BB霜主要是运用在美容化妆上,能明显遮瑕,改善和弥补皮肤的各种缺陷,让皮肤看起来更加完美;气垫BB霜也拥有BB霜的基本功能,并在BB霜的基础上改进使用方式,让上妆更加方便快捷,让消费者有不一样的使用体验。
然而市面上无论是BB霜还是气垫BB霜等产品,都或多或少存在一定的缺陷,例如:遮瑕度不足,贴服性不好,提亮效果差,容易脱妆、溶妆、浮粉等。
因此,我们开发了一款遮瑕效果好,持妆时间长的气垫BB霜,进而满足消费者的需求。

本发明的目的是:提供一种持久遮瑕保湿气垫BB霜,它具有遮瑕,持妆时间长的特点。

鲸蜡基聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.5%-2%,
棕榈酸乙基己酯&司拉氯铵水辉石&异壬酸异壬酯&乙醇:0.5%-1.5%,
丙烯酸(酯)类/丙烯酸乙基己酯/聚二甲基硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物:0.1%-1%,
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷&聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物:0.5%-2%,
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷&三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯:2%-5%,
牛油果树果脂:0.5%-2%;
B相:
丁基辛醇水杨酸酯:2%-5%, 甘油三(乙基己酸)酯:2%-6%,

所述的一种持久遮瑕保湿气垫BB霜,其特殊之处在于:其制备方法按以下步骤:
(1)将A相的所有原料加入至油相缸中,开启搅拌,并加热至80-85℃,使该组分的所有原料全部溶解分散均匀;
(2)将B组分原料提前预分散,并使用胶体磨或三辊机,进行充分的碾磨,反复几次,使得色粉分散均匀,无色素微粒,备用;
(3)将C相原料加入水相缸中,开启搅拌并加热至80-85℃,使所有原料全部溶解均匀;
(4)将步骤(1)中溶解好的原料全部抽入主乳化缸中,并设定温度85℃,开启搅拌40-60转/分钟;
(5)将步骤(2)中预先分散完全的色浆加入至主乳化缸,开启搅拌40-60转/分钟;以及均质2000-3000转/分钟,均质5-8分钟,使的主乳化缸中的原料均匀分散;
(6)关闭均质后,保持搅拌40-60转/分钟,温度80-85℃,将步骤(3)中的水相组分,边搅拌边缓慢抽入主乳化缸中,大约开启1/5的抽料阀门,当步骤(3)中的所有料体全部抽完之后,保温10分钟,搅拌机一直处于启动状态;
(7)在步骤(6)的保温结束后,将D组分加入主乳化缸,开启真空,开启均质2000转/分钟,搅拌40-60转/分钟,均质时间5-8分钟;开始降温;
(8)当温度降至40-42℃时,边搅拌、边加入E相组分,搅拌均匀,降温至常温,送检合格即可;
(9)各项指标合格后灌装包装容器中。
本发明是一种持久遮瑕保湿气垫BB霜,使用方便,快速上妆,持妆效果强,可以较长时间不脱妆,不溶妆。有效减少平时使用过程中的补妆次数,遮瑕效果好。

将上述三个实施例进行人群测试,测试人群30人,测试方式以每个人对产品进行盲测,并对产品持久性、提亮效果、贴服性、保湿效果、遮瑕性、铺展性等方面进行评分,满分5分,最后取平均值做对比;如图1所示。对于三个实施例持久性的评价,30位试用者评分均4.0以上,其中实施列2的持妆效果最好;其三个实施例的提亮效果评分也在4.0以上,其遮瑕效果也可根据需求,在比例范围内增加二氧化钛的用量,增加其遮瑕度,综合评价,该产品具有较好持妆遮瑕能力,是一款符合消费者需求的气垫BB霜产品。

甘油:8%-15%, 氯化钠:1%-3%,
海藻糖:0.2%-1%,苯氧乙醇&乙基己基甘油:0.5%-0.8%,
透明质酸钠:0.01%-0.05%;
D相:
C15-19 烷&二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷:2%-5%;
E相:
香精:0.1%-0.4%;
以上各原料重量百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种持久遮瑕保湿气垫BB霜,其特征在于:其制备方法按以下步骤:
(1)将A相的所有原料加入至油相缸中,开启搅拌,并加热至80-85℃,使该组分的所有原料全部溶解分散均匀;
(2)将B组分原料提前预分散,并使用胶体磨或三辊机,进行充分的碾磨,反复几次,使得色粉分散均匀,无色素微粒,备用;
(3)将C相原料加入水相缸中,开启搅拌并加热至80-85℃,使所有原料全部溶解均匀;
(4)将步骤(1)中溶解好的原料全部抽入主乳化缸中,并设定温度85℃,开启搅拌40-60转/分钟;
(5)将步骤(2)中预先分散完全的色浆加入至主乳化缸,开启搅拌40-60转/分钟;以及均质2000-3000转/分钟,均质5-8分钟,使的主乳化缸中的原料均匀分散;
(6)关闭均质后,保持搅拌40-60转/分钟,温度80-85℃,将步骤(3)中的水相组分,边搅拌边缓慢抽入主乳化缸中,大约开启1/5的抽料阀门,当步骤(3)中的所有料体全部抽完之后,保温10分钟,搅拌机一直处于启动状态;
(7)在步骤(6)的保温结束后,将D组分加入主乳化缸,开启真空,开启均质2000转/分钟,搅拌40-60转/分钟,均质时间5-8分钟;开始降温;
(8)当温度降至40-42℃时,边搅拌、边加入E相组分,搅拌均匀,降温至常温,送检合格即可;
(9)各项指标合格后灌装包装容器中。
