Abstract

本发明提供了一种陶瓷材料及其制备方法、谐振器、滤波器及射频拉远设备。该原料配方包括重量百分含量为76％‑85％的钕锌钛基陶瓷粉体和15％‑24％有机粘结剂；该制备方法包括以下步骤：将上述配方的钕锌钛基陶瓷粉体和有机粘结剂混合以获得混合物料；加热混合物料以形成熔体；将熔体注射成型得到坯体；对坯体进行脱脂；对脱脂后的坯体进行烧结。本发明的钕锌钛基介质谐振器密度均匀、尺寸精度高，具有高介电常数和性能稳定性并可成型形状复杂的介质谐振器。
