Description

Beriberi liquid and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of beriberi water treatment, and particularly relates to beriberi water capable of effectively improving treatment effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Beriberi, also known as tinea pedis, is a foot dermatosis caused by pathogenic fungi and has infectivity. Tinea pedis is widely prevalent all over the world, and the incidence of tinea pedis is also quite high in China. There is no sebaceous gland between foot and toe of human, so there is no fatty acid for inhibiting skin filamentous fungi, and physiological defense function is poor, while skin sweat glands of these parts are abundant, sweating is more, and air circulation is poor, local moisture and warmth are good for growth of filamentous fungi. The beriberi is easy to infect and relapse, has clinical manifestations of skin erosion, ulcer, blister, pruritus and the like, seriously influences the work and rest of people, and also brings great pain and psychological pressure to patients.
At present, a plurality of medicines for treating beriberi are available on the market, but most medicines have poor treatment effect, and the existing medicines for treating beriberi are generally high in cost, long in treatment period and slow in effect, so that the mental pressure and the economic pressure of patients are greatly increased. Most of the existing oral medicines for treating foot diseases have large side effects, and the existing oral medicines can not meet the existing requirements.
Therefore, it is necessary to invent beriberi liquor capable of effectively improving treatment effect and its preparation method.
Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide the beriberi liquor which can effectively improve the treatment effect, the second purpose of the invention is to provide the preparation method of the beriberi liquor which can effectively improve the treatment effect, and the third purpose of the invention is to provide the application of the beriberi liquor which can effectively improve the treatment effect.
The first purpose of the invention is realized by the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 5-7 parts of fructus cnidii, 5-7 parts of fructus kochiae, 5-7 parts of radix stemonae, 5-7 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 5-7 parts of cortex dictamni, 5-7 parts of gallnut, 5-7 parts of borneol, 5-7 parts of radix astragali, 5-7 parts of saffron crocus and 500-1000 parts of vinegar.
The second object of the present invention is achieved by comprising the steps of:
1) cleaning radix Sophorae Flavescentis, fructus Cnidii, Kochiae fructus, radix Stemonae, folium Artemisiae Argyi, cortex Dictamni Radicis, Galla chinensis, radix astragali, and stigma croci Sativi, and placing into a clean container;
2) continuously adding vinegar according to the formula ratio into the container in the step (1), sealing, soaking for 3-5 days at 25-40 ℃, opening the seal every 5-10 hours, stirring once, after soaking, filtering to obtain filtrate and filter residue, then adding borneol into the filtrate, and fully stirring for 5-15 min to obtain the borneol vinegar beverage.
The third purpose of the invention is realized by the application of the beriberi water in preventing/treating cracking, ulceration, beriberi, foot pruritus, foot blister, desquamation, tinea manus and pedis, stubborn eczema, foot skin thickening, toe head red swelling and onychomycosis of feet.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the beriberi water obtained by the scientific formula and the reasonable preparation method has the advantages of good treatment effect, quick response, no toxic or side effect, wide applicable population, mild skin, lasting drug effect, no relapse and convenient popularization, and can achieve the effect of completely curing beriberi.
2. The beriberi water is extracted by using the vinegar, so that the drug effect can be enhanced, the vinegar also has the effects of sterilization and corrosion prevention, the dissolution of active ingredients of the drug can be effectively increased by using the vinegar extraction, the problem of poor direct water extraction and alcohol extraction effects of the existing active ingredients is solved, and the extraction efficiency is greatly improved.
3. The vinegar is adopted for sealed extraction, auxiliary stirring is carried out, effective ingredients in the raw materials are fully extracted, and the drug effect is effectively improved; preferably, the filter residue after vinegar extraction is subjected to ethanol extraction, effective components in the medicine are further dissolved out, impurities are directly removed after the filter residue is filtered by a microfiltration ceramic membrane, the operation is simple and convenient, and then the ethanol filtrate (ethanol also has the effects of disinfection and sterilization) containing the effective components is directly added into the vinegar extract, so that the concentration of the effective components is further improved, and the beriberi water has good curative effect and quick response.
4. The raw material components supplement each other and are synergistic and effective. Wherein the radix Sophorae Flavescentis is dried root of radix Sophorae Flavescentis of Leguminosae. Fructus Cnidii is dried mature fruit of Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cuss. The Kochia scoparia is dried mature fruit of Kochia scoparia (L.) Schrad. of Chenopodiaceae. Stemona is also known as Boragina and pediculosis drug, and is the root tuber of stemonaceae plants. The folium Artemisiae Argyi is dried leaf of Artemisia argyi Levl. et Vant. Cortex Dictamni Radicis is root bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus and Dictamnus angustifolia of Rutaceae. Galla chinensis, has the effects of astringing lung to reduce pathogenic fire, astringing intestine to stop diarrhea, arresting sweating, stopping bleeding, astringing dampness and healing sore. Borneolum is prepared from stems and leaves of blumea balsamifera of Compositae or branches and leaves of Cinnamomum camphora of Lauraceae by steam distillation and recrystallization. Saffron, also known as saffron, is the dry stigma of Crocus sativus L, a plant of the family iridaceae.
