技术领域
本发明涉及发泡成型体制造装置、发泡成型体制造方法和发泡成型体。
本申请要求2015年5月28日递交的日本专利申请No.2015-108155的优先权,通过引用将其内容并入本文。
背景技术
传统上,已知例如在下述专利文献1中记载的发泡成型体制造装置。该制造装置包括由多个成型模的各自的腔表面划分的腔。腔表面形成有突出部。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
在前述传统的发泡成型体制造装置中,通过已经在腔内成型完发泡成型体之后打开多个成型模来将发泡成型体从腔表面脱模。此时,在确保发泡成型体的脱模性的同时以高的精度维持突出部在腔内的位置方面,存在改善的余地。
考虑到前述情况作出本发明,本发明的目的是在确保发泡成型体的脱模性的同时以高的精度维持突出部在腔内的位置。
用于解决问题的方案
为了解决前述问题,本发明提出以下手段。
根据本发明的发泡成型体制造装置包括:多个成型模;腔,其由所述多个成型模的各自的腔表面划分、位于所述多个成型模之间;以及突出部,其形成于所述腔表面。所述突出部由弹性体形成。所述腔表面设置有保持部,当所述多个成型模闭合时所述保持部与所述突出部的末端部接触,所述保持部使所述突出部在所述腔内弹性变形。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够在确保发泡成型体的脱模性的同时以高的精度维持突出部在腔内的位置。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照图1至图4说明根据本发明的一实施方式的座垫10。
如图1所示,座垫10由发泡成型体形成。发泡成型体可以是通过使树脂材料发泡而成型的软质树脂发泡成型体,例如软质聚氨酯发泡体(软质树脂)等。
座垫10用作例如安装在机动车(车辆)中的座位。座垫10包括当乘员坐在座位上时与乘员接触的落座面11(载置面)。在本实施方式中,座垫10用作缓冲垫。当将座垫10安装在机动车中时,使落座面11面向竖直方向上的上侧,并且与机动车的前后方向和左右方向平行。乘员的重量从上侧作用于座垫10。
座垫10形成为平坦的立方体形状。与座垫10的落座面11正交的方向是座垫10的厚度方向H。
座垫10包括主体部12(第一发泡体)和侧部13(第二发泡体),主体部12和侧部13由彼此不同的材料一体地成型。主体部12具有比侧部13低的硬度。侧部13沿着主体部12的外周缘形成。侧部13从与落座面11平行的座位宽度方向B(第一横向)上的两侧夹着主体部12。落座面11上开有吊槽14,吊槽14沿与平行于落座面11的座位宽度方向B正交的正交方向(一个方向)延伸。吊槽14从落座面11沿厚度方向H朝向落座面所在侧的相反侧(载置面所在侧的相反侧)凹陷。
主体部12和侧部13被缝部15和间断孔16分隔。缝部15在安装面17(背面)开口,安装面17是座垫10的面向落座面11所在侧的相反侧(落座面相反侧、载置面相反侧)的表面。缝部15上从安装面17向上凹陷。缝部15沿座位宽度方向B从座垫10的内侧朝向外侧延伸。缝部15随着其朝向座位宽度方向B的外侧去而逐渐向上侧延伸。
缝部15的朝向座位宽度方向B的内侧的端部在座垫10的表面开口。缝部15的朝向座位宽度方向B的外侧的端部在座垫10的表面不开口。
以在正交方向上间隔开的方式配置有多个间断孔16。间断孔16在落座面11开口。间断孔16沿厚度方向H从落座面11朝向落座面所在侧的相反侧(安装面17侧)延伸。间断孔16的端部连接到缝部15的位于座位宽度方向B的外侧的端部。
通过缝部15和间断孔16使主体部12和侧部13在座位宽度方向B上分开。侧部13在主体部12的座位宽度方向B的两端部处沿厚度方向H朝向落座面所在侧的相反侧(载置面所在侧的相反侧)延伸到主体部12的下方。
根据如上所述的座垫10,当乘员坐在落座面11上时,座垫10以缝部15沿厚度方向H变窄的方式变形,由此在抑制从座垫10感受到硬的同时允许座垫10下陷适当的量。归因于此,能够改善例如当落座时或在转弯期间等的落座舒适性。
另外,缝部15经由间断孔16沿厚度方向H贯通座垫10,由此提高了透气性。
接下来,将说明用于形成座垫10的模具20(发泡成型体制造装置)。
如图2和图3所示,模具20包括多个成型模21和腔23。腔23由多个成型模21的各自的腔表面22划分、位于多个成型模21之间。腔23形成为与座垫10相同的形状和相同的尺寸。在本实施方式中,作为多个成型模21,设置有上模24和下模25。下模25的腔表面22中设置有用于形成座垫10的落座面11的落座面形成部26(载置面形成部)。多个成型模21沿着与落座面形成部26正交的竖直方向沿厚度方向H(多个成型模的开闭方向)开闭。
腔表面22形成有槽形成部27、突出部28(缝形成部)和保持部29。换言之,模具20包括槽形成部27、突出部28和保持部29。
槽形成部27形成吊槽14。槽形成部27从落座面形成部26朝向上模24突出。槽形成部27成对配置,该对槽形成部27在与落座面形成部26平行的座位宽度方向B上间隔开。该对槽形成部27形成为彼此相同的形状和相同的尺寸。
突出部28由弹性体形成。突出部28形成缝部15,并且还形成主体部12与侧部13之间的边界面。在本实施方式中,突出部28例如由PP(聚丙烯)、PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)等形成,并且突出部28形成为使成型在腔23内的座垫10容易脱模。

突出部28的末端部形成有滑动部30。滑动部30通过使突出部28的末端部朝向座位宽度方向B的外侧弯折而形成。
当多个成型模21闭合时,保持部29与突出部28的末端部接触,或者在图示的示例中保持部29与滑动部30接触,并且保持部29使突出部28在腔23内沿厚度方向H弹性变形。在多个成型模21的腔表面22中,保持部29设置于与形成有突出部28的腔表面22不同的腔表面22。保持部29由刚性体形成,并且从腔表面22突出。保持部29沿着厚度方向H笔直地延伸,并且接收来自突出部28的在厚度方向H上的反作用力。保持部29形成为沿厚度方向H延伸的圆柱状。在正交方向上间隔地配置有多个保持部29。
突出部28和保持部29将腔23划分成用于成型主体部12的第一腔23a和用于成型侧部13的第二腔23b。第一腔23a被划分在腔23的座位宽度方向B上的中央部分中。第二腔23b被划分在腔23的座位宽度方向B上的两侧部分中。突出部28随着其朝向下模25侧去而朝向第二腔23b侧逐渐延伸。
在使用模具20形成座垫10的座垫制造方法(发泡成型体制造方法)中,如图2所示,在突出部28的末端部由保持部29保持的腔23内成型座垫10。随后,打开多个成型模21,在使突出部28弹性变形的状态下将座垫10从腔表面22脱模。归因于此,能够在以高的精度维持突出部28在腔23内的位置的同时使座垫10容易从腔表面22脱模。
如图3和图4所示,当闭合多个成型模21时,通过突出部28的滑动部30在保持部29上滑动,突出部28沿厚度方向H弹性变形。此时,突出部28绕着突出部28的基端部远离落座面形成部26地在厚度方向H上摆动。
如上所述,根据本发明的模具20,腔表面22设置有保持部29。因此,通过使突出部28的末端部在腔23内与保持部29接触,能够从突出部28的基端部和末端部两者保持突出部28。因此,能够限制突出部28在腔23内不期望地变形或移位,从而能够以高的精度维持突出部28在腔23内的位置。归因于此,例如,能够精确地形成主体部12与侧部13之间的边界面的位置以及缝部15的位置,等等。
此外,突出部28由弹性体形成。因而,当在腔23内成型完座垫10之后打开多个成型模21时,能够在使突出部28弹性变形的状态下将座垫10从腔表面22脱模。因此,当将座垫10从腔表面22脱模时,能够例如防止突出部28钩住座垫10等。归因于此,能够在较容易将座垫10从腔表面22脱模的同时防止座垫10损伤。

另外,突出部28相对于厚度方向H倾斜延伸,而保持部29沿着厚度方向H笔直地延伸。因此,当闭合多个成型模21时,能够使突出部28顺利地弹性变形,从而能够以甚至更高的精度维持突出部28在腔23内的位置。另外,当脱模座垫10时,能够容易地将保持部29从座垫10脱模。
另外,突出部28形成于下模25的腔表面22,并且突出部28从下模25朝向上模24突出。因此,能够通过从腔表面22竖直地拉动座垫10来将座垫10脱模,使得能够容易地将座垫10从腔表面22脱模。
另外,突出部28设置有滑动部30。因此,当多个成型模21闭合时,能够使突出部28顺利地弹性变形,从而能够以甚至更高的精度维持突出部28在腔23内的位置。
本发明的技术范围不被理解为受限于前述实施方式,并且能够在不超出本发明的主旨的范围内进行各种变型。
例如,突出部28可以沿厚度方向H笔直地延伸。另外,突出部28可以设置于下模25,保持部29可以设置于上模24。保持部29无需从腔表面22突出,并且例如,保持部29可以由腔表面22形成。另外,滑动部30是可选的。
在前述实施方式中,座垫10由不同材料一体地形成,但是本发明不限于此。例如,座垫10可以由相同材料一体地形成。
在前述实施方式中,缝部15分别设置在座垫10的位于座位宽度方向B上的两侧的部分处,但本发明不限于此。缝部15可以仅设置在座位宽度方向B上的一侧。可以将本发明适当地变型成设置一个或多个缝部15的其它实施方式。
由模具20形成的座垫10用作缓冲垫,但是本发明不被理解为受限于此。例如,座垫10可以用作背垫,或者可以用作用于各种用途的座垫,诸如用于室内使用的椅子或用于床的缓冲材料等。此外,座垫10无需受限于用于供人落座,并且可以具有用于供行李等载置的载置面。此外,模具20可以用于形成与座垫10不同的发泡成型体。
除此以外,在不超出本发明的主旨的范围内,可以用熟知的构成要素适当地代替前述实施方式中的构成要素,或者可以适当地组合前述变型例。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明的发泡成型体制造装置,能够在确保发泡成型体的脱模性的同时以高的精度维持突出部在腔内的位置。

Claims (8)

1.一种发泡成型体制造装置,其包括:
多个成型模;
腔,其由所述多个成型模的各自的腔表面划分、位于所述多个成型模之间;以及
突出部,其形成于所述腔表面,其中,
所述突出部由弹性体形成,并且
所述腔表面设置有保持部,当所述多个成型模闭合时所述保持部与所述突出部的末端部接触,所述保持部使所述突出部在所述腔内弹性变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡成型体制造装置,其特征在于,所述保持部从所述腔表面突出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发泡成型体制造装置,其特征在于,
在形成有所述突出部的所述腔表面的俯视图中,所述突出部沿一个方向延伸,并且
以在所述一个方向上间隔开的方式配置有多个所述保持部。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的发泡成型体制造装置,其特征在于,
所述突出部相对于所述多个成型模的开闭方向倾斜延伸,并且
所述保持部沿所述开闭方向笔直地延伸。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的发泡成型体制造装置,其特征在于,
所述多个成型模包括上模和下模,
所述突出部形成在所述上模的所述腔表面,并且所述突出部从所述上模朝向所述下模突出,并且
所述保持部设置在所述下模的所述腔表面。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的发泡成型体制造装置,其特征在于,所述突出部设置有滑动部,当所述多个成型模闭合时,所述滑动部通过在所述保持部上滑动而使所述突出部弹性变形。
7.一种发泡成型体制造方法,其用于使用根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的发泡成型体制造装置形成发泡成型体,其中,
在所述突出部的末端部由所述保持部保持的所述腔内成型所述发泡成型体,随后,打开所述多个成型模,在使所述突出部弹性变形的状态下将所述发泡成型体从所述腔表面脱模。
8.一种发泡成型体,其通过根据权利要求7所述的发泡成型体制造方法而形成。
