Abstract
本发明涉及一种端面齿内刹电机,其包括有一定子组、一连接于该定子组的转子组及一连接于该转子组的磁刹组,该转子组具有一转子罩对应套设于该定子组外围,该磁刹组具有一动片可选择地对应贴合或分离于该转子组的转子罩,该动片与该转子罩之间形成一凹凸交错配置的刹车结构,该磁刹组通过该刹车结构与该转子组摩擦卡合刹停,进而达到简化刹车结构并缩小体积的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于电动轮椅车、电动代步车及电动自行车的车用电机,尤其是一种端面齿内刹电机。
背景技术
由于近年各地环保意识高涨且资源稀缺,再生能源的利用被视为是下一代最重要的科技应用,因此在世界各地催生了各种环保科技应用,电动车即为近代最让人重视的一种技术。
现有的电动车采用了以电力发电且兼具有高转速、低噪音及低污染的轮毂内刹电机作为主要的动力驱动能源,而现有的内刹电机为了能够有较佳的刹车效果,因此在磁刹组内采用了定片、摩擦片及动片的多片式设计,而能够达到优良的刹车功效,但是却较占空间,为了能够使内刹电机的体积缩小又保持良好的刹车效果,发明人有鉴于此,认为现有的内刹电机仍有改善的空间。
发明内容
为了解决现有内刹电机以多片式的刹车结构配置,虽有极佳的刹车效果,但较占空间的问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种端面齿内刹电机,在电机内部具有凹凸交错配置的刹车结构,能够简化多片式刹车的设计,并可缩减内部空间及整体体积,使内刹电机更小、更优良。
本发明所运用的技术手段在于提供一种端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,包括:
一定子组;
一转子组,其连接并相对该定子组转动,该转子组具有一转子罩对应包覆于该定子组外围;
一磁刹组,其连接一电机轴并位在该转子组的一侧,该磁刹组具有一磁刹座及连接于磁刹座的一动片,该动片可选择地对应贴合或分离于该转子组的转子罩,该动片与该转子罩之间形成一凹凸交错配置并用于将该转子组刹车的刹车结构。
优选地,所述的端面齿内刹电机,其中所述的刹车结构形成在该动片相对该转子罩的表面上。
更进一步地,所述的端面齿内刹电机,其中所述的刹车结构于该动片上形成环绕该动片且间隔设置的凸凹块。
优选地,所述的端面齿内刹电机,其中所述的刹车结构形成在该转子罩相对该动片的表面上。
更进一步地,所述的端面齿内刹电机,其中所述的刹车结构于该转子罩相对该动片的的外侧面上形成环绕该动片且间隔设置的凸凹块。
优选地,所述的端面齿内刹电机,其中所述的刹车结构分别形成在该转子罩及该动片的互为相对的表面上。
更进一步地,所述的端面齿内刹电机,其中所述的刹车结构分别为形成环绕且间隔配置的凸凹块。
优选地,所述的端面齿内刹电机,其中该磁刹组进一步包括有一手柄及一覆盖于该手柄外侧的定位片,该定位片以两个以上的螺杆穿过在该磁刹座并连接到该动片。
更进一步地,所述的端面齿内刹电机,其中该定位片为三角形片体并以两个以上的螺杆分别穿设定位片及该磁刹座并连接到该动片。
优选地,所述的端面齿内刹电机,其中该动片与磁刹座之间分别设有一个以上的定位栓及一个以上的止动销或一个以上的台阶螺杆。
本发明利用所提供的端面齿内刹电机,可以获得的功效增进在于,本发明在转子组、磁刹组或两者之间形成凹凸交错配置的刹车结构,刹车结构藉由磁刹组与转子组产生在刹车时因凹凸卡制而达到较佳的刹车效果,进而能够简化刹车结构、缩减内部的空间配置及缩小内刹电机的整体体积,使内刹电机又轻巧、又实用。

为了能够详细了解本发明的技术特征及实用功效,并可依照说明书的内容来实施,更进一步以如附图所示的较佳实施例,详细说明如后,请参阅图1到图5所示的一种端面齿内刹电机,包括有一轮毂10以及组装于该轮毂10内的一定子组20、一转子组30、一磁刹组40及一减速机组50。
如图2所示,该定子组20包括有一电机轴21及套设结合于该电机轴21的发电线圈22,该转子组30连接于该定子组20并可相对该定子组20旋转,该转子组30包括有一包覆于该定子组20的发电线圈22外周的转子罩31。
如图2所示,该磁刹组40连接于该转子组30的转子罩31的一侧,该磁刹组40具有一磁刹座41、一动片42、一手柄43及一定位片44,该磁刹座41是键结并套设于该定子组20之电机轴21上,优选的是,该磁刹座41与该电机轴21由平键固定,使该磁刹座41与该电机轴21在径向不会相对运动,并且位在该转子组30的转子罩31外侧,该动片42位于该磁刹座41与该转子罩31之间,该动片42可选择地对应贴合或分离于该转子组30的转子罩31,于本实施例中,该动片42通过多个复位弹簧的弹性来产生相对该转子罩31活动的动力。
如图3及图4所示,该动片42与该转子罩31之间形成一凹凸交错配置且可相对夹合的刹车结构,于本实施例中,所述的刹车结构分别形成在该转子罩31及该动片42的互为相对的表面上,并且形成多个环绕且间隔配置的凸凹块311、421,各凸凹块311为长条梯形的凸凹块,亦可为三角形、矩形或其他凸起的几何外形,本发明在此不加限制,该动片42是通过刹车结构来将该转子组30的转子罩31刹车。
此外,所述的刹车结构亦可以单独形成在该转子罩31或该动片42一侧,使该动片42或该转子罩31任一侧能够透过凹凸卡制的方式进行摩擦刹车,所述的刹车结构亦不限于凸凹块,也可是凹槽,使该动片42或该转子罩31任一表面相对另一表面凸起,也能达到相同的效果。
如图3至图5所示,于该动片42与该磁刹座41分别设有一个以上的定位栓45、一个以上的止动销46,在本实施例中,该动片42与该磁刹座41之间各设有三个定位栓45及三个止动销46分别等间隔穿设于该动片42并结合于该磁刹座41上,该些定位栓45用于保持该动片42与磁刹座41之间的间隙,各止动销46使该动片42能够固定于磁刹座41而不会产生相对该磁刹座41旋转的圆周运动,各定位栓45与各止动销46亦可优化为单一的台阶螺杆来合并各定位栓45与各止动销46的功能,本发明在此不予限制。
如图3至图5所示,该手柄43及该定位片44是设置在该磁刹座41的另一侧,并于该动片42相对设置,于该手柄及该磁刹座41之间进一步设有一个以上的定位珠47,该手柄43可转动地套设在该磁刹座41,并且可旋动地切换一个设置在该磁刹座41上的转换开关410,透过该手柄43能够切换手动/电动驱动,该磁刹座41环绕设置有一个以上的调节槽411,各调节槽411为呈弧形的凹槽,并且各调节槽411具有一高位及一低位,该手柄43分别对应各调节槽411的位置开设有一个以上的限位孔431,各定位珠47分别对应夹合于所述的限位孔431及所述的调节槽411内,通过扳动该手柄43能够带动各定位珠47于相对应的限位孔431及调节槽411滑动,该磁刹座41进一步于靠近下方凸设有一限位销412,该手柄43对应该限位销412的位置开设有一滑槽432,该手柄43以该滑槽432对应穿设在该限位销412内,同时搭配各定位珠47,使该手柄43相对该磁刹座41作动时能够受到位置的限定。
优选的是,该定位片44系为三角形片体并且覆盖于该手柄43的外侧,该定位片44亦可为四边形或多边形的片体,在此不予限制,该定位片44系分别以三个螺杆441锁设于该磁刹座41,并固定该手柄43于磁刹座41与定位片44之间,透过各螺杆441能够用于承受轴向的拉力,使该手柄43不容易与该磁刹座41分离,该定位片44与该磁刹座41之间有多个复位弹簧,各螺杆441依次穿过该定位片44、各复位弹簧、该磁刹座41后,与该动片42连接。
当该手柄43切换为手动驱动模式时,该手柄43带动各定位珠47由调节槽411的低位朝向高位滑动,此时,该手柄43带动该定位片44、各螺杆441与该动片42沿该电机轴21向外作动,使该动片42与该转子罩31分离,因此该转子组30处于能够自由旋转的状态,使电机呈现手动状态,以便以人力推行车辆行进。
当该手柄43切换为电动驱动模式时,该手柄43带动各定位珠47由调节槽411的高位朝向低位滑动,此时,该手柄43带动该定位片44、各螺杆441与该动片42沿该电机轴21向内作动,使该动片42与该转子罩31相互咬紧卡合,使转子组30处于限制状态,此时无法通过人工方式推行,必须要启动电机,使该磁刹座41内部线圈产生电流作动,才能够使动片42与该转子罩31分离。
如图2所示,该减速机组50系设置于该轮毂10内并相对于该定子组20、该转子组30及该磁刹组40的另一侧,由于该减速机组50为现有结构且非本案重点,在此不加赘述。
本发明的实施方式如图2及图6所示,当本发明的电机运转时,该定子组20、该电机轴21、该磁刹座41、该动片42不会转动,电机工作过程中,动片可以沿着该电机轴21沿轴向朝内或朝外移动,同时,该动片42因该磁刹座41的磁电力作用下,与该磁刹座41吸合,并与各复位弹簧夹合,而与该转子罩31分离,因此,当电机启动运行时,该磁刹座41的内线圈在通电后产生电磁力吸合该动片42,使该动片42的各凸凹块421与该转子罩31的各凸凹块311分离后,解除了刹车状态后,电机开始转动。
如图2、图6及图7所示,当电机断电时,使该磁刹座41的内线圈失去电力时,该动片42将会被各复位弹簧弹出,并且对应抵靠于该转子罩31的侧面,让该动片42能够以刹车结构的凸凹块311、421凹凸卡制以及互相接触摩擦卡合,因此,该动片42在该磁刹座41内的各复位弹簧作用下,向该转子罩31移动并形成使各凸凹块311、421互相咬合,来产生优良的刹车效果,此外,因为该轮毂10内仅需设置有单一的动片42,进而能够简化整体的刹车结构、缩减内部的空间配置及缩小内刹电机的整体体积,使内刹电机又轻巧、又实用。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,任何所属技术领域普通技术人员,若在不脱离本发明所提技术特征的范围内,利用本发明所揭示技术内容所作出局部更动或修饰的等效实施例,均仍属于本发明技术特征的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,包括:
一定子组;
一转子组,其连接并相对该定子组转动,该转子组具有一转子罩对应包覆于该定子组外围;
一磁刹组,其连接于一电机轴并位在该转子组的一侧,该磁刹组具有一磁刹座及连接于磁刹座的一动片,该动片可选择地对应贴合或分离于该转子组的转子罩,该动片与该转子罩之间形成一凹凸交错配置并用于将该转子组刹车的刹车结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,所述的刹车结构形成在该动片相对该转子罩的表面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,所述的刹车结构于该动片上形成环绕该动片且间隔设置的凸凹块。
4.如权利要求1所述的端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,所述的刹车结构形成在该转子罩相对该动片的表面上。
5.如权利要求4所述的端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,所述的刹车结构于该转子罩相对该动片的的外侧面上形成环绕该动片且间隔设置的凸凹块。
6.如权利要求1所述的端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,所述的刹车结构分别形成在该转子罩及该动片的互为相对的表面上。
7.如权利要求6所述的端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,所述的刹车结构分别为形成多个环绕且间隔配置的凸凹块。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,该磁刹组进一步包括有一手柄及一覆盖于该手柄外侧的定位片,该定位片以两个以上的螺杆穿过该磁刹座并连接到该动片。
9.如权利要求8所述的端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,该定位片为三角形片体并以两个以上的螺杆分别穿设定位片及该磁刹座并连接到该动片。
10.如权利要求1到7的任一项所述的端面齿内刹电机,其特征在于,该动片与该磁刹座之间分别设有一个以上的定位栓及一个以上的止动销或一个以上的台阶螺杆。
