%-40%、硅醇酸树脂15%-30%、无碱玻璃纤维粉10%-16%、氢氧化铝纳米溶胶9%-14%、羧甲基纤维素钠5%-9%、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛6%-10%、脂肪族二异氰酸酯2%-7%、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯4%-8%、聚己内酯2%-5%、肉豆蔻酸锌0.6%-1.1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种半辊涂彩涂板,其特征在于:所述的散热层的各原料重量百分比为:30%-50%氟碳树脂、15%-23%环氧树脂、8%-13%石墨烯、3%-7%氧化铝、2%-5%纳米二氧化硅、1%-5%氧化镁、3%-9%乙酸乙酯、8%-15%乙醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种半辊涂彩涂板,其特征在于:所述的底漆层的各原料重量百分比为:热塑性聚氨酯45%-55%、有机硅树脂10%-15%、聚乙二醇10%-18%、脂肪族二异氰酸酯5%-10%、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯5%-9%、变性环糊精增稠剂7%-13%、丁基再生橡胶2%-5%、石蜡油1%-4%、硬脂酸锌0.5%-1.2%、余量为纯化水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种半辊涂彩涂板,其特征在于:所述的复合粘黏层是由一种生物降解复合材料制成的粘黏剂涂覆而成,所述的粘黏剂由木质素和聚氰基丙烯酸二醇酯混合制得,木质素和聚氰基丙烯酸二醇酯的重量比为2:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种半辊涂彩涂板,其特征在于:所述的基材为金属板,优选为镀锌钢板,厚度为0.4mm-0.7mm。
