Abstract

本发明公开了用于造纸工业的高强度施胶剂,其原料配方是由如下重量份数的各组分组成:阳离子松香胶12份;硫酸铝22份;阳离子淀粉10份;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺4份;酪蛋白朊3份;羧甲基纤维素钠28份;滑石粉55份;包括以下工艺步骤:A1、将阳离子淀粉放入羧甲基纤维素钠溶液中,搅拌20分钟;A2、加入硫酸铝、酪蛋白朊和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌10分钟,温度为50摄氏度;A3、加入阳离子松香胶,继续搅拌30分钟,前15分钟搅拌温度为50摄氏度,后15分钟搅拌温度为35摄氏度,然后再次升温至55‑60摄氏度保温浸泡30分钟;A4、加入滑石粉,搅拌直至没有沉淀,得到成品。本发明公开了用于造纸工业的高强度施胶剂,本发明的施胶剂附着率高,施胶效果好,强度高,耐久性好。

技术领域
本申请为分案申请,母案申请日:2016年1月15日,申请号:201610026976.5。本发明涉及抄纸施胶领域,尤其涉及的是用于造纸工业的高强度施胶剂。
背景技术
在造纸,抄纸过程中,经常需要用到施胶剂使纸和纸板具有抗墨、抗水、抗乳液、抗腐蚀等性能以提高平滑度、强度和施用期。现有技术中的施胶剂多种多样,但是普遍存在强度差,耐久性差,施胶效果不理想的问题。因此,现有技术有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供用于造纸工业的高强度施胶剂,本发明的施胶剂附着率高,施胶效果好,强度高,耐久性好。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种用于造纸工业的高强度施胶剂,其中,其原料配方是由如下重量份数的各组分组成:

所述的用于造纸工业的高强度施胶剂的制备方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
A1、将阳离子淀粉放入羧甲基纤维素钠溶液中,搅拌20分钟;
A2、加入硫酸铝、酪蛋白朊和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌10分钟,温度为50摄氏度;
A3、加入阳离子松香胶,继续搅拌30分钟,前15分钟搅拌温度为50摄氏度,后15分钟搅拌温度为35摄氏度,然后再次升温至55-60摄氏度保温浸泡30分钟;
A4、加入滑石粉,搅拌直至没有沉淀,得到成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明公开了用于造纸工业的高强度施胶剂,本发明的施胶剂附着率高,施胶效果好,强度高,耐久性好。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下列举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例的施胶剂原料配方是由如下重量份数的各组分组成:
阳离子松香胶12份;
硫酸铝21份;
阳离子淀粉10份;
阳离子聚丙烯酰胺2份;
酪蛋白朊1份;
羧甲基纤维素钠30份;
滑石粉45份。
本实施例的施胶剂的制备过程如下:
A1、将阳离子淀粉放入羧甲基纤维素钠溶液中,搅拌20分钟。
A2、加入硫酸铝、酪蛋白朊和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌10分钟,温度为50摄氏度。
A3、加入阳离子松香胶,继续搅拌30分钟,前15分钟搅拌温度为50摄氏度,后15分钟搅拌温度为35摄氏度,然后再次升温至55-60摄氏度保温浸泡30分钟;通过巧妙的采用这种先升温、在降温、最后再升温保温的技术方式,有利于提高施胶剂的附着率和耐久性,同时对温度稳定性强。
A4、加入滑石粉,搅拌直至没有沉淀,得到成品。
本实施例得到的施胶剂附着率高,施胶效果好,强度高,耐久性好。经测试,取本实施例制备的施胶剂1g进行施胶,胶料附着率达到68%,纸张强度较不施胶提高78%。
实施例2
实施例2本实施例基本与实施例1相同,不同的是,本实施例的施胶剂原料配方是由如下重量份数的各组分组成:
阳离子松香胶10份;
硫酸铝25份;
阳离子淀粉10份;
阳离子聚丙烯酰胺4份;
酪蛋白朊2份;
羧甲基纤维素钠20份;
滑石粉45份。
本实施例提供的施胶剂比实施例1的效果更好,经测试,取本实施例制备的施胶剂1g,取本实施例制备的施胶剂1g进行施胶,胶料附着率达到72%,纸张强度较不施胶的提高86%。
实施例3
实施例3本实施例基本与实施例1、2相同,不同的是,本实施例的施胶剂原料配方是由如下重量份数的各组分组成:
本实施例提供的施胶剂比实施例1的效果更好,经测试,取本实施例制备的施胶剂1g,取本实施例制备的施胶剂1g进行施胶,胶料附着率达到75%,纸张强度较不施胶的提高88%。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种用于造纸工业的高强度施胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其原料配方是由如下重量份数的各组分组成:阳离子松香胶12份;硫酸铝22份;阳离子淀粉10份;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺4份;酪蛋白朊3份;羧甲基纤维素钠28份;滑石粉55份;
包括以下工艺步骤:A1、将阳离子淀粉放入羧甲基纤维素钠溶液中,搅拌20分钟;A2、加入硫酸铝、酪蛋白朊和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌10分钟,温度为50摄氏度;A3、加入阳离子松香胶,继续搅拌30分钟,前15分钟搅拌温度为50摄氏度,后15分钟搅拌温度为35摄氏度,然后再次升温至55-60摄氏度保温浸泡30分钟;A4、加入滑石粉,搅拌直至没有沉淀,得到成品。
