本发明公开了一种韧性好的塑料包装袋,包含以下重量份原料:混合胶水5‑10份,甲基侧链的聚羟基丁脂20‑40份,交联剂1‑3份,丙烯酸丁脂5‑9份,甲基丙酸甲脂2‑6份,土豆淀粉15‑30份,甘蔗纤维5‑10份,抗氧化剂2‑4份,樟树粉20‑30份,聚乙烯40‑70份,聚四氟乙烯20‑35份,石墨烯1‑5份,环氧树脂10‑30份,香豆素1‑2份,八角粉1‑2份。本发明中的混合胶水采用多种混合,实时改变塑料的韧性以及可塑性,不易损坏,质量高;采用部分樟树粉,既保证有一定的木塑产品的性能,方便降解,又有一定的木头香气。

本发明涉及包装领域,具体是一种韧性好的塑料包装袋。
背景技术
塑料包装袋是一种以塑料为原材料,用于生产生活中各种用品的包装袋,广泛用于日常生活和工业生产中,但是这一时的方便却带来长久的危害。常用的塑料包装袋多为聚乙烯薄膜制成,该薄膜无毒,故可用于盛装食品。还有一种薄膜为聚氯乙烯制成,聚氯乙烯本身也无毒性,但根据薄膜的用途所加入的添加剂往往是对人体有害的物质,具有一定的毒性。所以这类薄膜及由该薄膜做的塑料袋均不宜用来盛装食品。现有的塑料包装制品基本上都是采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚合物材料制成的,这样的塑料包装制品在提供便利的同时,由于它们无法降解,大量使用及回收处理不到位,造成了大量的垃圾堆积,对生态环境造成破坏,成为“白色污染”的主要来源。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种韧性好的塑料包装袋,具有不易损坏,不易氧化,有很好的韧性和质量的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种韧性好的塑料包装袋,包含以下重量份原料:
混合胶水5-10份,甲基侧链的聚羟基丁脂20-40份,交联剂1-3份,丙烯酸丁脂5-9份,甲基丙酸甲脂2-6份,土豆淀粉15-30份,甘蔗纤维5-10份,抗氧化剂2-4份,樟树粉20-30份,聚乙烯40-70份,聚四氟乙烯20-35份,石墨烯1-5份,环氧树脂10-30份,香豆素1-2份,八角粉1-2份。
优选的,所述混合胶水由一定量的丙烯酸异辛酯,苯乙烯,醋酸乙烯脂,丙烯酸,丙烯酰胺,氨水,过硫酸钾,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,十二烷基硫酸钠,碳酸氢钠,十二硫醇,氢化松香配比构成,具体的按照实际需要选取原料以及其质量份数。
优选的,所述交联剂采用二乙烯苯。
优选的,所述樟树粉的粒径为1-100nm。
优选的,所述土豆淀粉的粒径为1-100nm。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的混合胶水采用多种混合,实时改变塑料的韧性以及可塑性,不易损坏,质量高;采用部分樟树粉,既保证有一定的木塑产品的性能,方便降解,又有一定的木头香气。

丙烯酸异辛酯1,苯乙烯1,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份,十二烷基硫酸钠1份,甲基侧链的聚羟基丁脂20份,二乙烯苯1份,丙烯酸丁脂5份,甲基丙酸甲脂2份,土豆淀粉15份,甘蔗纤维5份,抗氧化剂2份,樟树粉20份,聚乙烯40份,聚四氟乙烯20份,石墨烯1份,环氧树脂10份,香豆素1份,八角粉1份。
实施例2
一种韧性好的塑料包装袋,包含以下重量份原料:
丙烯酸异辛酯2份,十二烷基硫酸钠1份,碳酸氢钠2份,十二硫醇1份,氢化松香4份,甲基侧链的聚羟基丁脂40份,二乙烯苯3份,丙烯酸丁脂9份,甲基丙酸甲脂6份,土豆淀粉30份,甘蔗纤维10份,抗氧化剂4份,樟树粉30份,聚乙烯70份,聚四氟乙烯35份,石墨烯5份,环氧树脂30份,香豆素2份,八角粉2份。

一种韧性好的塑料包装袋,包含以下重量份原料:
苯乙烯1份,丙烯酸2份,氨水1份,过硫酸钾1份,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份,十二烷基硫酸钠1份,碳酸氢钠2份,甲基侧链的聚羟基丁脂30份,二乙烯苯2份,丙烯酸丁脂7份,甲基丙酸甲脂5份,土豆淀粉22份,甘蔗纤维7份,抗氧化剂3份,樟树粉26份,聚乙烯55份,聚四氟乙烯27份,石墨烯4份,环氧树脂19份,香豆素1份,八角粉1份。

一种韧性好的塑料包装袋,包含以下重量份原料:
丙烯酸异辛酯1份,醋酸乙烯脂1份,丙烯酸1份,丙辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,十二烷基硫酸钠3份,氢化松香5份,甲基侧链的聚羟基丁脂28份,二乙烯苯2份,丙烯酸丁脂6份,甲基丙酸甲脂4份,土豆淀粉17份,甘蔗纤维9份,抗氧化剂3份,樟树粉26份,聚乙烯49份,聚四氟乙烯26份,石墨烯4份,环氧树脂18份,香豆素2份,八角粉2份。

混合胶水5-10份,甲基侧链的聚羟基丁脂20-40份,交联剂1-3份,丙烯酸丁脂5-9份,甲基丙酸甲脂2-6份,土豆淀粉15-30份,甘蔗纤维5-10份,抗氧化剂2-4份,樟树粉20-30份,聚乙烯40-70份,聚四氟乙烯20-35份,石墨烯1-5份,环氧树脂10-30份,香豆素1-2份,八角粉1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述韧性好的塑料包装袋,其特征在于,所述混合胶水由一定量的丙烯酸异辛酯,苯乙烯,醋酸乙烯脂,丙烯酸,丙烯酰胺,氨水,过硫酸钾,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,十二烷基硫酸钠,碳酸氢钠,十二硫醇,氢化松香配比构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述韧性好的塑料包装袋,其特征在于,所述交联剂采用二乙烯苯。
4.根据权利要求1所述韧性好的塑料包装袋,其特征在于,所述樟树粉的粒径为1-100nm。
