技术领域
本发明涉及一种特氟龙制品的配方,特别是涉及一种特氟龙塑料薄膜。
背景技术
具有高品质、低价格的环保替代性原料,可有效降低传统塑料的使用量,真正发挥环保效应。为了适应市场的需要,提供一种特氟龙塑料薄膜,能够在发挥薄膜的特殊效果的同时,极大程度的保护环境。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是生产一种具有耐用、韧性强、抗菌的效果的特氟龙塑料薄膜,能够适用于农业或是工厂产业化的发展,具有极大的推广价值。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种特氟龙塑料薄膜,所述各比例按照质量百分比计算,包含以下成分:
高密度聚乙烯          30%~40%
聚氯乙烯              30%~40%
软化剂                1%~10%
着色剂                3%~10%
特氟龙                1%~10%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述配方中进一步包含有白色母料和红色母料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述特氟龙的比例为5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述软化剂为动物油脂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述特氟龙为氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明生产一种具有耐用、韧性强、抗菌的效果的特氟龙塑料薄膜,能够适用于农业或是工厂产业化的发展,具有极大的推广价值。

特氟龙                1%~10%。
区别于现有技术,在一个实施例中,优选地,所述配方中进一步包含有白色母料和红色母料。
优选地,所述特氟龙的比例为5%,所述特氟龙为氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物。
优选地,所述软化剂为动物油脂,能够极大程度上的保护环境,使塑料制品转变成为环保制品。
本发明能够生产一种具有耐用、韧性强、抗菌的效果的特氟龙塑料薄膜,能够适用于农业或是工厂产业化的发展,具有极大的推广价值。

特氟龙                1%~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述配方中进一步包含有白色母料和红色母料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述特氟龙的比例为5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述特氟龙为氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物。
