背景技术
已开发了多种在例如像血管造影术、计算机断层摄影术、和核磁共振等医疗程序中使用的注入器致动的注射器和动力注入器。在注入器致动的注射器和与其一起使用的动力注入器领域方面已经取得了许多进展。虽然如此,新开发的和正在开发的医疗程序不断地考验着当前注入器系统的极限。例如,一些程序要求使用高压,但也要求使得高压难于达到的注射器的理化特性。为了满足这些新开发的和正在开发的医疗程序的要求,在注射器方面的改变可导致与注射器一起正确操作的注入器的其他部分的必要改变,使得保健提供者处于这样的劣势,即在每次开发新的注射器时都不得不获得昂贵的新注入器。
发明内容

返回参考图1,活塞100可提供塞子20通过注射器体1的大体上往复运动。在一些实施例中,通过将注射器体的远端2和/或其上的附件置于流体中并撤回柱塞12,塞子20和/或活塞100的运动可允许流体被抽吸到注射器体1的内腔4中。在一些实施例中,通过将该活塞推进到该注射器体中,塞子20和/或活塞100的运动可允许流体从注射器体1的内腔4中逐出。在一些实施例中,塞子20可固定地附接到活塞100的近端105上。在其他实施例中,塞子20可被可拆卸地连接到活塞100的近端105上,从而允许该活塞被移除并且与在此论述的一个或多个不同的部件一起使用,如塞子等等。例如,在预填充注射器的情形下,不同的部件可被再使用,以减少一次性材料的量。

在不同的实施例中,塞子350可具有一个或多个保持臂360。在其他实施例中,一个具有保持臂360的基底(未显示)可被制造为配合到塞子20中,用于改进一种或多种可商购的塞子。随着活塞300通过由塞子350中的保持臂360提供的开口355向前移动,这些斜切边缘327可倾向于将这些捕获构件320径向向内推动。在穿过塞子350的这些保持臂360之后,这些捕获构件320可弹回,以结合这些肩台325,由此防止活塞300在该活塞向后移动时从该塞子分开。在不同的实施例中,这些捕获构件320可被置于活塞头340的周围,使得活塞300的向后移动将这些捕获构件径向向外推动。
如在图8中描绘的,一些实施例可包括具有连接器的活塞500,该连接器为经由铰链525与活塞500相连续地连接的有角度的法兰510,使得该有角度的法兰的远端表面535可形成一个与活塞500的轴线D的角度θ。在具体的实施例中,该角度θ可以是锐角。在一些实施例中,铰链525可具有一个开口位置,其中有角度的法兰510的远端表面535的径向最外部分延伸不远于活塞500的外壁530。在一些实施例中,有角度的法兰510的铰链525可具有一个闭合位置,其中有角度的法兰510围绕该铰链以一个增加的角度θ倾斜。
在一些实施例中,可通过向前移动活塞100并且将其扭转来操作柱塞12。有角度的法兰510可与布置在塞子550的内壁上的一个或多个螺纹555接合。在进一步向前移动时,有角度的法兰510可围绕铰链525倾斜,由此将该铰链置于闭合位置,并且进一步与这些螺纹555接合。这可以防止活塞500在向后的方向上移动时从塞子550分开。同样,在相反的方向扭转可使有角度的法兰510从这些螺纹555脱离,由此将该铰链置于开口位置并且允许活塞500从塞子550分开。这样的设计可允许活塞500易于接合在例如预填充注射器中的塞子550和/或从其分开。这样的设计还可允许塞子550的任何轴向位置的容易接合和/或分开,而不会使该塞子从其轴向位置实质性地脱位。
如在图9中所示,活塞400的一些实施例可包括多个轴向叠置的可拆卸连接器410、410A、410B。在不同的实施例中,该多个连接器410、410A、410B可被叠置在弹簧加载的平台420上,该平台处于在活塞400内的轴向布置的空腔430中。在空腔430的开口处的保持臂425可防止末端连接器410退回到空腔430中。当使用活塞400时,在与第一注射器一起使用活塞之后,可将末端连接器410从该活塞移除或分开。另一个连接器410A(或410B)可替换移除的末端连接器410,并且成为用于与第二(或后续的)注射器一起使用活塞400的新的末端连接器。在不同的实施例中,可通过现在已知或后来开发的任何移除手段移除末端连接器410,例如像扭转活塞400,使用在此描述的不同快速释放机构分开该活塞,或者使该末端连接器断裂。在一些实施例中,可将任何数目的连接器410加载在备用的空腔430内部,其中活塞头的数目仅仅受到该空腔的大小和/或该空腔的存储容量限制。活塞头的具体数目可以是,例如大约1个活塞头到大约10个活塞头。在一些实施例中,例如像,当单个活塞400与多个注射器一起使用时,可拆卸连接器410可减少交叉污染,其中这些可拆卸连接器之一可在每次使用之后被移除和处置。
在一些实施例中,该活塞可以是液压启动或电启动组件的一部分。在一些实施例中,例如,如在图10中描绘的,内部活塞620可具有一个液压辅助件,从而降低由操作者使用注射器组件600递送该注射器的内容物所需要的力。注射器组件600的第一注射器605部分可具有直径D3。内部活塞620可连接到第一注射器605和具有直径D2的第二注射器625两者上。注射器625的直径D2通常可小于第一注射器605的直径D3。在一些实施例中,内部活塞620可以按一种方式连接到第一注射器605上,使得该内部活塞的近端615结合位于该第一注射器中的第一塞子610。在一些实施例中,内部活塞620可以按一种方式连接到第二注射器625上,使得该活塞的远端617结合位于该第二注射器中的第二塞子630。第二注射器625的第一尖端631可连接到第三注射器635的第二尖端632上。第三注射器635可具有通常可小于第二注射器625的直径D2的直径D1。
在一些实施例中,第二注射器625的内腔和第三注射器635的内腔可各自用不可压缩的流体675填充。在具体的实施例中,不可压缩的流体675可被密封在第二注射器625和第三注射器635的对应内腔内。连接到第三注射器635上的外部活塞650可接合柱塞640。当外部活塞650向前移动时,流体675推动内部活塞620,其进一步推动第一塞子610。在一些实施例中,由于流体675是不可压缩的,随着外部活塞650向前移动,置于内部活塞620上的力被放大了(D2)2/(D1)2倍。不同注射器605、625、635的直径可以由技术人员根据针对具体实施例和/或其使用的具体要求进行优化。
在本文中描述的不同实施例中的任一个中,确定使用多个注射器递送的总体积可能是令人希望的。一些实施例的活塞可具有滑动刻度或标记系统,用于指示和/或测量从该注射器中处理掉的或者在分离该活塞之前收集在其中的流体的体积。例如,如在图11中所示,活塞725可具有至少一个测量刻度730,该测量刻度被配置为指示在活塞725与柱塞710接合并且向前移动通过注射器700之后被该柱塞移位的体积。在一些实施例中,当活塞725与柱塞710结合并且附接到标记初始体积的活塞上时,刻度730可以可拆卸地附着到O型环750上,使得该O型环从该刻度分开。随着活塞725向前移动通过注射器700,刻度730可沿着O型环750滑动,由此指示被递送或移除的体积。注射器700的使用者通过观察标记在该注射器上的刻度730可确定被递送或移除的具体流体的体积。O型环750可指示在由注射器700递送结束时被递送的总体积,包括从其他注射器递送的体积。

Claims (20)
1.一种塞子,该塞子被配置为可滑动地在注射器的中空内腔内移动,以促进在该注射器内的流体的移动,该塞子包括:
一个基底;以及
一个或多个捕获构件,所述一个或多个捕获构件从所述基底向后延伸,所述一个或多个捕获构件中的每个都包括一个斜切边缘;
其中所述斜切边缘被配置为与流体注射设备的活塞相互作用,并且其中当所述塞子相对于所述活塞转动时,使所述一个或多个捕获构件径向偏转,以促进所述塞子从所述活塞移除;并且
其中所述塞子被配置为在注射器体内可滑动地移动,并且形成与所述注射器体的内壁的不漏流体的密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的塞子,其中所述一个或多个捕获构件中的每个都包括向内面向的肩台。
3.如权利要求2所述的塞子,其中所述一个或多个捕获构件以足以可释放地捕获并保持渐缩的法兰的量从所述基底向后延伸,该渐缩的法兰在连接器上,所述连接器附接至活塞。
4.如权利要求3所述的塞子,其中所述一个或多个捕获构件中的每个的向内面向的肩台都被配置为用于接合周向凹槽,所述周向凹槽邻近活塞上的斜切边缘。
5.如权利要求4所述的塞子,其中所述一个或多个捕获构件还能够包括一个或多个延长部分,所述延长部分在近端从向内面向的肩台延伸。
6.如权利要求4所述的塞子,其中所述一个或多个捕获构件由柔性材料形成,使得所述捕获构件在被该渐缩的法兰的尖锥接触时向外径向弯曲并且随后在该渐缩的法兰穿过以接合该周向凹槽之后弹回到初始位置。
7.如权利要求4所述的塞子,其中所述塞子被配置为当所述活塞向后移动时抵抗从所述活塞断开。
8.如权利要求4所述的塞子,其中所述一个或多个捕获构件被设计为当所述活塞向后移动时施加在所述一个或多个捕获构件上的力基本上阻止所述一个或多个捕获构件的径向向外移动。
9.如权利要求8所述的塞子,其中所述活塞向后移动所产生的弯曲运动引起所述一个或多个捕获构件径向向内偏转。
10.如权利要求1所述的塞子,其中所述基底从所述塞子是可拆卸的。
11.如权利要求1所述的塞子,其中当所述塞子相对于所述活塞转动时,所述斜切边缘被配置为被径向向外推动,使得所述一个或多个捕获构件的向内面向的肩台从所述渐缩的法兰脱离。
12.如权利要求1所述的塞子,其中所述塞子包括一个圆柱形体,并且被配置为基本上填充该注射器的圆锥形远端的至少一部分。
13.一种柱塞设备,包括:
一个塞子,所述塞子可移除地配置为可滑动地在注射器的中空内腔内移动,以促进在该注射器内的流体的移动,该塞子包括:
一个基底;以及
一个或多个捕获构件,所述一个或多个捕获构件从所述基底向后延伸,所述一个或多个捕获构件中的每个都包括一个斜切边缘和一个向内面向的肩台;
其中所述斜切边缘被配置为与流体注射设备的活塞相互作用,从而当所述塞子相对于所述活塞转动时,使所述一个或多个捕获构件径向偏转,以促进所述塞子从所述活塞移除。
14.如权利要求13所述的柱塞设备,还包括一个连接器,所述连接器用于连接至所述活塞的远端部分,其中所述连接器包括一个实质上的周向凹槽,该周向凹槽具有多个从该周向凹槽径向延伸的延长部分,其中所述延长部分被配置为促进该塞子与该活塞的可移除附接,并且其中所述一个或多个捕获构件的向内面向的肩台被配置用于与所述周向凹槽接合。
15.如权利要求14所述的柱塞设备,其中所述连接器固定地附接到所述活塞的远端部分上。
16.如权利要求11所述的柱塞设备,其中该多个延长部分中的每一个包括在每个延长部分的最外部分上的在每个延长部分的一个或多个侧面上的一个或多个凹口,其中该一个或多个凹口中的每一个具有正方形、矩形、三角形、圆形或椭圆形的截面形状。
17.如权利要求11所述的柱塞设备,其中该连接器包括一个从该周向凹槽向远端延伸的渐缩的法兰,其中该渐缩的法兰被配置为通过用一个或多个位于该塞子上的捕获构件锁定而可移除地将该连接器固定到该塞子上。
18.如权利要求13所述的柱塞设备,其中该一个或多个捕获构件由一种柔性材料构成,使得该一个或多个捕获构件在被该渐缩的法兰接触时向外弯曲并且随后在该渐缩的法兰穿过以接合该周向凹槽之后弹回到初始位置。
19.如权利要求13所述的柱塞设备,其中该一个或多个捕获构件以足以捕获并保持该渐缩的法兰而有效抵抗该塞子从该活塞断开的量将向后突出超过该基底的后表面。
20.如权利要求19所述的柱塞设备,其中该一个或多个捕获构件能够被配置为当该活塞围绕一个轴线被转动时随着该周向凹槽的径向距离增加从该基底径向向外移动,从而允许该活塞从该塞子分开。
