本发明提供了一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜及其制备方法,该薄膜由表层1、芯层和表层2的三层结构组成。按质量百分比计,所述表层1包括5%~12%的抗冲改性剂,84%~93.8%的聚酰胺树脂,1~3%的填料组合物,0.1%~0.5%的抗粘结剂和0.1%~0.5%的爽滑剂;所述芯层包括2%~7%的抗冲击改性剂和93%~98%的聚酰胺树脂;所述表层2包括5%~12%的抗冲改性剂,84%~93.8%的聚酰胺树脂,1%~3%的填料组合物,0.1%~0.5%的抗粘结剂和0.1%~0.5%的爽滑剂;所述发明是通过共挤出和双向拉伸后而形成的。本发明制得的聚酰胺薄膜具有韧性好,物理力学性能优异等优点,适用于药品泡罩包装和需承担大负荷强度的重物包装。

Description

一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于软包装工业领域,具体涉及一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜及其制备方法。
技术背景
双向拉伸尼龙薄膜由于具有强度高,韧性好,耐穿刺性等特性,被大量应用于重物包装等领域。但对于需要承担大强度负荷的包装,要求包装的塑料薄膜具有优异的韧性。
近年来,随着包装行业的快速发展,药品泡罩包装发展迅速。而对于用于药品泡罩包装的塑料薄膜要求极高,不仅要有足够的阻隔性能,同时要求材料够薄。
对于以上两类及类似包装,都要求材料具有良好的抗冲击性。显然,普通的聚酰胺薄膜难以满足该要求。因此,现有的聚酰胺薄膜的抗冲击性需要进一步提高,然而相关的文献或专利却鲜有提及改善方法。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜及其制备方法。采用本方法制成的双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其断裂伸长率>180%,拉伸强度>270Mpa,具有柔韧性佳,物理力学性能优异的特点,有效的克服了现有技术中单纯采用增韧剂增韧会造成薄膜力学强度下降的不利影响,适合于药品泡罩包装和需承担大负荷强度的重物包装。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于,所述薄膜由表层1、芯层和表层2组成。按质量百分比计,所述表层1包括5%~12%的抗冲改性剂,84%~93.8%的聚酰胺树脂,1%~3%的填料组合物,0.1%~0.5%的抗粘结剂和0.1%~0.5%的爽滑剂;所述芯层包括2%~7%的抗冲击改性剂和93%~98%的聚酰胺树脂;所述表层2包括5%~12%的抗冲改性剂,84%~93.8%的聚酰胺树脂,1%~3%的填料组合物,0.1%~0.5%的抗粘结剂和0.1%~0.5%的爽滑剂。
其中,所述的抗冲改性剂由40%~49.5%的高密度聚乙烯、42.5%~59%的反应性相容剂,1%-8%聚酰胺树脂组成;
其中反应性相容剂为马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶,马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物,马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物,丙烯酸接枝乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物中的一种或者几种;
其中,所述聚酰胺为尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙612、尼龙610、尼龙12、尼龙1212、尼龙 6/66、尼龙MXD-6中的至少一种,优选为尼龙6(PA6);
其中,所述填料组合物为经硅烷偶联剂KH550处理后的碳酸钙、二氧化硅、滑石粉、硅藻土、氧化铝、磷酸钙中的至少一种。
其中,所述抗粘结剂为碳酸钙、二氧化硅、滑石粉、硅藻土、氧化铝、磷酸钙中的至少一种。
其中,所述爽滑剂为所述的爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺、硅酮粉、硅油、聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物中的至少一种。
一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将40%~49.5%的高密度聚乙烯、42.5%~59%的反应性相容剂,1%~8%聚酰胺树脂在高速混合机混合后通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,造粒制得抗冲击改性剂,待用;
(2)将所述表层1、芯层和表层2的原料按比例分别在三台挤出机中熔融、共挤出,使熔体通过T型口模流延至表面温度为25℃的激冷辊骤冷铸片,再将铸片送至65℃的水浴进行调湿处理,调湿后的铸片表面用气刀将表面残留水分吹干;将表面吹干的铸片进行双向拉伸,横纵向同步拉伸的温度为170~200℃,拉伸倍率为2.9*2.9~3.4*3.4;然后将拉伸后的薄膜进行热定型处理,定型的温度为200℃,连续地制备厚15μm的增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜。
本发明的有益效果:①设计的双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜表层由聚酰胺,抗冲改性剂,填料组合物,抗粘结剂和爽滑剂共混塑化组成,使得薄膜表层即保持较好的刚性和抗粘连性,又可大幅度提高其韧性;②设计的双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜芯层由聚酰胺和抗冲改性剂共混塑化组成,抗冲改性剂的加入能显著提高薄膜的柔韧性③采用本方法制成的双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其断裂伸长率>180%,拉伸强度>270Mpa,具有柔韧性佳,物理力学性能优异的特点,适合于药品泡罩包装和需承担大负荷强度的重物包装。

一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将40%~49.5%的高密度聚乙烯、42.5%~59%的反应性相容剂,1%~8%聚酰胺树脂在高速混合机混合后通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,造粒制得抗冲击改性剂,待用;
(2)将所述表层1、芯层和表层2的原料按比例分别在三台挤出机中熔融、共挤出,使熔体通过T型口模流延至表面温度为25℃的激冷辊骤冷铸片,再将铸片送至65℃的水浴进行调湿处理,调湿后的铸片表面用气刀将表面残留水分吹干;将表面吹干的铸片进行双向拉伸,横纵向同步拉伸的温度为170~200℃,拉伸倍率为2.9*2.9~3.4*3.4;然后将拉伸后的薄膜进行热定型处理,定型的温度为200℃,连续地制备厚15μm的增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜。
实施例一
在本实施例中,表层1由5%抗冲改性剂,93.8%PA6树脂,1%二氧化硅,0.1%二氧化硅, 0.1%芥酸酰胺组成;芯层由2%抗冲改性剂,98%PA6树脂组成;表层2由5%抗冲改性剂,93.8% PA6树脂,1%二氧化硅,0.1%二氧化硅,0.1%芥酸酰胺组成;
抗冲改性剂的组成为40%高密度聚乙烯,59%马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶,1%PA6树脂。以上组成比例均为重量百分比。
按照前述制备方法制备样品。
实例二
在本实施例中,表层1由12%抗冲改性剂,85.8%PA6树脂,2%二氧化硅,0.1%二氧化硅,0.1%芥酸酰胺组成;芯层由4%抗冲改性剂,96%PA6树脂组成;表层2由12%抗冲改性剂, 85.8%PA6树脂,2%二氧化硅,0.1%二氧化硅,0.1%芥酸酰胺组成;
抗冲改性剂的组成为49%高密度聚乙烯,45%马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶,6%PA6树脂。以上组成比例均为重量百分比。
按照前述制备方法制备样品。
实例三
在本实施例中,表层1由10%抗冲改性剂,87.8%PA6树脂,2%二氧化硅,0.1%二氧化硅, 0.1%芥酸酰胺组成;芯层由4%抗冲改性剂,96%PA6树脂组成;表层2由10%抗冲改性剂, 87.8%PA6树脂,2%二氧化硅,0.1%二氧化硅,0.1%芥酸酰胺组成;
抗冲改性剂的组成为49%高密度聚乙烯,45%马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物,6%PA6 树脂。以上组成比例均为重量百分比。
按照前述制备方法制备样品。
实例四
在本实施例中,表层1由12%抗冲改性剂,84%PA6树脂,3%二氧化硅,0.5%二氧化硅, 0.5%芥酸酰胺组成;芯层由7%抗冲改性剂,93%PA6树脂组成;表层2由12%抗冲改性剂, 84%PA6树脂,3%二氧化硅,0.5%二氧化硅,0.5%芥酸酰胺组成;
抗冲改性剂的组成为49.5%高密度聚乙烯,42.5%马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物, 8%PA6树脂。以上组成比例均为重量百分比。
按照前述制备方法制备样品。
比较例1
市售15μm规格BOPA薄膜
本发明对上述各实施例和对比例中的薄膜相关性能进行了测试,具体数据详情见表1。

由上表中可以看出,本发明薄膜具有良好的韧性,在提高韧性的同时力学强度也有一定程度的提高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,所述抗冲改性剂由40%~49.5%的高密度聚乙烯、42.5%~59%的反应性相容剂,1%~8%聚酰胺树脂组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于,所述抗冲击改性剂的制备方法如下:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯,反应性相容剂和聚酰胺按比例在高速混合机中混合均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将所得混合料置于同向双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出、造粒,得到抗冲改性剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于,所述反应性相容剂为马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶,马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物,马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物,丙烯酸接枝乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于,所述聚酰胺为尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙612、尼龙610、尼龙12、尼龙1212、尼龙6/66、尼龙MXD-6中的至少一种,优选为尼龙6(PA6)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于,所述填料组合物为经硅烷偶联剂KH550处理后的碳酸钙、二氧化硅、滑石粉、硅藻土、氧化铝、磷酸钙中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于,所述抗粘结剂为碳酸钙、二氧化硅、滑石粉、硅藻土、氧化铝、磷酸钙中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于,所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺、硅酮粉、硅油、聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物中的至少一种。
9.一种增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,按如下步骤进行:
(1)将所述表层1、芯层和表层2的原料按比例分别在三台挤出机中熔融、共挤出,使熔体通过T型口模流延至表面温度为25℃的激冷辊骤冷铸片;
(2)将铸片送至65℃的水浴进行调湿处理,调湿后的铸片表面用气刀将表面残留水分吹干;
(3)将表面吹干的铸片进行双向拉伸,横纵向同步拉伸的温度为170~200℃,拉伸倍率为2.9*2.9~3.4*3.4;
(4)然后将拉伸后的薄膜进行热定型处理,定型的温度为200℃,连续地制备厚15μm的增韧型双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜。
