The pot cover 8 comprises a pot cover plate 81 and a pot cover sealing liner; the pot cover sealing liner comprises a fixing part 82 arranged on the pot cover plate 81 and a sealing strip 83 which can be sleeved on the periphery of the fixing part 82 in a relatively rotating manner; the area surrounded by the sealing strips 83 is matched with the size and the shape of the pan opening of the frying pan 10. Therefore, when the lid seals the opening of the frying pan 10 by the sealing strips 83, and when the frying pan 10 rotates, the sealing strips 83 rotate with the frying pan 10, thereby reducing the resistance of the frying pan 10 when rotating.
Preferably, the pan cover plate 81 is provided with a lampblack passage port 84 communicated with the lampblack treatment device 6 of the cooking machine; the fixed part 82 is provided with a first communication port communicated with the oil smoke passage port 84; the pot cover plate 81 is provided with an auxiliary flavor slurry feeding port 85 communicated with the automatic auxiliary material feeding device 3 of the cooker; the fixing portion 82 is provided with a second communicating port communicated with the auxiliary flavor slurry feeding port 85. As shown in fig. 9, which is a top view of the lid 8 of fig. 4 and 5.
As a modified embodiment, the pan cover plate 81 is provided with a common passage port; the public channel port is respectively communicated with an oil fume treatment device 6 of the cooking machine and an auxiliary material automatic feeding device 3; the fixing portion 82 is provided with a common communication port communicating with the common passage port. Namely, the above-mentioned oil smoke passage port 84 and the auxiliary flavor slurry feeding port 85 are realized by the common passage port at the same time, and the addition of the auxiliary flavor slurry or the oil smoke extraction can be performed through the common passage port.
Preferably, the fixing portion 82 is detachably mounted on the pan cover plate 81.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a wok movement control device which comprises two sets of movement control components; each set of the movement control assembly comprises a telescopic rod, a movement connecting piece and a wok moving linear motor fixed in the frying machine; the two movable connecting pieces are used for being connected with two sides of the frying pan; in the same set of mobile control assembly, one end of the telescopic rod is connected with the corresponding driving terminal of the wok mobile linear motor, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the corresponding mobile connecting piece. The mobile control assembly used for making the same-direction linear motion is arranged on the two sides of the frying pan respectively, the frying pan is driven to move along the linear motion, the frying pan can be well matched with other devices such as a pan cover, the automation of the frying machine is further improved, and the working efficiency of the frying machine is improved. The two sets of mobile control assemblies have the advantages of better bearing the frying pan, preventing the frying pan from inclining to one side and improving the structural stability. The invention also provides a frying pan device which comprises the frying pan movement control device and is suitable for the full-automatic frying machine.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A wok movement control device is characterized by comprising two sets of movement control components; each set of the movement control assembly comprises a telescopic rod, a movement connecting piece and a wok moving linear motor fixed in the frying machine; the two movable connecting pieces are used for being connected with two sides of the frying pan; in the same set of movement control assembly, one end of the telescopic rod is connected with the corresponding driving terminal of the wok moving linear motor, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the corresponding moving connecting piece; the wok is arranged in the protective shell, and the two movable connecting pieces are respectively used for being connected with the two sides of the protective shell; the wok station control device of the cooking machine is connected with the protective shell through the movable connecting piece so as to control the wok in the protective shell to turn over, wherein the cooking machine comprises a wok cover which is fixed in the cooking machine and matched with a wok opening of the wok; when the frying pan is turned to a frying station, the pan opening of the frying pan faces the pan cover, the central axis of the frying pan coincides with the central axis of the pan cover, and the frying pan moves to be kept in a closed state with the pan cover.

The pan movement control device of claim 1, wherein each set of movement control assembly further comprises a movement guide fixed inside the cooker, the movement guides of the two sets of movement control assemblies being parallel to each other; the telescopic rod and the movable connecting piece are positioned on the corresponding movable guide rail so that the frying pan moving linear motor drives the frying pan device to directionally move in a direction parallel to the movable guide rail.
3. The wok movement control device of claim 1 or 2, further comprising an upper sensor and a lower sensor disposed on one of the movement connectors.
4. A frying pan device suitable for a full-automatic cooker, which is characterized by comprising a frying pan, a frying pan station control device and a frying pan movement control device according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
the wok station control device is used for fixing the wok on the wok movement control device and controlling the wok to turn over so that the wok reaches a corresponding station to perform corresponding operation;
the wok moving control device is used for controlling the wok station control device to move directionally in the wok machine so as to drive the wok to move directionally in the wok machine;
the wok station control device and the wok movement control device are both connected with a main control device of the cooking machine so as to receive a control instruction sent by the main control device according to a preset menu instruction and carry out turning and movement operations on the wok according to the control instruction.
5. The wok device suitable for use in a fully automatic cooker as claimed in claim 4, wherein said wok device further comprises a protective enclosure; the frying pan is arranged in the protective shell; two moving connecting pieces in the wok moving control device are respectively connected with two sides of the shell; the wok station control device is connected with the protective shell through the movable connecting piece to control the wok to turn over in the protective shell, and the wok is driven to move in the protective shell under the driving of the wok movement control device.

The wok device suitable for the full-automatic cooker as claimed in claim 5, wherein the wok station control device comprises a station rotating shaft and a station motor for driving the station rotating shaft to rotate; the station rotating shaft penetrates through two sides of the protective shell, and the first end of the station rotating shaft is connected with the station motor; the station motor is arranged on one of the movable connecting pieces; and the second end of the station rotating shaft is connected with the other movable connecting piece.

The wok device suitable for the full-automatic cooker as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a wok cover fixed inside the cooker and matched with the wok mouth of the wok; when the frying pan is turned to a frying station, the pan opening of the frying pan faces the pan cover, and the central axis of the frying pan coincides with the central axis of the pan cover.

The wok device suitable for the full-automatic cooker as claimed in claim 7, wherein the wok cover comprises a wok cover plate and a wok cover sealing liner; the pot cover sealing liner comprises a fixing part arranged on the pot cover plate and a sealing strip which is sleeved on the periphery of the fixing part in a relatively rotatable manner; the area surrounded by the sealing strips is matched with the size and the shape of the pan opening of the frying pan.

The pan device suitable for the full automatic cooking machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the pan cover plate is provided with a fume passage port communicated with a fume device of the cooking machine; the fixed part is provided with a first communicating port communicated with the oil smoke passage port; the pot cover plate is provided with an auxiliary flavor slurry feeding port communicated with an auxiliary flavor slurry adding device of the cooking machine; and a second communicating port communicated with the auxiliary flavor slurry feeding port is arranged on the fixing part.
10. The wok device suitable for the full-automatic cooker as claimed in claim 8, wherein the wok cover plate is provided with a common passage port; the public channel port is respectively communicated with an oil fume device of the cooking machine and an auxiliary flavor slurry adding device; and the fixed part is provided with a public communication port communicated with the public channel port.
