Abstract
本发明提供了一种陶瓷材料及其制备方法、谐振器、滤波器及射频拉远设备。该原料配方包括重量百分含量为76%‑85%的钕锌钛基陶瓷粉体和15%‑24%有机粘结剂;该制备方法包括以下步骤:将上述配方的钕锌钛基陶瓷粉体和有机粘结剂混合以获得混合物料;加热混合物料以形成熔体;将熔体注射成型得到坯体;对坯体进行脱脂;对脱脂后的坯体进行烧结。本发明的钕锌钛基介质谐振器密度均匀、尺寸精度高,具有高介电常数和性能稳定性并可成型形状复杂的介质谐振器。
